Abstract

一种阻燃抗老化织物加工方法,包括以下步骤:将织物铺开,将织物两面都喷洒浓度5.2%的白醋至湿润,然后将织物卷绕用无纺布包裹后埋入酒糟中;将织物放入‑15℃~0℃的冷库内保持30分钟,取出后将织物枣木燃烧的烟气熏蒸20分钟;取附着液加热至80‑88℃,将附着液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上;将纳米石墨烯、纳米二氧化硅和水按1:1:5~1:3:5的比例混合搅拌制得混合物,再加热至90℃~95℃,将织物浸入混合物中,然后将织物烘干。本发明方法处理的织物其阻燃性能显著提高,织物燃烧中形成绝热炭化层,抑制织物进一步燃烧,织物具有非常好的抗老化性能,在高温和强紫外线、强酸碱环境下其性质稳定,阻燃性能依然不变。

一种阻燃抗老化织物加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织织物生产技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃抗老化织物加工方法。
背景技术
为了避免火灾的延续,在生活中会经常使用到阻燃织物,如防火窗帘、宾馆用阻燃地毯等等,都是为了减小火灾发生的可能性。但目前的阻燃织物制成的一些产品存在抗老化性差,使用寿命短等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种阻燃抗老化织物加工方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种阻燃抗老化织物加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱和纬纱混纺后制成织物;
(2)将织物铺开,将织物两面都喷洒浓度5.2%的白醋至湿润,然后将织物卷绕用无纺布包裹后埋入酒糟中,保持2小时后取出,再将织物干燥;
(3)将织物放入-15℃~0℃的冷库内保持30分钟,取出后将织物枣木燃烧的烟气熏蒸20分钟;
(4)取附着液加热至80-88℃,将附着液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上,然后再将织物烘干;
(5)将纳米石墨烯、纳米二氧化硅和水按1:1:5~1:3:5的比例混合搅拌制得混合物,再加热至90℃~95℃,将织物浸入混合物中,使织物浸足混合物,然后将织物烘干。
经纱和纬纱均由复合纤维制成,复合纤维由涤纶纤维、黏胶纤维、磷系阻燃剂按1:1:1的比例经混合纺丝而成。
冷库温度为-10℃。
附着液加热温度为84℃。
所述附着液由如下重量份原料制成:麦穗4份、生军4份、枸杞子8份、黄柏8份、夏枯草6份、地榆皮12份、桃子皮12份、丝瓜络12份、叶绿素0.5份、大豆肽0.5份;其制备方法是,将除叶绿素、大豆肽外的各原料混合,然后加入除叶绿素、大豆肽外的各原料重量份5倍清水煎煮2小时,过滤后滤液自然冷却,然后加入叶绿素、大豆肽,搅拌混合后即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明方法处理的织物其阻燃性能显著提高,织物燃烧中形成绝热炭化层,阻碍热量传递,抑制织物进一步燃烧,织物具有非常好的抗老化性能,在高温和强紫外线、强酸碱环境下其性质稳定,阻燃性能依然不变。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种阻燃抗老化织物加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱和纬纱混纺后制成织物;
(2)将织物铺开,将织物两面都喷洒浓度5.2%的白醋至湿润,然后将织物卷绕用无纺布包裹后埋入酒糟中,保持2小时后取出,再将织物干燥;
(3)将织物放入-10℃的冷库内保持30分钟,取出后将织物枣木燃烧的烟气熏蒸20分钟;
(4)取附着液加热至84℃,将附着液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上,然后再将织物烘干;
(5)将纳米石墨烯、纳米二氧化硅和水按1:2:5的比例混合搅拌制得混合物,再加热至92℃,将织物浸入混合物中,使织物浸足混合物,然后将织物烘干。
经纱和纬纱均由复合纤维制成,复合纤维由涤纶纤维、黏胶纤维、磷系阻燃剂按1:1:1的比例经混合纺丝而成。

(5)将纳米石墨烯、纳米二氧化硅和水按1:3:5的比例混合搅拌制得混合物,再加热至95℃,将织物浸入混合物中,使织物浸足混合物,然后将织物烘干。

(2)将织物铺开,将织物两面都喷洒浓度5.2%的白醋至湿润,然后将织物卷绕用无纺布包裹后埋入酒糟中,保持2小时后取出,再将织物干燥;
(3)将织物放入-15℃~0℃的冷库内保持30分钟,取出后将织物枣木燃烧的烟气熏蒸20分钟;
(4)取附着液加热至80-88℃,将附着液均匀喷施在织物的两侧表面上,然后再将织物烘干;
(5)将纳米石墨烯、纳米二氧化硅和水按1:1:5~1:3:5的比例混合搅拌制得混合物,再加热至90℃~95℃,将织物浸入混合物中,使织物浸足混合物,然后将织物烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗老化织物加工方法,其特征在于,经纱和纬纱均由复合纤维制成,复合纤维由涤纶纤维、黏胶纤维、磷系阻燃剂按1:1:1的比例经混合纺丝而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗老化织物加工方法,其特征在于,冷库温度为-10℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗老化织物加工方法,其特征在于,附着液加热温度为84℃。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗老化织物加工方法,其特征在于,所述附着液由如下重量份原料制成:麦穗4份、生军4份、枸杞子8份、黄柏8份、夏枯草6份、地榆皮12份、桃子皮12份、丝瓜络12份、叶绿素0.5份、大豆肽0.5份;其制备方法是,将除叶绿素、大豆肽外的各原料混合,然后加入除叶绿素、大豆肽外的各原料重量份5倍清水煎煮2小时,过滤后滤液自然冷却,然后加入叶绿素、大豆肽,搅拌混合后即可。
