茯苓Wolfiporia cocos,又称玉灵、茯灵、万灵桂、茯菟。 是拟层孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核,常寄生在松树根上,形如甘薯,球状,外皮淡棕色或黑褐色,内部粉色或白色,精制后称为白茯苓或者云苓。中医认为茯苓性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾经。具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神的功效。茯苓可治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕逆,恶阻,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘等症。茯苓之利水,是通过健运脾肺功能而达到的,与其它直接利水的中药不同。苓桂术甘汤、四君子汤、四苓汤等均是有茯苓配伍的常用方剂。

血耳Tremella sanguinea Peng又名药耳、血色银耳、红耳、血木耳、茶木耳、褐血耳。神农架高山野生血耳,是神农架原始森林特有天然药食两用珍稀菌耳!主要生长在2000米以上的高山林区。自然野生状态下生长,营养成分特别高,产量极少,是市场上极佳的天然补血食品,对女性及老年体虚贫血,面色不好等症,有极好改善和治疗作用。血耳是妇科病良药,产品供不应求,子实体鲜时暗赤褐色、干后黑色、表面有赤褐色素薄层、浸水有酱油状色素渗出。
红菇Russula vinosa Lindblad叫正红菇、高山红(顶级红菇)、红椎菌,属层菌纲,是一种真菌,身含有5种多糖、16种氨基酸和28种脂肪酸。多糖含量约为2.47%,其中单糖和寡糖占总糖的33.9%,氨基酸含量14.7%,其中人体必需、半必需氨基酸占氨基酸的54.4%。红菇干品每百克含蛋白质15.7克,碳水化合物63.3克,钙23毫克,磷500毫克,维生素b23.54毫克,尼克酸42.3毫克。红菇有"菇中之王"的美称,系天然营养佳品。其风味独特,香馥爽口。有滋阴、补肾、润肺、活血、健脑、养颜等功效,经常食用,能强身健体、延年益寿。
蜂蜜基本为蜜蜂采集花蜜,经自然发酵而成的黄白色黏稠液体。蜜被誉为“大自然中最完美的营养食品”,古希腊人把蜜看做是“天赐的礼物”。中国从古代就开始人工养蜂采蜜,蜂蜜既是良药,又是上等饮料,可延年益寿。还可用于美容的保健品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据目前功能饮料市场发展的现状利用以上天然原材料专为女性提供一种保健美容功能性饮料。
本发明的目的是发明一种适宜女士饮用的保健美容功能性饮料的组方。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一、其成分含量如下:茯苓0.5-10%、灰树花0.2-5%、银耳0.2-5%、血耳0.1-4%、红菇0.2-5%、蜂蜜(或其他甜味剂)适量、余量为纯净水(以上食药用菌原料包括其子实体和菌丝体)。
二、原料处理:将茯苓、灰树花、银耳、血耳、红菇挑选后按比例混合粉碎60-80目备用。
三、提取:将粉碎后的原料加水4-8倍的水,在浸提罐内90-95℃提取1-2个小时,过滤后重复提取2次,每次40-60min,合并提取液备用。
四、 调配:根据所需要的浓度,浓缩或稀释达到所需的浓度;添加蜂蜜或其他甜味剂调味。
五、澄清过滤:采用膜过滤进行过滤。使饮料清亮不产生沉淀。
六、灌装:无菌灌装:采用全自动灌装旋盖机进行。
七、杀菌:灌装后采用高压杀菌釜进行杀菌处理121℃20min。
八、打码 贴标 包装 检验成品:自动打码贴标,包装后进行出厂检验合格后成品入库。
加工固体饮品:调配后进行喷雾干燥,包装,就可以加工成固体饮品。
合并的提取液也可以利用酵母发酵生产含酒精的发酵酒饮料;或与水果自然发酵成酵素饮料等各种饮品。
由于本发明采用珍贵的著名食药用菌茯苓、灰树花、银耳、血耳、红菇为原料以蜂蜜为调味品是纯天然的保健饮料特别适合女士饮用,具有抗衰老、抗癌、滋补强壮、提高睡眠质量、调节内分泌、养血补血、美容嫩肤、降三高、保持女性青春活力的等功效。而且本发明工艺简单,原材料可以利用菌丝体能实现工业化生产,成本低,产品安全,口味好,适应饮料的发展趋势是很有开发生产价值的饮料新品种。
具体实施方式一。
一、其原材料含量配比如下:茯苓3%、灰树花2%、银耳2%、红耳1.5%、红菇2%余量为纯净水,制备500kg饮料需要茯苓15kg、灰树花10kg、银耳10kg、红耳7.5kg、红菇10kg。

五、精过滤:采用膜过滤机进行过滤,使饮料清亮无沉淀。
六、百级净化车间无菌灌装:采用全自动灌装旋盖设备进行无菌灌装旋盖。
七、灌装后杀菌 打码 贴标 包装:灌装后采用高压杀菌121℃20min,冷却后打码,自动贴标机贴标包装检验合格后成品入库。
具体实施方式二。
一、其原材料含量配比如下:茯苓3%、灰树花2%、银耳2%、红耳1.5%、红菇2%余量为纯净水,制备500kg提取液需要茯苓15kg、灰树花10kg、银耳10kg、红耳7.5kg、红菇10kg。
二、原材料处理:将以上原材料挑选后按比例混合洗净粉碎80目备用。
三、提取:将处理好的原材料按比例加入300kg纯净水中,在浸提罐内加热到90℃,提取1.5小时,过滤后加水200kg再重复提取二次每次45min,合并提取液备用。
四、浓缩、喷雾干燥:采用真空浓缩至粘稠状液体后使用气流式雾化器喷雾干燥机进行喷雾干燥。
五、分装、包装:用自动包装机进行包装,规格为每袋5g,每盒装10袋。

一、其原材料含量配比如下:茯苓3%、灰树花2%、银耳2%、红耳1.5%、红菇2%余量为纯净水,制备500kg发酵酒饮料需要茯苓15kg、灰树花10kg、银耳10kg、红耳7.5kg、红菇10kg。
二、原材料处理:将以上原材料挑选后按比例混合洗净粉碎80目备用。
三、提取:将处理好的原材料按比例加入300kg纯净水中,在浸提罐内加热到90℃,提取1.5小时,过滤后加水200kg再重复提取二次每次45min,合并提取液备用。
四、加糖和干酵母发酵:浓缩到500kg后按20%的比例加入白砂糖、加2%的活性干酵母25℃发酵7天,常温后发酵15天,调整酒精度数12vol。
五、精过滤:采用膜过滤机进行过滤,使饮料清亮无沉淀。
六、灌装:采用全自动灌装旋盖设备进行无菌灌装旋盖。
七、灌装后杀菌 打码 贴标 包装:灌装后采用巴氏杀菌90℃30min,冷却后打码,自动贴标机贴标包装检验合格后成品入库。
具体实施方式四。
一、其原材料含量配比如下:茯苓3%、灰树花2%、银耳2%、红耳1.5%、红菇2%余量为纯净水,制备500kg酵素饮料需要茯苓15kg、灰树花10kg、银耳10kg、红耳7.5kg、红菇10kg。
二、原材料处理:将以上原材料挑选后按比例混合洗净粉碎80目备用。
三、取苹果10份、山楂10份、樱桃10份、葡萄10份、桑葚10份、西瓜10份、乌梅10份、草莓10份、蓝莓10份、树莓10份共150kg切片后装入发酵容器,加份6份的糖,3份的醋,室温发酵30天,得水果酵素原汁。
四、提取:将处理好的原材料按比例加入300kg纯净水中,在浸提罐内加热到90℃,提取1.5小时,过滤后加水200kg再重复提取二次每次45min,合并提取液与与水果酵素原汁合并,接种醋酸杆菌,室温存放15-30天,就得到酵素饮料。
五、精过滤:采用膜过滤机进行过滤,使饮料清亮无沉淀。
六、灌装:采用全自动灌装旋盖设备进行无菌灌装旋盖。
七、灌装后杀菌 打码 贴标 包装:灌装后采用巴氏杀菌90℃30min,冷却后打码,自动贴标机贴标包装检验合格后成品入库。
Claims (3)
1.一种女性食药用菌保健美容功能性饮料其特征在于其其功能性原料为茯苓、灰树花、银耳、血耳、红菇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种女性食药用菌保健美容功能性饮料其成分含量如下:茯苓0.5-10%、灰树花0.2-5%、银耳0.2-5%、血耳0.1-4%、红菇0.2-5%、蜂蜜(或其他甜味剂)适量、余量为纯净水(以上食药用菌原料包括其子实体和菌丝体)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种女性食药用菌保健美容功能性饮料可以加工成液体饮料、固体饮料、发酵酒饮料、酵素饮料等各种饮品。
