本发明公开了以猴头菇、榆耳、竹荪为原料的复合健胃养胃保健饮品,以上原料包括其子实体和菌丝体。属于饮料加工领域。猴头菇的添加量为2‑15% (干品)、榆耳的添加量为0.5‑8%(干品)、竹荪的添加量为0.5‑8%(干品)适量的蜂蜜(或其他甜味剂)。经过浸提、调配、过滤、灌装、灭菌、包装等步骤制成。本发明生产方法简单,易操作,成本低,易于普及推广,易于实现标准化和规范化生产,能够工厂化生产。是一种全新的保健饮料更是胃病患者理想的保健饮品。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于饮料加工领域,具体说是一种猴头菇功能饮料。
背景技术
猴头菇Hericium erinaceus又名猴头菌、猴头、猴头蘑、刺猬菌等,是一种珍贵的食药兼用的食用菌,子实体和发酵菌丝体入药,性平、味甘,具有助消化、利五脏的功效,对慢性胃炎、十二指肠溃疡、胃溃疡等多种消化道疾病均有较好疗效,并能提高人体免疫功能。是猴头菌片、复方胃宁片、胃乐新等制剂的主要成分。
榆耳Gloeostereum incarnatum又称榆蘑,学名胶韧革菌,仅分布于我国东北三省、山东、甘肃和日本的北海道。其子实体质地胶质,形态似黑木耳,但粉红棕色,富有弹性。榆耳味道鲜美,兼具药效,享有"森林食品之王"的美称。当地人民采食其野生子实体,用并来治疗菌痢。榆耳含有一定的天然药性成分,药理试验表明,其代谢产物具有抗产气杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肠杆菌、大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄杆菌等活性。能补益、和中、固肾气,利尿道,用于补虚、疗痔、泻痢(对肠炎沙门杆菌的抑制作用最为明显)等肠胃系统疾病。
竹荪Dictyophora indusiata竹荪是寄生在枯竹根部的一种隐花菌类,形状略似网状干白蛇皮,它有深绿色的菌帽,雪白色的圆柱状的菌柄,粉红色的蛋形菌托,在菌柄顶端有一围细致洁白的网状裙从菌盖向下铺开,被人们称为“雪裙仙子”、“山珍之花”、“真菌之花”、“菌中皇后”。竹荪营养丰富,香味浓郁,滋味鲜美,自古就列为“草八珍”之一。历史上列为"宫廷贡品",近代做为国宴名菜,同时也是食疗佳品。其营养丰富,据测定干竹荪中含蛋白质19.4%、脂肪2.6%,碳水化合物总量60.4%,其中菌糖4.2%、粗纤维8.4%,灰分9.3%。其对高血压、神经衰弱、肠胃疾病等具有保健作用。还具有特异的防腐功能,夏日加入竹荪烹调的菜、肉多日不变馊。
猴头菇饮料现在已有生产,本人也申请了猴头菇山楂饮料的专利申请号2015101159217,但是把猴头菇和有增效作用和抑菌防腐的名贵菌类榆耳和竹荪一起加工成饮料还未见到报道和产品,本发明的饮料甘甜可口,口感好,健胃养胃效果更好,是不可多得的保健饮品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据目前健胃消食饮料市场的现状,提供一种健胃养胃效果更好口感更好的键胃保健饮料,以满足广大消费者的需求。
本发明的目的是提供一种以猴头菇、榆耳、竹荪为组方的健胃养胃保健饮品。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一、其成分含量如下:猴头菇的添加量为2-15% (干品) 、榆耳的添加量为0.5-8%(干品)、竹荪的添加量为0.5-8%(干品)适量的蜂蜜(或其他甜味剂)余量为纯净水。
二、原材料处理:将干原料挑选干净粉碎60-80目备用(使用菌丝体将菌丝体粉碎备用).。
三、提取:将处理好的原料按比例加入纯净水,在夹层锅内加热到85-95℃,提取90-120分钟,过滤后再重复提取二次每次30分钟,合并提取液备用。
四、调配:将提取液按比例加入蜂蜜或其他甜味剂。
五、精过滤:采用精密过滤机进行过滤,使饮料清亮透明。
六、灌装:采用全自动灌装旋盖设备进行灌装旋盖。
七、灭菌 打码 贴标 包装:采用巴氏灭菌或高压灭菌,冷去后打码,自动贴标机贴标包装成品入库。
由于采用了以上技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明将猴头菇、榆耳、竹荪加工成饮料,而且不添加任何添加剂只添加适量的蜂蜜(或其他甜味剂)。是天然保健饮料,集营养和保健于一身具有健胃养胃、抗癌、治疗痢疾等功效;特别适合胃病患者和中老年人饮用。本发明的工艺简单,成本低,产品安全、无任何副作用且食用方便。
具体实施方式。
一、原材料处理:将猴头菇、榆耳、竹荪洗净粉碎后备用.。
二、成分含量如下:猴头菇6%(干品)、榆耳3%(干品)、竹荪2%、蜂蜜10%余量为纯净水。
三、提取:将处理好的猴头菇和山楂按比例加上纯净水,在夹层锅内加热到90℃,提取90分钟,过滤后再重复提取二次每次30分钟,合并提取液备用。
四、调配:将提取液按比例加入蜂蜜。
五、精过滤:采用精密过滤机进行过滤,使饮料清亮透明。
六、灌装:采用全自动灌装旋盖设备进行灌装旋盖。
七、灭菌 打码 贴标 包装:采用高压灭菌121度15分钟,冷去后打码,自动贴标机贴标包装成品入库。

1.猴头菇功能饮料其特征是:其功效成分由猴头菇、榆耳、竹荪构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的猴头菇功能饮料其特征在于其主要原料成分的含量为猴头菇的添加量为2-15% (干品) 、榆耳的添加量为0.5-8%(干品)、竹荪的添加量为0.5-8%(干品)适量的蜂蜜(或其他甜味剂)余量为纯净水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的猴头菇山楂饮料其特征在于使用的功效成分包括其子实体和菌丝体。
