背景技术
当归,为伞形科植物当归的干燥根。主产甘肃东南部,其次为云南、四川、陕西、湖北等省,均为栽培。具有补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便之功效。常用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。当归由于其味甘而重,故专能补血,其气轻而辛,故又能行血,补中有动,行中有补,是行气补血的圣药。
陈皮为常用中药,具有理气健脾,燥湿化痰的功能。明代李时珍云:“同补药则补,同泻药则泻,同升药则升,同降药则降。脾乃原气之母,乃摄气之签,故橘皮为二经气分之药,但随所配而补泻升降也。”陈皮能显著降低血脂,显著减轻肝细胞的脂化程度,有明显的降脂、 预防动脉硬化及抗血液高凝状态作用,而且陈皮能抑制血小板聚集,并具有降低血红细胞聚集作用。
贫血是指人体外周血红细胞容量减少,低于正常范围下限的一种常见的临床症状。陈皮和当归搭配具有很好的补血效果,每日服用可以对贫血有一定的改善作用。但是由于中药服用不便,需要对它们进行加工使其便于携带和服用。市场上出现的咀嚼片可以满足要求,因此可以将它们制成咀嚼片,不仅携带方便,方便服用,而且可以定量服用,避免一次性服用太多对人体造成伤害。

一种适合三高人群食用的当归陈皮咀嚼片,由以下重量份的原料组成:当归60-70、陈皮20-25、柠檬冻干粉4-5、蜂花粉2-3、大豆磷脂0.6-0.8、亚油酸0.2-0.5、棕榈油1-2、水磨糯米粉18-22、谷朊粉9-12、胡萝卜8-10、红枣7-9、甘露醇8-10、硬脂酸镁6-8、壳聚糖50-60、海藻酸钠溶液适量。
所述的一种适合三高人群食用的当归陈皮咀嚼片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将当归、陈皮洗净后一起加5-6倍的水煎煮60-70min,过滤后将药渣粉碎备用,滤液浓缩至体积的20-30%后加乙醇搅拌至含醇量为65-70%,静置20-24h后取上清液回收乙醇,喷雾干燥后得到当归陈皮水提取物;
(2)将胡萝卜、红枣洗净去杂后控干水分后粉碎成40-50目,加入等重量的水和2-3%的蛋白胨,经110-120℃高温高压灭菌25-30min,然后降温至35-37℃后先调节混合物pH为5.5-6,然后接入4-5%的经过活化后的嗜酸乳杆菌发酵20-25h,然后再加入当归陈皮的药渣继续发酵8-12h,干燥后超微化粉碎得到当归陈皮酵素;
(3)将壳聚糖加入到一定质量的1%醋酸溶液中溶解,然后用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至6.0后,得到壳聚糖溶液备用,将当归陈皮酵素加入适量的15g/L的海藻酸钠溶液中溶解,然后加入到一定浓度的氯化钙溶液中,持续搅拌25-30min,过滤后收集小球,将小球投入壳聚糖溶液中,持续搅拌交联50-60min,抽滤水洗后在40℃的温度下干燥20-24h,得当归陈皮酵素微球;
(4)将当归陈皮酵素微球、当归陈皮的水提取物、柠檬冻干粉粉、蜂花粉、大豆磷脂、亚油酸、棕榈油、水磨糯米粉、谷朊粉、甘露醇混合粉碎过60目筛,然后加入10%重量份的水,搅拌均匀后置于55-65℃的真空干燥箱中干燥至含水量为2.5-3.5%,得到混合软料;
(5)将混合软料粉碎后过14-18目筛,然后加入硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后进行压片,即得适合三高人群食用的当归陈皮咀嚼片。

一种适合三高人群食用的当归陈皮咀嚼片,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:当归60、陈皮20、柠檬冻干粉4、蜂花粉2、大豆磷脂0.6、亚油酸0.2、棕榈油1、水磨糯米粉18、谷朊粉9、胡萝卜8、红枣7、甘露醇8、硬脂酸镁6、壳聚糖50、海藻酸钠溶液适量。
所述的一种适合三高人群食用的当归陈皮咀嚼片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将当归、陈皮洗净后一起加5倍的水煎煮60min,过滤后将药渣粉碎备用,滤液浓缩至体积的20%后加乙醇搅拌至含醇量为65%,静置20h后取上清液回收乙醇,喷雾干燥后得到当归陈皮水提取物;
(2)将胡萝卜、红枣洗净去杂后控干水分后粉碎成40目,加入等重量的水和2%的蛋白胨,经110℃高温高压灭菌25min,然后降温至35℃后先调节混合物pH为5.5,然后接入4%的经过活化后的嗜酸乳杆菌发酵20h,然后再加入当归陈皮的药渣继续发酵8h,干燥后超微化粉碎得到当归陈皮酵素;

(2)将胡萝卜、红枣洗净去杂后控干水分后粉碎成40-50目,加入等重量的水和2-3%的蛋白胨,经110-120℃高温高压灭菌25-30min,然后降温至35-37℃后先调节混合物pH为5.5-6,然后接入4-5%的经过活化后的嗜酸乳杆菌发酵20-25h,然后再加入当归陈皮的药渣继续发酵8-12h,干燥后超微化粉碎得到当归陈皮酵素;
(3)将壳聚糖加入到一定质量的1%醋酸溶液中溶解,然后用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至6.0后,得到壳聚糖溶液备用,将当归陈皮酵素加入适量的15g/L的海藻酸钠溶液中溶解,然后加入到一定浓度的氯化钙溶液中,持续搅拌25-30min,过滤后收集小球,将小球投入壳聚糖溶液中,持续搅拌交联50-60min,抽滤水洗后在40℃的温度下干燥20-24h,得当归陈皮酵素微球;
(4)将当归陈皮酵素微球、当归陈皮的水提取物、柠檬冻干粉粉、蜂花粉、大豆磷脂、亚油酸、棕榈油、水磨糯米粉、谷朊粉、甘露醇混合粉碎过60目筛,然后加入10%重量份的水,搅拌均匀后置于55-65℃的真空干燥箱中干燥至含水量为2.5-3.5%,得到混合软料;
(5)将混合软料粉碎后过14-18目筛,然后加入硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后进行压片,即得适合三高人群食用的当归陈皮咀嚼片。
