技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种具有高弹性的阻燃涤纶纱线以及采用该涤纶纱线制成的沙发布。
背景技术
涤纶因其具有较好强度、耐磨性、高模量、优良的耐热性及尺寸稳定性等综合性能,在我国有着非常广泛的应用和产业基础,是我国产量最大应用最为广泛的合成纤维。
比如在沙发布的生产和制造上,由于沙发布对纱线的强度以及耐磨性具有非常高的要求,使得涤纶在沙发布上的应用非常广泛。而随着社会的发展和进步,人们对日用品的安全性要求也随之提高,而涤纶的氧指数在22-24,不仅不具备阻燃效果,且属于易燃物品,容易引发安全隐患;另外,由于涤纶熔融温度低于其分解温度,因此会在燃烧过程中产生的熔滴现象严重。熔滴虽然能从聚合物基材中带走一部分热量有利于涤纶的阻燃,但是熔滴却带来了更严重的灾害:一方面,熔滴可能导致火焰蔓延到其他地方,引起更大火灾;此外,熔滴还容易引起烫伤、烧伤等在内的二次伤害,因此,不具阻燃性以及熔滴的缺陷极大的限制了涤纶在沙发布中的应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的第一目的在于提供一种具有阻燃效果且燃烧过程中不会产生熔滴的阻燃涤纶纱线。
为实现第一目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种具有高弹性的阻燃涤纶纱线,其特征是,包括阻燃鞘纱,所述阻燃鞘纱由60-70重量份的阻燃涤纶纤维和30-40重量份的聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维混纺制备而成;
所述阻燃涤纶纤维中阻燃添加剂占阻燃涤纶纤维的质量重量百分比含量的 8-10%;
所述阻燃添加剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵 11-17%,季戊四醇2-4%,氰尿酸三聚氰胺2-4%,Mg(OH)21%,粘结剂42-55%,增稠剂1%,水25-34%。
本发明进一步优选为:所述涤纶纱线还包括有金属芯纱,所述金属芯纱为不锈钢纤维或银纤维;涤纶纱线以75-90重量份的阻燃鞘纱作为短丝,以10-25 重量份的金属芯纱作为长丝包芯而成。
本发明进一步优选为:所述涤纶纱线外涂覆有阻燃涂层剂,所述阻燃涂层剂的涂层重量为涤纶纱线重量的35-40%。

本发明进一步优选为:所述阻燃添加剂和阻燃涂层剂中三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和氰尿酸三聚氰胺的重量百分比之和与粘结剂之比为1:2.5。
本发明进一步优选为:所述阻燃添加剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵13.34%,季戊四醇3.33%,氰尿酸三聚氰胺3.33%, Mg(OH)21%,粘结剂50%,增稠剂1%,水28%。
本发明进一步优选为:所述阻燃涂层剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵12%,季戊四醇3%,氰尿酸三聚氰胺3%,Mg(OH)21%,粘结剂50%,硅烷耦合剂2.5%,六溴环十二烷2%,增稠剂1%,水25.5%。
本发明进一步优选为:所述粘结剂为聚氨酯粘结剂。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种采用上述阻燃涤纶纱线制成的沙发布。
为实现第二目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种沙发布,其特征是,采用阻燃涤纶纱线编织而成。
本发明的第三目的在于提供一种用于制备权阻燃涤纶纱线的生产工艺。
为实现第三目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种用于制备权阻燃涤纶纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
干燥,将PET进行切片,称取重量份数为100份,并放置到温度为180℃的烘箱中进行烘干20-45min;
熔融,将烘干处理后的PET置于温度为250-280℃的熔炉中熔融,并称取重量份数为9-11份的阻燃添加剂,加入熔炉中混合均匀;
拉丝,将经过熔融步骤的物料进行挤压成型,冷却后形成POY丝线,并将 POY丝线依次经过第一罗拉胃入、上热箱加热、第二罗拉进行拉伸、下热箱定型、第三罗拉进一步定型、上油器进行加油、卷绕辊成型得到阻燃涤纶纤维;
混纺,称取重量份数为30-40的聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维和重量份数为 60-70的上述阻燃涤纶纤维混纺形成阻燃鞘纱;
包芯,称取重量份数为75-90的上述阻燃鞘纱和重量份数为10-25的金属芯纱采用棉环锭纺的方式制成包芯纱;
涂层,将包芯成的包芯纱在浆纱机中依次进行一次涂覆、一次烘干、二次涂覆以及二次烘干制成阻燃涤纶纱线,其中,涂覆材料为阻燃涂层剂,两次烘干的温度为160-190℃,两次烘干的时间为130-160s;
染色,将上述处理后的筒纱置于含有阳离子染料的染色水浴染色。
综上所述,本发明一种具有高弹性的阻燃涤纶纱线具有以下优点:
一,采用金属芯纱和阻燃鞘纱制成的包芯纱,具有良好的弹性,且可以同时发挥出金属芯纱和阻燃鞘纱各自的优点,使得本发明阻燃涤纶纱线可以同时具备金属芯纱的高强度和阻燃鞘纱的阻燃、耐磨等优点,此外,现有阻燃纤维点燃后都会发生断裂,本发明通过金属芯纱的设置可以在外部阻燃鞘纱烧掉的情况下通过金属芯纱保证连接,使通过本发明制造的沙发布;
二,阻燃鞘纱通过苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维和阻燃涤纶纤维混纺而成,其中,在阻燃方面:阻燃涤纶本身具有较好的阻燃性能,而苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维又是本质阻燃纤维,其阻燃性能更为优越,因此苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维的加入可以有效提高阻燃鞘纱的阻燃性能。其次,苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维在燃烧时碳化,并形成坚韧的焦炭层,提供连贯的热防护以支撑表面,焦炭的形成确保氧气的隔离,降低可燃性,可以进一步提高阻燃鞘纱的阻燃性能。
在熔滴方面:苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维的分解温度远高于阻燃涤纶,且不会发生熔融,在燃烧过程中阻燃涤纶产生的大量熔滴将以未分解的苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维为支架粘附于其表面,可以有效的减少了熔滴滴落;其次,苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维燃烧分解产生的焦炭为涤纶熔滴提供二次支架作用,防止熔滴降落的同时也能加速涤纶熔滴的炭化,进而提高成炭率,通过以上两方面的作用解决熔滴问题。
三,本发明中的阻燃涤纶纤维通过上述配方的阻燃添加剂和PET共混而成,具有良好的阻燃效果。
四,在阻燃涤纶纱线外涂覆阻燃涂层剂,发生燃烧时,阻燃剂优先涤纶织物分解,产生磷酸和不可燃气体,磷酸在高温条件下使涤纶织物和季戊四醇成炭剂迅速脱水成炭,在织物表面覆盖一层炭层。织物继续受热,氰尿酸三聚氰胺组分开始分解,产生氮类不可燃气体与磷酸铵分解产生的气体,冲击织物脱水而成的炭层,协同膨胀产生泡状炭层,从而达到隔热隔氧,减缓涤纶进一步燃烧的速度。并且其中分解产物能进一步在凝聚相和气相中发挥阻燃作用。
五,在涂层处理的基础上染色,具有优良的色牢度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例一
一种具有高弹性的阻燃涤纶纱线,包括金属芯纱2和阻燃鞘纱1,金属芯纱 2为不锈钢纤维或银纤维,本实施例中从成本和实用性能上考虑金属芯纱2选择使用不锈钢纤维,本实施例中涤纶纱线以80重量份的阻燃鞘纱1作为短丝,以 20重量份的金属芯纱2作为长丝包芯而成,在阻燃涤纶纱线外还涂覆有阻燃涂层剂,阻燃涂层剂的涂层重量为涤纶纱线重量的35%。
其中,阻燃鞘纱1由70重量份的阻燃涤纶纤维和30重量份的聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维混纺制备而成,阻燃涤纶纤维中阻燃添加剂占阻燃涤纶纤维的质量重量百分比含量的8%。
其中,上述阻燃添加剂和阻燃涂层剂中三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和氰尿酸三聚氰胺之比为8:2:2,阻燃添加剂和阻燃涂层剂中三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和氰尿酸三聚氰胺的重量百分比之和与粘结剂之比为1:2.5,且阻燃添加剂中三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和氰尿酸三聚氰胺的重量百分比之和占总配方重量百分比的20%,阻燃涂层剂中三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、氰尿酸三聚氰胺和六溴环十二烷的重量百分比之和占总配方重量百分比的20%。
一种用于制备权阻燃涤纶纱线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
干燥,将PET进行切片,称取重量份数为100份,并放置到温度为180℃的烘箱中进行烘干20-45min;
熔融,将烘干处理后的PET置于温度为250-280℃的熔炉中熔融,并称取重量份数为9份的阻燃添加剂,加入熔炉中混合均匀;
拉丝,将经过熔融步骤的物料进行挤压成型,冷却后形成POY丝线,并将 POY丝线依次经过第一罗拉胃入、上热箱加热、第二罗拉进行拉伸、下热箱定型、第三罗拉进一步定型、上油器进行加油、卷绕辊成型得到阻燃涤纶纤维;
混纺,称取重量份数为30的聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维和重量份数为70 的上述阻燃涤纶纤维混纺形成阻燃鞘纱1;
包芯,称取重量份数为80的上述阻燃鞘纱1和重量份数为20的金属芯纱2 采用棉环锭纺的方式制成包芯纱;
涂层,将包芯成的包芯纱在浆纱机中依次进行一次涂覆、一次烘干、二次涂覆以及二次烘干制成阻燃涤纶纱线,其中,涂覆材料为阻燃涂层剂,两次烘干的温度为180℃,两次烘干的时间为150s;
染色,将上述处理后的筒纱置于含有阳离子染料的染色水浴染色。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有高弹性的阻燃涤纶纱线,其特征是:包括阻燃鞘纱(1),所述阻燃鞘纱(1)由60-70重量份的阻燃涤纶纤维和30-40重量份的聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺纤维混纺制备而成;
所述阻燃涤纶纤维中阻燃添加剂占阻燃涤纶纤维的质量重量百分比含量的8-10%;
所述阻燃添加剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵11-17%,季戊四醇2-4%,氰尿酸三聚氰胺2-4%,Mg(OH)21%,粘结剂42-55%,增稠剂1%,水25-34%;所述涤纶纱线还包括有金属芯纱(2),所述金属芯纱(2)为不锈钢纤维或银纤维;涤纶纱线以75-90重量份的阻燃鞘纱(1)作为短丝,以10-25重量份的金属芯纱(2)作为长丝包芯而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高弹性的阻燃涤纶纱线,其特征是:所述涤纶纱线外涂覆有阻燃涂层剂,所述阻燃涂层剂的涂层重量为涤纶纱线重量的35-40%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有高弹性的阻燃涤纶纱线,其特征是:所述阻燃涂层剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵10-16%,季戊四醇2-4%,氰尿酸三聚氰胺2-4%,Mg(OH)21%,粘结剂40-55%,硅烷耦合剂2-3%,六溴环十二烷1-2%,增稠剂1%,水23-34%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有高弹性的阻燃涤纶纱线,其特征是:所述阻燃添加剂和阻燃涂层剂中三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和氰尿酸三聚氰胺之比为8:2:2。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有高弹性的阻燃涤纶纱线,其特征是:所述阻燃添加剂和阻燃涂层剂中三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和氰尿酸三聚氰胺的重量百分比之和与粘结剂之比为1:2.5。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有高弹性的阻燃涤纶纱线,其特征是:所述阻燃添加剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵13.34%,季戊四醇3.33%,氰尿酸三聚氰胺3.33%,Mg(OH)21%,粘结剂50%,增稠剂1%,水28%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有高弹性的阻燃涤纶纱线,其特征是:所述阻燃涂层剂由以下组分按重量百分比组成:三聚氰胺改性聚磷酸铵12%,季戊四醇3%,氰尿酸三聚氰胺3%,Mg(OH)21%,粘结剂50%,硅烷耦合剂2.5%,六溴环十二烷2%,增稠剂1%,水25.5%。
8.一种沙发布,其特征是:采用权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的阻燃涤纶纱线编织而成。
9.一种用于制备权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的阻燃涤纶纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
干燥,将PET进行切片,称取重量份数为100份,并放置到温度为180℃的烘箱中进行烘干20-45min;
熔融,将烘干处理后的PET置于温度为250-280℃的熔炉中熔融,并称取重量份数为9-11份的阻燃添加剂,加入熔炉中混合均匀;
拉丝,将经过熔融步骤的物料进行挤压成型,冷却后形成POY丝线,并将POY丝线依次经过第一罗拉胃入、上热箱加热、第二罗拉进行拉伸、下热箱定型、第三罗拉进一步定型、上油器进行加油、卷绕辊成型得到阻燃涤纶纤维;
