本发明涉及一种工件自动上料装置,包括传输带、上料板、机械手臂、夹装机构,倾斜设置的传输带上端对应设置在上料板其中一端上方,所述上料板通过铰支点水平布置,上料板靠近传输带一端通过复位机构抵触在凸轮上,所述凸轮对应连接有步进电机甲;机械手臂末端设置有夹装机构,夹装机构包括V型槽和卡合机构,卡合机构为铰接在机械手臂侧部的弧形卡合板,结构合理,简单方便,降低了工人的劳动强度,效率高,特别适用于大批量生产的回转体零件在车床、磨床等机床上的上料加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工领域,具体是一种工件自动上料装置。
背景技术
在机床加工零件过程中,很多都实现了数控自动化加工,加工完毕后自动下料可以很容易实现,唯独上料需由手工完成,特别是大批量生产的回转体零件在车床、磨床等机床加工过程中的上料基本都由人工完成,劳动强度大,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种在车床、磨床等加工过程中能自动上料、无需人工完成的更方便、效率更高的工件自动上料装置。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种工件自动上料装置,包括传输带、上料板、机械手臂、夹装机构,倾斜设置的传输带上端对应设置在上料板其中一端上方,所述上料板通过铰支点水平布置,上料板靠近传输带一端通过复位机构抵触在凸轮上,所述凸轮对应连接有步进电机甲;机械手臂末端设置有夹装机构,夹装机构包括V型槽和卡合机构,卡合机构为铰接在机械手臂侧部的弧形卡合板,所述卡合板指向V型槽末端,机械手臂侧部设有对应卡合板的通孔;卡合板铰接轴穿过机械手臂侧部并连接在步进电机乙上;上料板远离传输带一端指向V型槽与卡合机构之间,所述步进电机甲、步进电机乙对应连接在控制器上。
所述复位机构为竖向设置在上料板下沿的弹簧或配重块;输送带上设有垂直于带面的限位柱。
有益技术效果:结构合理,简单方便,降低了工人的劳动强度,效率高,特别适用于大批量生产的回转体零件在车床、磨床等机床上的上料加工;设置控制器,当需要上料时,凸轮带动上料板上扬,使棒料落入V型槽,夹装机构对棒料进行卡合,此时控制器控制凸轮转动使上料板复位,机械手臂带动棒料进行上料,上料完成后传输带带动下一棒料运输至上料板,完成上料。

具体实施方式
一种工件自动上料装置,参见图1-3:包括传输带1、上料板2、机械手臂7、夹装机构,倾斜设置的传输带1上端对应设置在上料板2其中一端上方,所述上料板2通过铰支点5水平布置,上料板2靠近传输带1一端通过复位机构抵触在凸轮4上,所述凸轮4对应连接有步进电机10甲;机械手臂7末端设置有夹装机构,夹装机构包括V型槽6和卡合机构,卡合机构为铰接在机械手臂7侧部的弧形卡合板8,所述卡合板8指向V型槽6末端,机械手臂7侧部设有对应卡合板8的通孔;卡合板8铰接轴穿过机械手臂7侧部并连接在步进电机10乙上;上料板2远离传输带1一端指向V型槽6与卡合机构之间,所述步进电机10甲、步进电机10乙对应连接在控制器上。
所述复位机构为竖向设置在上料板2下沿的弹簧或配重块3;输送带上设有垂直于带面的限位柱。
结构合理,简单方便,降低了工人的劳动强度,效率高,特别适用于大批量生产的回转体零件在车床、磨床等机床上的上料加工;设置控制器,当需要上料时,凸轮4带动上料板2上扬,使棒料9落入V型槽6,夹装机构对棒料9进行卡合,此时控制器控制凸轮4转动使上料板2复位,机械手臂7带动棒料9进行上料,上料完成后传输带1带动下一棒料9运输至上料板2,完成上料;V型槽6及卡和板合围腔体与棒料9外径相匹配,保证每次夹取的棒料9为1个;设置V型槽6,使棒料上料过程更加稳固。

1.一种工件自动上料装置,包括传输带、上料板、机械手臂、夹装机构,其特征是:倾斜设置的传输带上端对应设置在上料板其中一端上方,所述上料板通过铰支点水平布置,上料板靠近传输带一端通过复位机构抵触在凸轮上,所述凸轮对应连接有步进电机甲;机械手臂末端设置有夹装机构,夹装机构包括V型槽和卡合机构,卡合机构为铰接在机械手臂侧部的弧形卡合板,所述卡合板指向V型槽末端,机械手臂侧部设有对应卡合板的通孔;卡合板铰接轴穿过机械手臂侧部并连接在步进电机乙上;上料板远离传输带一端指向V型槽与卡合机构之间,所述步进电机甲、步进电机乙对应连接在控制器上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工件自动上料装置,其特征是:所述复位机构为竖向设置在上料板下沿的弹簧或配重块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工件自动上料装置,其特征是:输送带上设有垂直于带面的限位柱。
