Abstract

Description
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分所述类型的闭塞阀。
这样的闭塞阀安放在必须最严格地保持无菌的医用内窥镜上。这也适用于以下的闭塞阀,即,该闭塞阀在每次使用内窥镜之后须被清洗和消毒。
在闭塞阀中,阀芯(Kueken)以其锥面压靠在壳体的锥形座中。这种大面积支承在安装状态下是不可清洗的。就是说,为了清洗和消毒,闭塞阀必须被拆分开。这在闭塞阀每次使用之后是必需的。
根据前言的闭塞阀在DE10126540A1中被示出。在壳体内,它具有阀芯和与阀芯相连的手柄体。手柄体通过卡圈在轴向上支承在壳体上。在解除锁定之后,阀芯和手柄体可以从壳体中被取出。但这种结构中的缺点是为此该手柄体必然在作为理论断裂点的卡圈部位处被损坏。
本发明的任务在于,可以简单且无损坏拆卸地设计根据前言的闭塞阀。
根据本发明,可以使锁定机构脱离接合,接着可以将手柄体和阀芯从壳体中取出。解锁通过阀芯在其沿轴线方向移动时的作用来实现。这在根据前言的结构中是可行的,因为在那里所述手柄体和阀芯在轴线方向上可相对移动地连接。
所述锁定机构可以通过不同的方式形成有锁定销或类似物。根据权利要求2,锁定机构优选以卡圈的形式构成,该卡圈安装在手柄体的环绕的外槽内以及就像本身从前述的出版物中知道的那样。
使锁定机构失效可以通过不同的方式来实现。为此有利地规定了权利要求3的特征。在该阀芯上设置多个凸块,它们在阀芯轴向移动到解锁位置时从内向外撑张开所述卡圈,直到卡圈脱离与阀芯外槽的接合。为此,该手柄体被解锁并且现在可以与阀芯一起从壳体中被取出。
此外,根据权利要求4,这些凸块有利地形成在指形件上,所述指形件插入该手柄体的指形件之间。由此保证了阀芯和手柄体能按照卡圈解锁所需要的方式交错,且通过交错的指形件保证了所述阀芯和手柄体之间的防转动的形状配合。
在此,根据权利要求5,有利地在凸块上分别在可能有的移动的两个方向上形成起动斜面。就是说,凸块不仅能在沿一个方向移动时解锁该卡圈以便能拆卸闭塞阀,也能在另一个方向上移动以便安装。

图1至图3以各种不同的剖视图示出具有壳体2的闭塞阀1,该壳体基本呈管状包围一个轴线3。
与该轴线3同轴地设有阀芯4,该阀芯以外锥形面5落座在壳体2的锥形座6中。这种大面积的良好配合支承用于密封。
壳体2被通道7穿过,该通道的一部段7’也穿过该阀芯4并且该通道在闭塞阀1外一直延伸入内窥镜13中。在图1的转动位置上,所述通道7和7’对齐。就是说,闭塞阀1是敞通的。如果使阀芯4转动,则通道7可被关闭。
与锥形座6相接地在壳体1内形成有轴套8,阀芯4的一部分突入该轴套中。在轴套8内还转动安装有手柄体9,手柄体具有与该轴线3同轴的圆柱形外表面。在手柄体9的背对阀芯的端面上安装有一手柄10,手柄用于转动操作该手柄体9。
手柄体9与阀芯4分开地且可相对于阀芯在轴线3方向上移动地形成。在手柄体9和阀芯4之间设置与轴线3同轴构成的螺旋弹簧11,螺旋弹簧将这两个部分在轴线3方向上压迫分开。
图3示出按照图1和图2中的线3-3的剖视图,即在阀芯4和手柄体9之间一半高度处在两者处于转动接合的区域中,转动接合允许纵向移动但阻止相对转动。如图3所示,在壳体2内在轴套8区域中设有四个指形件,其中的两个指形件12固定在阀芯4上,而两个指形件14固定在手柄体9上。
图1、图2和图3示出指形件12、14的交错,这种交错如图3所示在转动方向上有狭小间隙以保证精确的转动接合。指形件12、14还允许阀芯4相对于手柄体9纵向移动,此时指形件12随阀芯4运动而指形件14随手柄体9运动。
图1和图2示出在轴线3方向上被锁定的位置上的壳体2和手柄体9。这种锁定是通过通常可弹性扩张地构成的卡圈16来做到的,卡圈如图1和图2所示部分安置在轴套8中的内槽17里,而部分安置在该手柄体9的外表面中的外槽18里。在此位置上,根据图3,手柄体9仅还是存在于呈指形件14状的部分周面区域内。就是说,外槽18形成在指形件14中且在那里保持卡圈16。
阀芯4的指形件12安置在它们之间,其准确的形状如图1所示。在指形件12的自由端分别形成一个凸块19,凸块在轴线3方向上看朝向两个方向具有起动斜面20。
在阀芯4的与手柄体9相对的一端,阀芯配设有轴向凸起22,轴向凸起在锥形座6的延长部中通过开口突出到壳体2外。如果在箭头23的方向上对凸起22施压,则阀芯4沿朝向手柄体9的方向移动。这些凸块19以其起动斜面20顶到卡圈16的内侧面并将它们向外扩张地压入壳体2中的内槽17中。由此解除在手柄体9和壳体2之间的轴向锁定作用。手柄体9现在可以在轴线方向上被自由压出壳体2并且阀芯4也随之被压出。由此,闭塞阀1则被完全拆下。
在完成清洗和消毒之后的组装是非常简单的。弹簧11设置在手柄体9和阀芯4之间并且它们借助所述指形件12或14相互插合,如图3所示。卡圈16被放置在内槽17中。
接着,由阀芯4、弹簧11和手柄体9构成的安装单元在轴线3方向上被推入壳体2中。凸块19的起动斜面20顶靠在卡圈16上并且撑张卡圈,直到卡圈可越过凸块。随后到达根据图1和图2的安装位置。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于医用内窥镜(13)的引导流动介质的通道(7)的闭塞阀(1),该闭塞阀具有壳体(2),该壳体在被所述通道(7)穿过的锥形座(6)中以可绕其轴线(3)转动的方式容纳一阀芯(4),并且所述壳体(2)在所述轴线(3)的方向上与所述锥形座(6)相接地具有轴套(8),在该轴套中以能绕所述轴线(3)转动的方式安装有手柄体(9),该手柄体在所述壳体(2)外装有手柄(10)并且以能在所述轴线(3)的方向上移动的方式与所述阀芯(4)转动接合并且相对于所述阀芯被弹性支承,其中所述手柄体(9)具有径向弹出的锁定机构,该锁定机构在所述轴线(3)的方向上锁定插入所述轴套(8)的环绕的内槽(17)中,其特征是,所述阀芯(4)布置和构成为,使得该阀芯在沿所述轴线(3)的方向移动到解锁位置时使所述锁定机构脱离与所述轴套(8)的接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的闭塞阀,其特征是,所述锁定机构以安装在所述手柄体(9)的环绕的外槽(18)中的卡圈(16)形式构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的闭塞阀,其特征是,所述阀芯(4)装有多个周向分布且径向朝外突出的凸块(19),这些凸块在所述阀芯(4)的解锁位置上与所述卡圈(16)扩张接合,使得所述卡圈被撑张开而脱离与所述手柄体(9)的所述外槽(18)接合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的闭塞阀,其特征是,这些凸块(19)位于多个指形件(12)的自由端上,这些指形件从所述阀芯(4)朝向所述手柄体(9)突出地设置在所述手柄体(9)的指形件(14)之间。
