技术领域
本发明涉及拉丝油领域,具体涉及一种紫铜高温拉丝用拉丝油。
背景技术
拉丝油,它也是跟黄油一样,起到润滑作用的一种油,但是它的粘稠度非常的高,拉扯的话都能拉出丝来,所以简称为拉丝油。拉丝油是一类重要的工业助剂,在金属线拉丝、拉拔工艺过程中做高效润滑油用,具有润滑、清洗、冷却、防锈等功效,协助金属流动,避免模具拖花拉线,提高成品率,降低生产损耗。现有的拉丝油主要分为油性拉丝油和水性拉丝油,这两类拉丝油在实际使用时各有利弊,如油性拉丝油存在散热性能差,清洗排屑困难,废液难降解等问题,而水性的拉丝油虽然散热性能较油性拉丝油优良,但是润滑效果却不尽如人意,难以满足多种金属线的拉丝拉拨工艺要求。
紫铜用途非常广泛,目前紫铜在高温拉丝时经常由于温度较高导致拉丝油不稳定,严重影响拉丝品质。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种紫铜高温拉丝用拉丝油。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种紫铜高温拉丝用拉丝油,由如下重量份的原料制成:鞘磷脂5-12份、三酰甘油5-12份、氢氧化钙2-5份、甲基环己烷4-5.5份、月桂酸乙酯4-5.5份、硬脂酸镁5-8份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯4-13份、十六酸甲酯4-13份、水50-60份、改性助剂8.5-16.5份;
所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:滑石粉1-4份、二氧化硅1-4份、氧化钡1-4份、氧化钙1-4份、葡萄花酸6-18份、二甲基甲酰胺6-18份、没食子酸钠6-18份、聚L-醇单月桂酸酯6-18份、二月桂酸二丁基锡5.5-10.2份、磷脂酰乙醇胺5.5-10.2份、四氢呋喃5.5-10.2份、棕榈酸异丙酯5.5-10.2份、丁酸纤维素5.5-10.2份、环氧油酸酯4-5份、蒸馏水30-35份、去离子水30-35份;
所述的改性助剂的制备方法是,先将滑石粉在450-500℃高温下煅烧30-50分钟,冷却后研磨成300目粉末,粉末与二氧化硅、氧化钡、氧化钙混合磨碎成20-50目粉末;将丁酸纤维素和蒸馏水混合,混合液加热至100℃蒸汽,蒸汽喷射葡萄花酸、二甲基甲酰胺、没食子酸钠、聚L-醇单月桂酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、磷脂酰乙醇胺、四氢呋喃、棕榈酸异丙酯、环氧油酸酯,获得乳化液,乳化液放入-20℃冷库冷冻1小时,取出后加热融化,边融化边加入去离子水,待完全融化即得改性助剂。
一种紫铜高温拉丝用拉丝油,制备方法如下:
(1)将鞘磷脂、甲基环己烷、月桂酸乙酯混合加热至80℃,然后加入氢氧化钙和硬脂酸镁再加热到90℃并保持该温度3分钟,冷却后备用;
(2)将水加热至70℃,然后加入脂肪酸三酰甘油、聚氧乙烯酯、十六酸甲酯,再使用高剪切乳化机分散处理40min,得混合溶液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物料与改性助剂混合,搅拌静置后即得拉丝油。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明拉丝油特别适合紫铜在高温下拉丝,高温状态下拉丝油挥发性非常低,而且其运动粘度和比重与常温状态下相比完全没有变化,而且高温状态下拉丝油性质几乎没有变化,没有焦糊碳化现象,能满足紫铜在150℃以内的,拉丝后的紫铜颜色红亮,毫无黑色斑块。

所述的改性助剂的制备方法是,先将滑石粉在450-500℃高温下煅烧30-50分钟,冷却后研磨成300目粉末,粉末与二氧化硅、氧化钡、氧化钙混合磨碎成20-50目粉末;将丁酸纤维素和蒸馏水混合,混合液加热至100℃蒸汽,蒸汽喷射葡萄花酸、二甲基甲酰胺、没食子酸钠、聚L-醇单月桂酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、磷脂酰乙醇胺、四氢呋喃、棕榈酸异丙酯、环氧油酸酯,获得乳化液,乳化液放入-20℃冷库冷冻1小时,取出后加热融化,边融化边加入去离子水,待完全融化即得改性助剂。
一种紫铜高温拉丝用拉丝油,制备方法如下:
(1)将鞘磷脂、甲基环己烷、月桂酸乙酯混合加热至80℃,然后加入氢氧化钙和硬脂酸镁再加热到90℃并保持该温度3分钟,冷却后备用;
(2)将水加热至70℃,然后加入脂肪酸三酰甘油、聚氧乙烯酯、十六酸甲酯,再使用高剪切乳化机分散处理40min,得混合溶液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物料与改性助剂混合,搅拌静置后即得拉丝油。
实施例2
一种紫铜高温拉丝用拉丝油,由如下重量份的原料制成:鞘磷脂5份、三酰甘油5份、氢氧化钙2份、甲基环己烷4份、月桂酸乙酯4份、硬脂酸镁5份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯4份、十六酸甲酯4份、水50份、改性助剂8.5份;
所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:滑石粉1份、二氧化硅1份、氧化钡1份、氧化钙1份、葡萄花酸6份、二甲基甲酰胺6份、没食子酸钠6份、聚L-醇单月桂酸酯6份、二月桂酸二丁基锡5.5份、磷脂酰乙醇胺5.5份、四氢呋喃5.5份、棕榈酸异丙酯5.5份、丁酸纤维素5.5份、环氧油酸酯4份、蒸馏水30份、去离子水30份;

所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:滑石粉4份、二氧化硅4份、氧化钡4份、氧化钙4份、葡萄花酸18份、二甲基甲酰胺18份、没食子酸钠18份、聚L-醇单月桂酸酯18份、二月桂酸二丁基锡10.2份、磷脂酰乙醇胺10.2份、四氢呋喃10.2份、棕榈酸异丙酯10.2份、丁酸纤维素10.2份、环氧油酸酯5份、蒸馏水35份、去离子水35份;

1.一种紫铜高温拉丝用拉丝油,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料制成:鞘磷脂5-12份、三酰甘油5-12份、氢氧化钙2-5份、甲基环己烷4-5.5份、月桂酸乙酯4-5.5份、硬脂酸镁5-8份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯4-13份、十六酸甲酯4-13份、水50-60份、改性助剂8.5-16.5份;
所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:滑石粉1-4份、二氧化硅1-4份、氧化钡1-4份、氧化钙1-4份、葡萄花酸6-18份、二甲基甲酰胺6-18份、没食子酸钠6-18份、聚L-醇单月桂酸酯6-18份、二月桂酸二丁基锡5.5-10.2份、磷脂酰乙醇胺5.5-10.2份、四氢呋喃5.5-10.2份、棕榈酸异丙酯5.5-10.2份、丁酸纤维素5.5-10.2份、环氧油酸酯4-5份、蒸馏水30-35份、去离子水30-35份;
所述的改性助剂的制备方法是,先将滑石粉在450-500℃高温下煅烧30-50分钟,冷却后研磨成300目粉末,粉末与二氧化硅、氧化钡、氧化钙混合磨碎成20-50目粉末;将丁酸纤维素和蒸馏水混合,混合液加热至100℃蒸汽,蒸汽喷射葡萄花酸、二甲基甲酰胺、没食子酸钠、聚L-醇单月桂酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、磷脂酰乙醇胺、四氢呋喃、棕榈酸异丙酯、环氧油酸酯,获得乳化液,乳化液放入-20℃冷库冷冻1小时,取出后加热融化,边融化边加入去离子水,待完全融化即得改性助剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种紫铜高温拉丝用拉丝油,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
(1)将鞘磷脂、甲基环己烷、月桂酸乙酯混合加热至80℃,然后加入氢氧化钙和硬脂酸镁再加热到90℃并保持该温度3分钟,冷却后备用;
(2)将水加热至70℃,然后加入脂肪酸三酰甘油、聚氧乙烯酯、十六酸甲酯,再使用高剪切乳化机分散处理40min,得混合溶液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物料与改性助剂混合,搅拌静置后即得拉丝油。
