本发明涉及汽车领域,具体涉及一种汽车车厢内的二氧化氮处理装置。
背景技术
在堵车时,所有汽车都处于停止或缓慢行驶状态,此时汽车尾气将不可避免地散布在空气中,并通过汽车的侧窗进入汽车车厢内。研究表明,汽车车厢内的尾气污染将严重影响人体的健康,例如,汽车尾气中的二氧化氮(NO2)是一种具有腐蚀性的气体,吸入二氧化氮气体初期便会有轻微的眼及上呼吸道刺激症状,如咽部不适、干咳等,且经过数小时潜伏期后则会发生胸闷、呼吸窘迫、咳嗽、咯泡沫痰、紫绀等,重者甚至可能会使人昏厥。
发明内容
基于此,本发明提供一种汽车车厢内的二氧化氮处理装置,能够减少汽车车厢内的二氧化氮,保障车厢内乘客的身体安全。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种汽车车厢内的二氧化氮处理装置,包括:
连接在汽车尾气净化器出口处的气体检测器,用于对从汽车尾气净化器出口排出的汽车尾气进行检测,得到二氧化氮含量;
温度传感器,用于检测汽车车厢内温度;
汽车中控MCU,用于判断所述二氧化氮含量是否超过第一阈值,若是,则读取汽车当前行驶速度,并在所述汽车当前行驶速度小于第二阈值以及所述汽车车厢内温度大于第三阈值时,发出指令控制所有汽车侧窗关闭,并自动打开汽车空调、汽车天窗以及汽车第二净化器阀门;
汽车第二净化器,用于在所述汽车第二净化器阀门打开时,接收所述汽车尾气净化器出口排出的汽车尾气,将所述汽车尾气通过二氧化钛光催化反应层,并利用紫外灯发射紫外线的方式来对二氧化氮进行吸收和处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的汽车车厢内的二氧化氮处理装置,根据汽车尾气中二氧化氮含量、汽车车厢内温度、汽车当前行驶速度来自动判断是否需要关闭汽车侧窗并打开汽车空调和汽车天窗,同时将汽车尾气排放到汽车第二净化器中进行二氧化氮处理,从而从源头上减少了汽车堵车时散布到汽车车厢内的二氧化氮含量,极大地保障了车厢内乘客的身体安全。

本发明实施例中,当二氧化氮含量超标时,通过获取汽车当前行驶速度来判断当前是否处于堵车状态,考虑到堵车状态下,乘客一般会选择打车侧窗以观察交通环境,此时散布在空气中的汽车尾气极有可能通过汽车侧窗进入到汽车车厢内,从而污染车厢环境;并且,随时汽车车厢内温度的升高,这种污染将越发严重,故本发明实施例中预先设定阈值,在汽车当前行驶速度小于第二阈值并且汽车车厢内温度大于第三阈值时,通过汽车中控MCU系统来控制所有汽车侧窗自动关闭,防止空气中的汽车尾气通过汽车侧窗进入汽车车厢;同时自动打开汽车空调、汽车天窗,一方面排出原来车厢的有害气体,并通过汽车空调的强大净化功能来过滤掉大量有害气体,让干净的空气进入汽车车厢内。
在排掉车厢内二氧化氮之后,考虑到空气中仍然会存在尾气,因此为了保障乘客的安全和保护环境,还需要从根源上减少飘散到车厢内的汽车尾气。本发明实施例中,通过打开汽车第二净化器阀门,将汽车尾气排放到汽车第二净化器中以对二氧化氮或其他有害气体进行二次处理。汽车第二净化器是专门用来对汽车尾气中的各种有害气体进行二次吸收处理的一个装置,其可以连接在汽车尾气净化器出口之处,在所述汽车第二净化器阀门打开时,汽车第二净化器接收所述汽车尾气净化器出口排出的汽车尾气,将所述汽车尾气通过二氧化钛光催化反应层,并利用紫外灯发射紫外线的方式来对二氧化氮进行吸收和处理。
在另外一个实施例中,所述气体检测器可以采用复合式气体检测仪,复合式多气体检测仪可以在一台仪器上配备所需的多个气体检测传感器,例如,本发明实施例中可以把二氧化氮和一氧化碳两个气体检测传感器配备在一台仪器上,这样一来,本发明除了能够检测二氧化氮含量之外,还能从所述汽车尾气中检测出一氧化碳含量。
考虑到除了二氧化氮之外,对车厢内乘客身体危害最大的有害气体是一氧化碳,因此本发明实施例中在检索出一氧化碳之后,还可以对一氧化碳进行二次处理。具体通过在第二净化器内还填充一氧化碳吸附剂来对一氧化碳进行二次吸收,从而从根源上减少飘散到车厢内的汽车尾气中的一氧化碳。所述一氧化碳吸收剂可以为由多孔无机载体和其上所载有的氮化物和氯化铜的二元配合物构成的组合物,该组合物中氮化物占0.37-0.58摩尔比;所述无机载体包括:蜂窝陶瓷、活性炭或者氧化钛等;所述氮化物为吡啶及的组合物。
作为优选的实施例,所述汽车中控MCU还可以用于:获取汽车发动机排气管出口处的排气压力值,计算所述排气压力值在预定时间内大于或等于预定值的实际次数,并判断所述实际次数是否大于或等于第四阈值;若是,则发送延长打开所述汽车第二净化器阀门的延时指令,并根据所述延时指令控制所述汽车第二净化器阀门的打开时间,并在该打开时间内停止获取汽车发动机排气管出口处的排气压力值。
本发明实施例中,当在预定时间内所述排气压力值大于或等于所述预定值的实际次数达到设定的第三阈值时,则自动判定汽车的行驶的路况比较复杂,例如上坡等,这时候车厢内的乘客受到汽车尾气污染的概率最大,此时可以延长汽车第二净化器阀门的打开时间,例如延长至5分钟或者10分钟等。该打开的时间可以预先进行设定,具体设定的过程可采用现有技术,此处不予赘述。同理,所述预定时间、预定值、第一阈值、第二阈值、第三阈值、第四阈值等均可根据实际需要采用相类似的手段进行设定。
作为一个较好的实施例,所述汽车中控MCU还可以用于:提取所述延时指令中的时间值,并在打开所述汽车第二净化器阀门后,开启一个定时器,在该定时器到达所述时间值时关闭所述汽车第二净化器阀门;其中,所述时间值是根据排气压力值、实际次数值以及汽车当前行驶速度这三个参数按照预定公式进行计算后自动生成并编码到延时指令中的,具体的,该时间值与所述排气压力值以及所述实际次数成正比关系,并与所述汽车当前行驶速度成反比关系。
另外,作为一个较好的实施例,所述汽车中控MCU还可以用于:实时获取汽车发动机的转速以及汽车第二净化器内温度,根据所述转速、汽车第二净化器内温度、排气压力值以及二氧化氮含量计算出参考速度,并根据所述参考速度来调节汽车尾气排放到所述汽车第二净化器中的速度。
本实施例中,可以采用如下公式来计算参考速度:
上式中,V为参考速度;r为汽车发动机的转速,C为二氧化氮含量,T为汽车第二净化器内温度,P为排气压力值,a为常数转换系数,介于0.43-0.66之间。通过控制尾气排放到汽车第二净化器中的的速度,使得二氧化氮能够在汽车第二净化器中被更完全的吸收,从而可以有效提高二氧化氮处理的效率,这样进入到汽车车厢内的二氧化氮自然也就减少了。特别的,经过大量的实验数据证明,当a的值取为0.53时,二氧化氮被吸收的效率最佳。
通过以上方案可以看出,本发明实施例的汽车车厢内的二氧化氮处理装置,能够根据汽车尾气中二氧化氮含量、汽车车厢内温度、汽车当前行驶速度来自动判断是否需要关闭汽车侧窗并打开汽车空调和汽车天窗,同时将汽车尾气排放到汽车第二净化器中进行二氧化氮处理,从而从源头上减少了汽车堵车时散布到汽车车厢内的二氧化氮含量,极大地保障了车厢内乘客的身体安全。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种汽车车厢内的二氧化氮处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
连接在汽车尾气净化器出口处的气体检测器,用于对从汽车尾气净化器出口排出的汽车尾气进行检测,得到二氧化氮含量;
温度传感器,用于检测汽车车厢内温度;
汽车中控MCU,用于判断所述二氧化氮含量是否超过第一阈值,若是,则读取汽车当前行驶速度,并在所述汽车当前行驶速度小于第二阈值以及所述汽车车厢内温度大于第三阈值时,发出指令控制所有汽车侧窗关闭,并自动打开汽车空调、汽车天窗以及汽车第二净化器阀门;
汽车第二净化器,用于在所述汽车第二净化器阀门打开时,接收所述汽车尾气净化器出口排出的汽车尾气,将所述汽车尾气通过二氧化钛光催化反应层,并利用紫外灯发射紫外线的方式来对二氧化氮进行吸收和处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车车厢内的二氧化氮处理装置,其特征在于,所述气体检测器为复合式气体检测仪,还用于从所述汽车尾气中检测出一氧化碳含量。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车车厢内的二氧化氮处理装置,其特征在于,所述汽车第二净化器内还填充有一氧化碳吸附剂,用于吸收汽车尾气中的一氧化碳;所述一氧化碳吸收剂为由多孔无机载体和其上所载有的氮化物和氯化铜的二元配合物构成的组合物,该组合物中氮化物占0.37-0.58摩尔比;所述无机载体包括:蜂窝陶瓷、活性炭或者氧化钛;所述氮化物为吡啶及的组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车车厢内的二氧化氮处理装置,其特征在于,所述汽车中控MCU还用于:
获取汽车发动机排气管出口处的排气压力值,计算所述排气压力值在预定时间内大于或等于预定值的实际次数,并判断所述实际次数是否大于或等于第四阈值;若是,则发送延长打开所述汽车第二净化器阀门的延时指令,并根据所述延时指令控制所述汽车第二净化器阀门的打开时间,并在该打开时间内停止获取汽车发动机排气管出口处的排气压力值。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车车厢内的二氧化氮处理装置,其特征在于,所述汽车中控MCU还用于:
提取所述延时指令中的时间值,并在打开所述汽车第二净化器阀门后,开启一个定时器,在该定时器到达所述时间值时关闭所述汽车第二净化器阀门;其中,所述时间值是根据所述排气压力值、实际次数以及汽车当前行驶速度进行计算后得到的,且该时间值与所述排气压力值以及所述实际次数成正比关系,并与所述汽车当前行驶速度成反比关系。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的汽车车厢内的二氧化氮处理装置,其特征在于,所述汽车中控MCU还用于:
实时获取汽车发动机的转速以及汽车第二净化器内温度,根据所述转速、汽车第二净化器内温度、排气压力值以及二氧化氮含量计算出参考速度,并根据所述参考速度来调节汽车尾气排放到所述汽车第二净化器中的速度。
