Abstract
本发明提供一种用于全钢轮胎防静电胎面胶料配方,其技术方案为:该配方配比为:石墨烯1.5~2.5份、天然胶80份、顺丁胶10份、丁苯胶10份,炭黑40~50份,导电炭黑5~10份,本配方是胎面(1)的制作配方。具体结构为:在带束层钢丝部件上设有胎面(1),胎侧(2)连接胶芯(3),胶芯(3)连接钢丝圈(4)。本发明的有益效果:设计合理实用,提高了胎面的防静电能力,安全可靠,延长了轮胎总体寿命,适合普遍推广使用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种轮胎技术领域,尤其是一种用于全钢轮胎防静电胎面胶料配方。
背景技术:
目前,国内轮胎厂家对如何适应轮胎超载方面研究较多,但对于专门的防静电轮胎涉及的很少。随着传统轮胎使用过程中因轮胎与路面摩擦产生静电而引起电击或爆炸等问题不断出现,人们渴望得到一种更安全的防静电轮胎。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于全钢轮胎防静电胎面胶料配方,其技术方案为:该配方配比为:石墨烯1.5~2.5份、天然胶80份、顺丁胶10份、丁苯胶10份,炭黑40~50份,导电炭黑5~10份,本配方是胎面的制作配方。
具体结构为:在带束层钢丝部件上设有胎面,胎侧连接胶芯,胶芯连接钢丝圈。
该配方制作包括如下步骤:第一步:使用石墨烯1.5~2.5份作为配方的关键材料,第二步:采用天然胶80份、顺丁胶10份、丁苯胶10份,炭黑40~50份、导电炭黑5~10份连同步骤1的石墨烯1.5~2.5份配比混合制成。
采用全新的配方设计理念,在沿用传统配方使用炭黑作为补强材料的基础上,引入了石墨烯材料和导电炭黑这两种材料。与传统的胎面胶料相比,极大提高了轮胎的导电性能,从而提高危化品车辆运输的安全性。
本发明的有益效果:设计合理实用,提高了胎面的防静电能力,安全可靠,延长了轮胎总体寿命,适合普遍推广使用。

实施例:
如图1所示,在带束层钢丝部件上设有胎面1,胎侧2连接胶芯3,胶芯3连接钢丝圈4。
该胎面1配方制作包括如下步骤:第一步:使用石墨烯1.5~2.5份作为配方的关键材料,第二步:采用天然胶80份、顺丁胶10份、丁苯胶10份,炭黑40~50份、导电炭黑5~10份连同步骤1的石墨烯1.5~2.5份配比混合制成。
胎面1为轮胎接地部分,直接与地面接触产生摩擦,磨擦后产生静电,累积后在人体接触时或加油站内放电带来电击和爆炸隐患。
本发明胎面1配方采用了具有超级导电特性的石墨烯材料,又增加了专用的导电炭黑,进一步提高了胎面1胶料的导电性能,其完美的配比结合,从根本上提高了传统胎面1配方的导电性能,从而避免静电的产生,提高车辆运输的安全性。

1.一种用于全钢轮胎防静电胎面胶料配方,其特征在于:该配方配比为:石墨烯1.5~2.5份、天然胶80份、顺丁胶10份、丁苯胶10份,炭黑40~50份,导电炭黑5~10份,本配方是胎面(1)的制作配方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于全钢轮胎防静电胎面胶料配方,其特征在于:在带束层钢丝部件上设有胎面(1),胎侧(2)连接胶芯(3),胶芯(3)连接钢丝圈(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于全钢轮胎防静电胎面胶料配方,其特征在于:该配方制作包括如下步骤:第一步:使用石墨烯1.5~2.5份作为配方的关键材料,第二步:采用天然胶80份、顺丁胶10份、丁苯胶10份,炭黑40~50份、导电炭黑5~10份连同步骤1的石墨烯1.5~2.5份配比混合制成。
