本发明公开了一种绿豆饮品,由以下重量份的原料制成:绿豆60‑80、桑椹20‑30、猕猴桃20‑30、黑天天10‑20、向日葵花盘10‑15、胡萝卜20‑30、山茱萸5‑10、枸杞5‑10、菊花10‑20、生地5‑10、藕节5‑10、龙牙草5‑10、谷精草3‑5、仙人掌5‑10、玳玳花3‑5、玫瑰花3‑5、大麦草汁5‑10、蜂蜜10‑15、蜂胶3‑5。本发明提供的绿豆饮品,丰富了饮料产品的种类,制备的饮料口感香甜、清新,且具有清热解毒、凉血润肺、降血压、护肝明目、美容养颜等多种功效;加入发酵后的多种果肉果汁丰富了饮品的营养与口感,且蜂胶有保鲜、增稠作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,具体为一种绿豆饮品。
背景技术
饮品是指能够满足人体机能正常需要,可以直接饮用,或以溶解、稀释的方式饮用的食品。一般来说凡是不经过咀嚼或轻微咀嚼而直接食用的产品均属饮品的范畴,饮品是食品产品的一部分,市场上的饮品种类繁多,但是这些饮品大都含有较多的色素,防腐剂,并且长期饮用,对消化吸收系统有一定的副作用,甚至引起营养失调和腹泻,因此需要一种新的技术方案解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种绿豆饮品,由以下技术方案实现:
一种绿豆饮品,由以下重量份的原料制成:绿豆60-80、桑椹20-30、猕猴桃20-30、黑天天10-20、向日葵花盘10-15、胡萝卜20-30、山茱萸5-10、枸杞5-10、菊花10-20、生地5-10、藕节5-10、龙牙草5-10、谷精草3-5、仙人掌5-10、玳玳花3-5、玫瑰花3-5、大麦草汁5-10、蜂蜜10-15、蜂胶3-5。
一种绿豆饮品,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
(1)将绿豆用常规方法煮熟,过200-300目筛得到绿豆汁备用;
(2)桑椹、猕猴桃、黑天天去皮去籽后捣碎,放入0.03-0.05%重量比例的果胶酶、纤维素酶在40-50℃下进行发酵,发酵时间为8-10h,得到果汁,粗滤后备用;
(3)将向日葵花盘、胡萝卜、山茱萸、枸杞、菊花、生地、藕节、龙牙草、谷精草、仙人掌、玳玳花放入砂锅内煎煮3-4h得到煎煮液,喷雾干燥后得到中药粉备用;
(4)玫瑰花捣碎后压榨取汁,与大麦草汁、蜂蜜、中药粉、果汁、蜂胶一起混入绿豆汁中即得。
有益效果
本发明提供的绿豆饮品,丰富了饮料产品的种类,制备的饮料口感香甜、清新,加入了中药粉使得饮品具有清热解毒、凉血润肺、降血压、护肝明目、美容养颜等多种功效;加入发酵后的多种果肉果汁丰富了饮品的营养与口感,蜂胶则具有润肤生肌,消炎止痛的功效且有保鲜、增稠作用。

实施例1
一种绿豆饮品,由以下重量份的原料制成:绿豆80、桑椹25、猕猴桃25、黑天天15、向日葵花盘10、胡萝卜25、山茱萸5、枸杞8、菊花7、生地6、藕节5、龙牙草6、谷精草3、仙人掌5、玳玳花4、玫瑰花5、大麦草汁5、蜂蜜15、蜂胶4。
一种绿豆饮品,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
(1)将绿豆用常规方法煮熟,过200目筛得到绿豆汁备用;
(2)桑椹、猕猴桃、黑天天去皮去籽后捣碎,放入0.04%重量比例的果胶酶、纤维素酶在45℃下进行发酵,发酵时间为9h,得到果汁,粗滤后备用;
(3)将向日葵花盘、胡萝卜、山茱萸、枸杞、菊花、生地、藕节、龙牙草、谷精草、仙人掌、玳玳花放入砂锅内煎煮3h得到煎煮液,喷雾干燥后得到中药粉备用;
(4)玫瑰花捣碎后压榨取汁,与大麦草汁、蜂蜜、中药粉、果汁、蜂胶一起混入绿豆汁中即得。

一种绿豆饮品,由以下重量份的原料制成:绿豆70、桑椹25、猕猴桃25、黑天天15、向日葵花盘15、胡萝卜25、山茱萸6、枸杞6、菊花15、生地8、藕节8、龙牙草6、谷精草4、仙人掌6、玳玳花4、玫瑰花4、大麦草汁6、蜂蜜12、蜂胶4。
一种绿豆饮品,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
(1)将绿豆用常规方法煮熟,过200目筛得到绿豆汁备用;
(2)桑椹、猕猴桃、黑天天去皮去籽后捣碎,放入0.04%重量比例的果胶酶、纤维素酶在50℃下进行发酵,发酵时间为8h,得到果汁,粗滤后备用;
(3)将向日葵花盘、胡萝卜、山茱萸、枸杞、菊花、生地、藕节、龙牙草、谷精草、仙人掌、玳玳花放入砂锅内煎煮3h得到煎煮液,喷雾干燥后得到中药粉备用;
(4)玫瑰花捣碎后压榨取汁,与大麦草汁、蜂蜜、中药粉、果汁、蜂胶一起混入绿豆汁中即得。

1.一种绿豆饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:绿豆60-80、桑椹20-30、猕猴桃20-30、黑天天10-20、向日葵花盘10-15、胡萝卜20-30、山茱萸5-10、枸杞5-10、菊花10-20、生地5-10、藕节5-10、龙牙草5-10、谷精草3-5、仙人掌5-10、玳玳花3-5、玫瑰花3-5、大麦草汁5-10、蜂蜜10-15、蜂胶3-5。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种绿豆饮品,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
(1)将绿豆用常规方法煮熟,过200-300目筛得到绿豆汁备用;
