一种漆包线快速拉丝用拉丝油,由如下重量份的原料制成:脂肪酸甲酯10‑15份、偏苯三酸酯10‑15份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8‑16份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8‑16份、3‑甲氧基‑4‑羟基肉桂酸8‑16份、天竺葵酸6.2‑12.2份、S‑腺苷甲硫氨酸6.2‑12.2份、甘油三乙酸酯4‑8.5份、大豆肽20‑28份、水55‑68份、改性助剂10‑18份。本发明拉丝油润滑性非常好,拉丝效果好,能大大缩短漆包线拉丝时间,而且能使得拉丝后的漆包线韧性好,漆包线表面致密性好,本发明拉丝油制作简单,能明显降低生产成本,拉丝油能抑制杂菌滋生,避免杂菌对拉丝油的破坏,而且本发明拉丝油能耐低温,在‑10℃的环境下拉丝油不凝固或半凝固,仍然能用于拉丝,使用非常方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及拉丝油领域,具体涉及一种漆包线快速拉丝用拉丝油。
背景技术
拉丝油,它也是跟黄油一样,起到润滑作用的一种油,但是它的粘稠度非常的高,拉扯的话都能拉出丝来,所以简称为拉丝油。拉丝油是一类重要的工业助剂,在金属线拉丝、拉拔工艺过程中做高效润滑油用,具有润滑、清洗、冷却、防锈等功效,协助金属流动,避免模具拖花拉线,提高成品率,降低生产损耗。现有的拉丝油主要分为油性拉丝油和水性拉丝油,这两类拉丝油在实际使用时各有利弊,如油性拉丝油存在散热性能差,清洗排屑困难,废液难降解等问题,而水性的拉丝油虽然散热性能较油性拉丝油优良,但是润滑效果却不尽如人意,难以满足多种金属线的拉丝拉拨工艺要求。
漆包线拉丝时经常会由于拉丝液质量差导致漆包线断裂,或是漆包线韧性差,导致漆包线卷绕麻烦,给生产使用带来很大的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能大大缩短漆包线拉丝时间,能耐低温的漆包线快速拉丝用拉丝油。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种漆包线快速拉丝用拉丝油,由如下重量份的原料制成:脂肪酸甲酯10-15份、偏苯三酸酯10-15份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8-16份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8-16份、3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸8-16份、天竺葵酸6.2-12.2份、S-腺苷甲硫氨酸6.2-12.2份、甘油三乙酸酯4-8.5份、大豆肽20-28份、水55-68份、改性助剂10-18份;
所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸钙3-4份、1-戊基-4-呋喃十一烷酸8-11份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯8-11份、环氧树脂8-11份、月桂酸甘油酯聚氧乙烯醚8-11份、山嵛酸酯13-18份、醋酸戊酯13-18份、十八酸合十八酸铵13-18份、碘化钾醋酸13-18份、二硫化钼2-6份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2-6份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯4-6份、十八烷基二甲基叔胺4-6份、去离子水30-42份;
所述的改性助剂的制备方法是,先将硬脂酸钙、环氧树脂、二硫化钼混合研磨成20-50目粉末,得到的粉末与1-戊基-4-呋喃十一烷酸、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、月桂酸甘油酯聚氧乙烯醚、碘化钾醋酸混合,在800-1200转/分钟的转速下搅拌30min,制成乳化液备用;将山嵛酸酯、醋酸戊酯、十八酸合十八酸铵、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、十八烷基二甲基叔胺与去离子水混合,加热至70℃,然后将乳化液加入其中,继续加热到85℃,然后再以1200-1500转/分钟转速搅拌30min,搅拌结束后静置2h,即得拉丝油。
一种漆包线快速拉丝用拉丝油,制备方法如下:
(1)将脂肪酸甲酯、偏苯三酸酯、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚混合加热至60℃,然后加入3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸、天竺葵酸、S-腺苷甲硫氨酸、大豆肽再加热到80℃并保持该温度3分钟,冷却后备用;
(2)将水加热至70℃,然后加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、甘油三乙酸酯,再使用高剪切乳化机分散处理50min,得混合溶液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物料与改性助剂混合,搅拌静置后即得拉丝油。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明拉丝油润滑性非常好,拉丝效果好,能大大缩短漆包线拉丝时间,而且能使得拉丝后的漆包线韧性好,漆包线表面致密性好,本发明拉丝油制作简单,能明显降低生产成本,拉丝油能抑制杂菌滋生,避免杂菌对拉丝油的破坏,而且本发明拉丝油能耐低温,在-10℃的环境下拉丝油不凝固或半凝固,仍然能用于拉丝,使用非常方便。

所述的改性助剂的制备方法是,先将硬脂酸钙、环氧树脂、二硫化钼混合研磨成20-50目粉末,得到的粉末与1-戊基-4-呋喃十一烷酸、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、月桂酸甘油酯聚氧乙烯醚、碘化钾醋酸混合,在800-1200转/分钟的转速下搅拌30min,制成乳化液备用;将山嵛酸酯、醋酸戊酯、十八酸合十八酸铵、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、十八烷基二甲基叔胺与去离子水混合,加热至70℃,然后将乳化液加入其中,继续加热到85℃,然后再以1200-1500转/分钟转速搅拌30min,搅拌结束后静置2h,即得拉丝油。
一种漆包线快速拉丝用拉丝油,制备方法如下:
(1)将脂肪酸甲酯、偏苯三酸酯、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚混合加热至60℃,然后加入3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸、天竺葵酸、S-腺苷甲硫氨酸、大豆肽再加热到80℃并保持该温度3分钟,冷却后备用;
(2)将水加热至70℃,然后加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、甘油三乙酸酯,再使用高剪切乳化机分散处理50min,得混合溶液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物料与改性助剂混合,搅拌静置后即得拉丝油。
实施例2
一种漆包线快速拉丝用拉丝油,由如下重量份的原料制成:脂肪酸甲酯10份、偏苯三酸酯10份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8份、3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸8份、天竺葵酸6.2份、S-腺苷甲硫氨酸6.2份、甘油三乙酸酯4份、大豆肽20份、水55份、改性助剂10份;
所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸钙3份、1-戊基-4-呋喃十一烷酸8份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯8份、环氧树脂8份、月桂酸甘油酯聚氧乙烯醚8份、山嵛酸酯13份、醋酸戊酯13份、十八酸合十八酸铵13份、碘化钾醋酸13份、二硫化钼2份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯4份、十八烷基二甲基叔胺4份、去离子水30份;
所述的改性助剂的制备方法是,先将硬脂酸钙、环氧树脂、二硫化钼混合研磨成20-50目粉末,得到的粉末与1-戊基-4-呋喃十一烷酸、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、月桂酸甘油酯聚氧乙烯醚、碘化钾醋酸混合,在800-1200转/分钟的转速下搅拌30min,制成乳化液备用;将山嵛酸酯、醋酸戊酯、十八酸合十八酸铵、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、十八烷基二甲基叔胺与去离子水混合,加热至70℃,然后将乳化液加入其中,继续加热到85℃,然后再以1200-1500转/分钟转速搅拌30min,搅拌结束后静置2h,即得拉丝油。

实施例3
一种漆包线快速拉丝用拉丝油,由如下重量份的原料制成:脂肪酸甲酯15份、偏苯三酸酯15份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚16份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠16份、3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸16份、天竺葵酸12.2份、S-腺苷甲硫氨酸12.2份、甘油三乙酸酯8.5份、大豆肽28份、水68份、改性助剂18份;
所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸钙4份、1-戊基-4-呋喃十一烷酸11份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯11份、环氧树脂11份、月桂酸甘油酯聚氧乙烯醚11份、山嵛酸酯18份、醋酸戊酯18份、十八酸合十八酸铵18份、碘化钾醋酸18份、二硫化钼6份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯6份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯6份、十八烷基二甲基叔胺6份、去离子水42份;

Claims (2)
1.一种漆包线快速拉丝用拉丝油,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料制成:脂肪酸甲酯10-15份、偏苯三酸酯10-15份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8-16份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8-16份、3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸8-16份、天竺葵酸6.2-12.2份、S-腺苷甲硫氨酸6.2-12.2份、甘油三乙酸酯4-8.5份、大豆肽20-28份、水55-68份、改性助剂10-18份;
所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸钙3-4份、1-戊基-4-呋喃十一烷酸8-11份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯8-11份、环氧树脂8-11份、月桂酸甘油酯聚氧乙烯醚8-11份、山嵛酸酯13-18份、醋酸戊酯13-18份、十八酸合十八酸铵13-18份、碘化钾醋酸13-18份、二硫化钼2-6份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2-6份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯4-6份、十八烷基二甲基叔胺4-6份、去离子水30-42份;
所述的改性助剂的制备方法是,先将硬脂酸钙、环氧树脂、二硫化钼混合研磨成20-50目粉末,得到的粉末与1-戊基-4-呋喃十一烷酸、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、月桂酸甘油酯聚氧乙烯醚、碘化钾醋酸混合,在800-1200转/分钟的转速下搅拌30min,制成乳化液备用;将山嵛酸酯、醋酸戊酯、十八酸合十八酸铵、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、十八烷基二甲基叔胺与去离子水混合,加热至70℃,然后将乳化液加入其中,继续加热到85℃,然后再以1200-1500转/分钟转速搅拌30min,搅拌结束后静置2h,即得拉丝油。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种漆包线快速拉丝用拉丝油,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
(1)将脂肪酸甲酯、偏苯三酸酯、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚混合加热至60℃,然后加入3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸、天竺葵酸、S-腺苷甲硫氨酸、大豆肽再加热到80℃并保持该温度3分钟,冷却后备用;
(2)将水加热至70℃,然后加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、甘油三乙酸酯,再使用高剪切乳化机分散处理50min,得混合溶液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物料与改性助剂混合,搅拌静置后即得拉丝油。
