Abstract

一种仪纶可呼吸功能面料的生产方法,涉及功能性纺织技术领域,包括配棉、开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、染色、浆纱、织造和后整理步骤,其特点是:配棉时原料为仪纶和棉纤维。与现有纤维素纤维面料或纤维素纤维与聚酯混纺面料相比,本发明具有如下优势:本发明制备的新型抗皱可呼吸功能面料具有较好的抗皱性能,具有吸湿放湿双向可呼吸功能,可用于高档衬衫面料、针织内衣、袜子等领域。

Description

一种仪纶可呼吸功能面料的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及功能性纺织技术领域,特别是一种可呼吸功能面料的生产方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对穿着的舒适性和美观性的要求越来越高,健康舒适的服装面料已经受到大众消费者的重视。传统纯棉面料以其良好的吸湿性及透气性赢得广大消费者的青睐,其具有良好穿着舒适性的同时,纯棉产品也具有易皱难烫的缺点,特别是高支纯棉衬衫,只能通过洗后频繁的熨烫来保持平整。面料设计师通过引入聚酯纤维,这种世界上产量最大的人造化学纤维来进行混纺,以期利用聚酯纤维大分子结晶度,取向度高,弹性好不易起皱,挺括保形性好,耐光、热性好,洗涤后快干免烫,洗可穿的性能来弥补纯棉的上述缺点。但是,聚酯纤维是化学纤维,其公定回潮率只有0.4%,织物不容易排汗,而且摸上去有刺拉的感觉,很容易起静电,给人一种低档、廉价的感觉。
可喜的是,由中石化仪征化纤有限责任公司研制生产出了一种由对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)及聚酰胺(PA)三者共聚反应,而成的聚酰胺酯,命名为仪纶纤维给人们带来的福音。聚酰胺基团的引入,使纤维的玻璃化温度、模量、强度等基本物理性能和染色性等都发生了根本性的变化,具有以下四大优点:柔软性,易于弯曲形变;抗起球性,使织物的毛羽在外界摩擦环境下易断裂,不易成球,提高了织物的抗起球等级;吸湿速干,仪纶回潮率是常规聚酯纤维的两倍,使纤维表面与水的接触角减小,液态水能在织物表面快速扩散,不会像棉纤维一样吸水溶胀,水的扩散仅限于纤维表面;仪纶纤维与水分子,很少产生牢固的氢键结合,保证了速干性;常压染色,仪纶熔融温度约为236℃,介于锦纶6和常规聚酯纤维之间,其玻璃化温度比常规聚酯纤维低。
但是,如何进一步开发利用仪纶纤维,使面料既具有纯棉织物透气、吸湿、天然的特点又能弥补其穿着导湿性差、易变形、穿着过程中不易打理的缺陷成为许多面料供应商和科技工作者研究的课题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种既具有纯棉织物透气、吸湿、天然的特点又能弥补其穿着导湿性差、易变形、穿着过程中不易打理的缺陷的仪纶可呼吸功能面料的生产方法。
本发明包括配棉、开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、染色、浆纱、织造和后整理步骤,其特征在于:配棉时原料为仪纶和棉纤维。
与现有纤维素纤维面料或纤维素纤维与聚酯混纺面料相比,本发明具有如下优势:本发明制备的新型抗皱可呼吸功能面料具有较好的抗皱性能,具有吸湿放湿双向可呼吸功能,可用于高档衬衫面料、针织内衣、袜子等领域。
优选地,本发明所述仪纶和棉纤维的混合质量比为20∶80~80∶20。
在传统CVC面料配棉比例上进行调整优化,随着仪纶纤维比例的增加,织物抗皱免烫性能越来越好,且吸湿快干性能也会进一步加强;随着棉纤维比例的提高,织物手感、柔软度会提高,综合考虑确定仪纶和棉纤维混合配比在20∶80~80∶20之间。
具体实施方式
一、制备工艺步骤:
1、四种配棉方案:
A:采用全棉纤维。
B:采用全仪纶纤维。
C:棉和仪纶以20/80混配。
D:棉和仪纶以80/20混配。
后续工艺相同。
2、开清棉:开清棉工艺为:棉卷干定量400-450g/m,棉卷重量在10-15kg, 梳针滚筒速度480-550r/min,综合打手700-800r/min。
3、梳棉:梳棉机工艺设定为:刺辊速度为820-900r/min,锡林速度为300-350r/min,道夫速度为20-28r/min。
4、并条:并条工艺参数设定为:熟条定量15-22g/5m,出条速度 200-280m/min。
5、粗纱:粗纱主要工艺参数配置:捻系数为50-90,锭速700-800r/min。
6、细纱:细纱工序主要工艺参数配置:捻系数为330-400;钳口隔距为 3.1-3.5mm;后牵伸倍数为1.30-1.40。
7、络筒:络筒工序主要工艺参数配置:车速600-700米/分钟;摆幅±13%, 周期550-600ms;频率35-38Hz。
8、染色:由于聚酰胺酯熔点较聚酯纤维要低,无定形区较聚酯要大,染料更易进入纤维内部,故染色采用分散染料,常压95-100度,时间30-45分钟。
9、浆纱:浆纱工序主要工艺参数配置:车速为50-60米/分;烘筒温度为 120-135℃,托纱辊张力1-2kg;卷绕张力2000-2200N;轧浆辊被覆压力2.8-3.2kg/m2, 渗透辊压力800-900kg;伸长率<1%;回潮率4-5%;退绕张力1.5-2kg;干区张力1700-1800N。
10、织机织造。
11、后整理:采用常规丝光大整理工艺生产,丝光碱浓140-150g/l,定型温度100-175度。
二、产品结果分析:
下表反应了以经向40支,纬向40支机织布进行参数设定,分别以精梳全棉为经纬向进行生产、以100%仪纶为经纬向进行生产、以20∶80的棉∶仪纶为经纬向进行生产、以80∶20的棉∶仪纶为经纬向进行生产取得的面料的各功能检测结果。

从表1中看出:
1、抗皱性能,仪纶的引入提高了织物的褶皱回复性能:当含量达到80%时,平整度达3.0级具备了较好的抗皱性能。
2、吸湿速干性能,仪纶中酰胺基的引入大大提高了织物的吸湿速干性能,这是由于仪纶回潮率是常规聚酯纤维的两倍,使纤维表面与水的接触角减少,液态水能在织物表面快速扩散,不会像棉纤维一样吸水溶胀,其毛细效应、扩散速度方面均高于棉、快干性能优于棉。
3、抗起球性,仪纶纤维的强度与棉纤维相当,使织物的毛羽在外界摩擦下容易断裂,不易成毛球,提高了织物的抗起球等级。

1.一种仪纶可呼吸功能面料的生产方法,包括配棉、开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、染色、浆纱、织造和后整理步骤,其特征在于:配棉时原料为仪纶和棉纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述仪纶可呼吸功能面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述仪纶和棉纤维的混合质量比为20∶80~80∶20。
