Abstract

本发明提供一种促进果实着色的增色剂,所述促进果实着色的增色剂包括以下原料:花青素液、光合细菌发酵液、磷酸二氢钾、八硼酸钾、钼酸铵、复合氨基酸、植物生长调节剂、润湿剂;所述增色剂能够促进植物光合作用中光能的吸收和传递,诱导形成稳定的花色素苷及可溶性糖,显著提高果实的红果率和甜度,很好的改善了果实的外观和内在品质;同时,所述增色剂被果实吸收后无有害物质残留,对人体和环境无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种增色剂,具体涉及一种促进果实着色的增色剂。
背景技术
果实的外观颜色是许多着色型水果如苹果、梨、桃、葡萄等的重要品质指标,也是其果实商品性优劣的重要体现。我国水果之所以出口数量少,出口价格低,其重要原因就是果实外观品质不高。我国果树面积以年均9%左右的速度稳步增长。从1994年开始,我国果树栽培面积和总数量均已稳居世界第一,2003年,我国果树生产面积达到943.67万hm,占世界果树面积的18%;总产量7551.5万吨,占世界总产量的15.7%。然而我国水果出口量仅有148.7万吨,出口率尚不到2%,而且出口平均单价仅为0.31美元/kg,是世界水果出口平均单价的63%。目前国外的水果大举进入我国果品市场,对我国国产水果生产造成很大冲击。
改善果实外观及提高果实内在品质,在当前是关系到我国果实在国际市场竞争力的关键,直接影响到我国果业的发展。苹果的红色浓淡对其价值也有较大影响,尤其在国际市场上果实色泽几乎成了价值的标志。色泽较红能有效提高竞销能力,而且色调愈红售价愈高。因此,人们都希望生产出更多的外型美观,色红质优的苹果,满足国内外广大消费者的需要。
因此需要寻找新的环保、安全、高效、无毒、经济、方便的方法,在改善果实外观的同时,又能够改善果实的内在品质,如改善口味,提高糖度等。在满足上述要求下,还要保证安全无毒,对人体无危害,对果品本身也无损害。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种促进果实着色的增色剂,所述增色剂能够促进植物光合作用中光能的吸收和传递,诱导形成稳定的花色素苷及可溶性糖,显著提高果实的红果率和甜度,很好的改善了果实的外观和内在品质;同时,所述增色剂被果实吸收后无有害物质残留,对人体和环境无毒副作用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种促进果实着色的增色剂,所述促进果实着色的增色剂包括以下重量配比原料:花青素液:5~10份,光合细菌发酵液:3~5份,磷酸二氢钾:10~15份,八硼酸钾:2~6份,钼酸铵:1~3份,复合氨基酸:4~8份,植物生长调节剂:0.1~1份,润湿剂:1~2份。
优选地,所述促进果实着色的增色剂包括以下重量配比原料:花青素液:6~9份,光合细菌发酵液:3.2~4.8份,磷酸二氢钾:10.5~14.7份,八硼酸钾:2.4~5.6份,钼酸铵:1.2~2.8份,复合氨基酸:4.3~7.5份,植物生长调节剂:0.15~0.96份,润湿剂:1.1~1.98份。
优选地,所述促进果实着色的增色剂包括以下重量配比原料:花青素液:7.4份,光合细菌发酵液:4份,磷酸二氢钾:12.5份,八硼酸钾:4.75份,钼酸铵:2.2份,复合氨基酸:6份,植物生长调节剂:0.56份,润湿剂:1.54份。
进一步,所述花青素液来源于黑枸杞、深蓝莓、樱桃、紫甘薯提取液中的一种或多种。
另,所述光合细菌发酵液为产氧型光合细菌发酵液。
另有,所述复合氨基酸为酪氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、苯丙氨酸、胱氨酸中的一种或多种。
再,所述植物生长调节剂为萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、赤霉素、生长素中的一种或多种。
再有,所述润湿剂为吐温-80、二十烷基甜菜碱、十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)所述的一种促进果实着色的增色剂,能够促进植物光合作用中光能的吸收和传递,诱导形成稳定的花色素苷及可溶性糖,显著提高果实的红果率和甜度。
(2)通过利用所述的一种促进果实着色的增色剂,不但能很好的改善果实的外观,同时还能很好的改善果实的内在品质,有效提升其市场经济价值和食用营养价值。
(3)所述的一种促进果实着色的增色剂,被果实吸收后无任何有害物质残留,对人体和环境无毒副作用,可放心食用。

花青素液:5~10份,光合细菌发酵液:3~5份,磷酸二氢钾:10~15份,八硼酸钾:2~6份,钼酸铵:1~3份,复合氨基酸:4~8份,植物生长调节剂:0.1~1份,润湿剂:1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进果实着色的增色剂,其特征在于,所述促进果实着色的增色剂包括以下重量配比原料:
花青素液:6~9份,光合细菌发酵液:3.2~4.8份,磷酸二氢钾:10.5~14.7份,八硼酸钾:2.4~5.6份,钼酸铵:1.2~2.8份,复合氨基酸:4.3~7.5份,植物生长调节剂:0.15~0.96份,润湿剂:1.1~1.98份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进果实着色的增色剂,其特征在于,所述促进果实着色的增色剂包括以下重量配比原料:
花青素液:7.4份,光合细菌发酵液:4份,磷酸二氢钾:12.5份,八硼酸钾:4.75份,钼酸铵:2.2份,复合氨基酸:6份,植物生长调节剂:0.56份,润湿剂:1.54份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种促进果实着色的增色剂,其特征在于,所述花青素液来源于黑枸杞、深蓝莓、樱桃、紫甘薯提取液中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种促进果实着色的增色剂,其特征在于,所述光合细菌发酵液为产氧型光合细菌发酵液。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种促进果实着色的增色剂,其特征在于,所述复合氨基酸为酪氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、苯丙氨酸、胱氨酸中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种促进果实着色的增色剂,其特征在于,所述植物生长调节剂为萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、赤霉素、生长素中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种促进果实着色的增色剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为吐温-80、二十烷基甜菜碱、十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或多种。
