本发明涉及一种鱼类营养饲料,尤其是涉及一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料及其制备和使用方法。
背景技术
四指马鲅隶属于马鲅目,马鲅科,四指马鲅属,俗名午鱼、马友、牛笋、祭鱼、鲤后、王鱼、午仔、章跳,分布于印度洋和太平洋西部,主要生活在浅海及河口附近。四指马鲅肉味鲜美,营养丰富,倍受消费者青睐,是一种优质的食用鱼类,可鲜食或加工做罐头。天然四指马鲅数量较少,只是流刺网、底拖网等兼捕对象,产量不高,鱼价较高。随着人民生活水平的提高,消费者对四指马鲅的需求量日益增加,靠海捕四指马鲅已远远满足不了市场需要。随着四指马鲅人工育苗技术的突破,养殖技术的发展,四指马鲅养殖业得到了快速发展,近年来在台湾、广东和福建等地的内港开始用箱网养殖四指马鲅,养殖规模不断扩大,产量不断提高,因此人工养殖四指马鲅具有广阔的发展前景。至今四指马鲅养殖所用的饲料主要是天然小鱼、小虾和贝类等,而天然生物饵料不仅破坏海洋渔业资源,资源有限,不能保证及时足量供应,使用不方便(需要冷冻保存),营养结构单一,且投喂后容易腐烂分解,败坏水质,造成病害蔓延,难以适应日益扩大的四指马鲅养殖对饵料的需求。虽然现已有少数的养殖户尝试自制四指马鲅饲料或利用其他水产鱼类饲料,但使用效果不理想,其主要原因是没有根据四指马鲅自身的营养需求来设计、筛选其合理的饲料的配方,导致四指马鲅生长缓慢,严重的甚至因营养不良症而引起死亡。因此,开发四指马鲅促生长营养饲料对推动四指马鲅养殖业健康持续发展至关重要。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有饲料不适合于投喂四指马鲅,饲料诱食效果较差,饲料残留浪费较严重,而且饲料容易腐败变质,保质期短的不足,提供了一种配比合理,营养均衡,保质期长,既能促进四指马鲅生长,又能提高四指马鲅免疫抵抗力的营养饲料。
本发明还提供了一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料的制备和使用方法,该制备方法科学合理,工艺简单可行,加工成本低廉,对加工设备无特殊要求,饲料投喂简单方便。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料,由以下按重量份计的原料制成:20~30份蒸汽鱼粉,15~25份发酵花生粕,10~15份大豆浓缩蛋白,5~10份猪肝粉,5~15份膨化玉米粉,5~10份海藻酸钠,3~5份羧甲基纤维素,1~3份大豆卵磷脂,3~5份啤酒酵母,5~8份深海鱼油,4~6份鱼骨粉,0.3~0.5份丁基羟基茴香醚,0.2~0.3份双乙酸钠,0.3~0.5份复合维生素,0.3~0.6份复合矿物质,2~4份复合诱食剂,1~3份中草药免疫增强剂,1~2份促生长剂。
本发明对饲料的配方进行了优化设计,饲料配方中,在保证饲料营养效果的前提下减少了鱼粉的含量,适当增加了大豆浓缩蛋白,发酵花生粕和猪肝粉含量,以降低饲料成本,保护海洋渔业资源;饲料中添加了发酵花生粕和大豆浓缩蛋白,提高饲料的适口性和改善四指马鲅对营养物质的消化吸收,促进四指马鲅生长,另外,发酵花生粕还可提供天然的酸化剂,不必另行添加饲料酸化剂,降低饲料成本;啤酒酵母既能提供蛋白质,又能改善饲料的适口性;海藻酸钠和羧甲基纤维素作为粘结剂,粘合力度与耐水性好,制成的饲料柔软,不易在水中溃散,适合各种规格的鱼体食用,能有效避免鱼体腹胀死亡,提高成活率;添加了食品级防腐剂双乙酸钠和抗氧化剂丁基羟基茴香醚,能较好的防止饲料氧化变质,延长饲料的保存时间,少量的添加防腐剂和抗氧化剂对饲料利用率和品质无任何不良效果。
作为优选,每1000 g所述复合维生素添加剂中,含有3~5 g维生素A,2~4 g维生素D 3 ,15~20 g维生素E,2~4 g维生素K3,2~5 g维生素B1,2~5 g维生素B2,3~5 g维生素B6,30~40g泛酸钙,5~10 g叶酸,2~4 g维生素B12,30~50 g维生素C,3~5 g烟酸,4~8 g肌醇,3~5 g吡哆素,其余为麦麸粉。复合维生素添加剂以满足四指马鲅对不同维生素的需求,以促进四指马鲅生长及提高免疫力。
作为优选,每1000 g所述复合矿物质添加剂中,90~110 g甘氨酸镁,120~150 g氯化钾,2~4 g甘氨酸铜,3~5 g甘氨酸亚铁,5~10 g蛋氨酸锌,2~5 g甘氨酸锰,3~6 g碘酸钾,0.5~1.5 g蛋氨酸钴,0.5~1.5 g亚硒酸钠,150~200 g磷酸氢钙,3~7 g硫酸铝,其余为沸石粉。添加复合矿物质以满足四指马鲅对不同微量元素的需求,保证机体的正常生理代谢。
作为优选,所述复合诱食剂各组分的质量百分含量为:5~15%螺旋藻粉,15~25%南极磷虾粉,15~25%贻贝粉,15~20%甜菜碱,20~30%乌贼膏。本发明复合诱食剂不仅具有很好的诱食效果,而且复合诱食剂中的各组分均为天然物质,可起到营养补充剂的作用,有利于鱼体的生长。
作为优选,所述中草药免疫增强剂各组分的质量百分含量为:10~20%绞股蓝,10~15%黄芪,15~20%甘草,30~40%板蓝根,10~15%大黄,10~15%杜仲,各组分经超微粉碎混匀得到中草药免疫增强剂。该中草药免疫增强剂能提高四指马鲅免疫抗病力,能防治病害发生,降低养殖病害风险,对四指马鲅无不良影响,使用安全,不存在药物残留和耐药性等问题。
作为优选,所述促生长剂各组分的质量百分含量为:3~5%枯草芽孢杆菌(100 亿/克),2~5%地衣芽孢杆菌(100 亿/克),1~3%裂殖壶菌(100 亿/克),50~60%氯化胆碱,4~6%柠檬酸,8~10%植酸酶,15-25%木瓜蛋白酶。枯草芽孢杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌不仅能有效预防四指马鲅的肠炎,烂鳃等疾病,还能增强鱼体的免疫力;氯化胆碱能促进鱼体的增重;柠檬酸能促进胃液分泌,直接刺激消化酶的分泌,增强食欲,并能降低胃肠道pH值,提高消化酶活性,有利于鱼体对饲料的消化吸收,促进鱼体的生长;植酸酶和木瓜蛋白酶能有效提高四指马鲅对蛋白质的利用率和转化率,有利于增加体重。本发明中的促生长剂可提高四指马鲅对饲料的利用率,促进鱼体生长,缩短养殖周期,提高养殖效益。
一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料的制备和使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称料:按配比称取各原料,待用。
(2)物料混匀:先将称取的膨化玉米粉、大豆卵磷脂、复合维生素、复合矿物质、复合诱食剂、中草药免疫增强剂、双乙酸钠及丁基羟基茴香醚用物料搅拌机混合均匀后超微粉碎,再加入称取的蒸汽鱼粉、发酵花生粕、大豆浓缩蛋白、猪肝粉、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、啤酒酵母及鱼骨粉混合均匀后粉碎过80~120目筛,最后加入称取的鱼油后搅拌均匀,得混合料。由于本发明原料中的大豆卵磷脂、复合维生素、复合矿物质、复合诱食剂、双乙酸钠及丁基羟基茴香醚是小量物料,如直接混合所有物料一起搅拌,会严重影响小量物料成分在饲料中的分散性,使小量物料在饲料中很难分散均匀,因此本发明中先将小量物料与膨化玉米粉混匀超微粉碎,膨化玉米粉可作为小量物料的载体,能大大改善小量物料的分散性能,使小量物料能均匀分散在饲料中。原料混匀粉碎后过80~120目筛,鱼体摄食情况较好,饲料利用率高,原料粉碎粒度太粗,鱼体消化吸收较差,且成型性较差,粉碎粒度太细,在调质时易造成饲料“夹心”,即饲料中心呈干燥状,使鱼体摄食后易出现腹胀死亡。
(3)调质制粒:将步骤(2)制得的混合料在双轴差速调制器中进行调质,调质的温度为80~90℃,蒸汽压为390~430 kPa,物料的湿度为15~20%,调质时间为30~40 min,调质完成后挤压膨化得粒径为4~7 mm颗粒状的湿料。
(4)干燥包装:将得到的湿料进行脱水冷风干燥后冷却至室温,包装后即得四指马鲅促生长营养饲料成品。调质的工艺是制作饲料的关键,本发明中添加的膨化玉米粉,其糊化效果非常好,因此可采用低温调质的方法对饲料进行调质,调至温度为80~90℃,既能使膨化玉米粉充分糊化,保证饲料的口感,又能避免高温对营养物质造成的破坏;物料的水含量控制在15~20%,有利于饲料颗粒的出料与成型,还能避免因饲料水含量过低,在挤压膨化筒内进行挤压加工时致使饲料接收能力下降、维生素损失及氨基酸的破坏。
(5)使用方法:促生长剂加入固体部分总重的3~5%的清水,制成混合液,将混合液均匀喷洒的固体部分上,然后投喂四指马鲅。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明营养饲料配方合理,营养均衡,适口性、耐水性与诱食效果好,饲料利用率高,成活率高,商品鱼品质好。
(2)本发明所提供的营养饲料添加复合维生素、复合矿物质、中草药免疫增强剂和和促生长剂等有益成分,提供鱼体生长所需微量元素,增强鱼体免疫抗病力,提高饲料利用率,降低环境污染,环保效应显著。
(3)本发明饲料制备和使用方法步骤简单,科学合理,适合工业化生产,饲料营养损失小,投喂简单方便。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有百分比均为重量单位,所有设备和原料均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的,下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域常规方法。
实施例1
一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料,由蒸汽鱼粉,发酵花生粕,大豆浓缩蛋白,猪肝粉,膨化玉米粉,海藻酸钠,羧甲基纤维素,大豆卵磷脂,啤酒酵母,深海鱼油,鱼骨粉,双乙酸钠,丁基羟基茴香醚,复合维生素,复合矿物质,复合诱食剂,中草药免疫增强剂和促生长剂组成。饲料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示,饲料中复合维生素、复合矿物质、复合诱食剂、中草药免疫增强剂和促生长剂的具体配方分别如表2、3、4、5、6所示。
四指马鲅促生长营养饲料的制备和使用方法为:
(1)称料:按配比称取各原料,待用。
(2)物料混匀:先将称取的膨化玉米粉、大豆卵磷脂、复合维生素、复合矿物质、复合诱食剂、中草药免疫增强剂、双乙酸钠及丁基羟基茴香醚用物料搅拌机混合均匀后超微粉碎,再加入称取的蒸汽鱼粉、发酵花生粕、大豆浓缩蛋白、猪肝粉、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、啤酒酵母及鱼骨粉混合均匀后粉碎过85目筛,最后加入称取的鱼油后搅拌均匀,得混合料。
(3)调质制粒:将步骤(2)制得的混合料在双轴差速调制器中进行调质,调质的温度为86℃,蒸汽压为410 kPa,物料的湿度为17.5%,调质时间为36 min,调质完成后挤压膨化得粒径为6 mm颗粒状的湿料。
(4)干燥包装:将得到的湿料进行脱水冷风干燥后冷却至室温,包装后即得四指马鲅促生长营养饲料成品。
(5)使用方法:促生长剂加入固体部分总重的3%的清水,制成混合液,将混合液均匀喷洒的固体部分上,然后投喂四指马鲅。
实施例2
一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料,由蒸汽鱼粉,发酵花生粕,大豆浓缩蛋白,猪肝粉,膨化玉米粉,海藻酸钠,羧甲基纤维素,大豆卵磷脂,啤酒酵母,深海鱼油,鱼骨粉,双乙酸钠,丁基羟基茴香醚,复合维生素,复合矿物质,复合诱食剂,中草药免疫增强剂和促生长剂组成。饲料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示,饲料中复合维生素、复合矿物质、复合诱食剂、中草药免疫增强剂和促生长剂的具体配方分别如表2、3、4、5、6所示。
四指马鲅促生长营养饲料的制备和使用方法为:
(1)称料:按配比称取各原料,待用。
(2)物料混匀:先将称取的膨化玉米粉、大豆卵磷脂、复合维生素、复合矿物质、复合诱食剂、中草药免疫增强剂、双乙酸钠及丁基羟基茴香醚用物料搅拌机混合均匀后超微粉碎,再加入称取的蒸汽鱼粉、发酵花生粕、大豆浓缩蛋白、猪肝粉、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、啤酒酵母及鱼骨粉混合均匀后粉碎过105目筛,最后加入称取的鱼油后搅拌均匀,得混合料。
(3)调质制粒:将步骤(2)制得的混合料在双轴差速调制器中进行调质,调质的温度为84℃,蒸汽压为400 kPa,物料的湿度为16%,调质时间为32 min,调制完成后挤压膨化得粒径为5 mm颗粒状的湿料。
(4)干燥包装:将得到的湿料进行脱水冷风干燥后冷却至室温,包装后即得四指马鲅促生长营养饲料成品。
(5)使用方法:促生长剂加入固体部分总重的4.5%的清水,制成混合液,将混合液均匀喷洒的固体部分上,然后投喂四指马鲅。
实施例3
一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料,由蒸汽鱼粉,发酵花生粕,大豆浓缩蛋白,猪肝粉,膨化玉米粉,海藻酸钠,羧甲基纤维素,大豆卵磷脂,啤酒酵母,深海鱼油,鱼骨粉,双乙酸钠,丁基羟基茴香醚,复合维生素,复合矿物质,复合诱食剂,中草药免疫增强剂和促生长剂组成。饲料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示,饲料中复合维生素、复合矿物质、复合诱食剂、中草药免疫增强剂和促生长剂的具体配方分别如表2、3、4、5、6所示。
四指马鲅促生长营养饲料的制备和使用方法为:
(1)称料:按配比称取各原料,待用。
(2)物料混匀:先将称取的膨化玉米粉、大豆卵磷脂、复合维生素、复合矿物质、复合诱食剂、中草药免疫增强剂、双乙酸钠及丁基羟基茴香醚用物料搅拌机混合均匀后超微粉碎,再加入称取的蒸汽鱼粉、发酵花生粕、大豆浓缩蛋白、猪肝粉、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、啤酒酵母及鱼骨粉混合均匀后粉碎过110目筛,最后加入称取的鱼油后搅拌均匀,得混合料。
(3)调质制粒:将步骤(2)制得的混合料在双轴差速调制器中进行调质,调质的温度为83℃,蒸汽压为390 kPa,物料的湿度为19%,调质时间为37 min,调质完成后挤压膨化得粒径为7 mm颗粒状的湿料。
(4)干燥包装:将得到的湿料进行脱水冷风干燥后冷却至室温,包装后即得四指马鲅促生长营养饲料成品。
(5)使用方法:促生长剂加入固体部分总重的3.5%的清水,制成混合液,将混合液均匀喷洒的固体部分上,然后投喂四指马鲅。

养殖试验
以5000尾规格为20尾/Kg的四指马鲅鱼苗为一组,取四组(分别为A组、B组、C组、D组)进行网箱养殖试验,养殖水域水质参数,水温20~28℃,盐度为26~30‰,网箱水深3 m,溶氧量≥5 mg/L,pH为7.5~8.0,透明度30cm。A、B、C组分别投喂实施例1~3中的饲料,D组投喂新鲜饵料(小杂鱼和虾)作为对比例,饵料投喂方式和投喂量均完全相同:当鱼苗规格≤10尾/Kg时,每天早晚投喂一次,每次投料量为鱼体总重量的3%,每天连续投喂;当鱼苗规格>10尾/Kg时,每天傍晚投喂一次,每次投喂量为鱼体总重量的5%,每天连续投喂。
养殖4个月后,对四指马鲅进行捕捞,分别统计平均体重、平均体重增长率、捕捞数量、成活率、得到的结果如表7所示。

从表7可以明显看出,各实施例中养殖的四指马鲅的平均体重增长率与成活率均远高于对比例中养殖的四指马鲅的平均体重增长率和存活率,说明本发明的饲料能显著促进四指马鲅的生长,提高成活率。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。
Claims (7)
1.一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料,其特征在于,由以下按重量份计的原料制成:由以下按重量份计的原料制成:20~30份蒸汽鱼粉,15~25份发酵花生粕,10~15份大豆浓缩蛋白,5~10份猪肝粉,5~15份膨化玉米粉,5~10份海藻酸钠,3~5份羧甲基纤维素,1~3份大豆卵磷脂,3~5份啤酒酵母,5~8份深海鱼油,4~6份鱼骨粉,0.3~0.5份丁基羟基茴香醚,0.2~0.3份双乙酸钠,0.3~0.5份复合维生素,0.3~0.6份复合矿物质,2~4份复合诱食剂,1~3份中草药免疫增强剂,1~2份促生长剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料,其特征在于,每1000 g所述复合维生素添加剂中,含有3~5 g维生素A,2~4 g维生素D 3 ,15~20 g维生素E,2~4 g维生素K3,2~5 g维生素B1,2~5 g维生素B2,3~5 g维生素B6,30~40 g泛酸钙,5~10 g叶酸,2~4 g维生素B12,30~50 g维生素C,3~5 g烟酸,4~8 g肌醇,3~5 g吡哆素,其余为麦麸粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料,其特征在于,每1000 g所述复合矿物质添加剂中,90~110 g甘氨酸镁,120~150 g氯化钾,2~4 g甘氨酸铜,3~5 g甘氨酸亚铁,5~10 g蛋氨酸锌,2~5 g甘氨酸锰,3~6 g碘酸钾,0.5~1.5 g蛋氨酸钴,0.5~1.5 g亚硒酸钠,150~200 g磷酸氢钙,3~7 g硫酸铝,其余为沸石粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料,其特征在于,所述复合诱食剂各组分的质量百分含量为:5~15%螺旋藻粉,15~25%南极磷虾粉,15~25%贻贝粉,15~20%甜菜碱,20~30%乌贼膏。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药免疫增强剂各组分的质量百分含量为:10~20%绞股蓝,10~15%黄芪,15~20%甘草,30~40%板蓝根,10~15%大黄,10~15%杜仲,各组分经超微粉碎混匀得到中草药免疫增强剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种四指马鲅促生长营养饲料,其特征在于,所述促生长剂各组分的质量百分含量为:3~5%枯草芽孢杆菌(100 亿/克),2~5%地衣芽孢杆菌(100 亿/克),1~3%裂殖壶菌(100 亿/克),50~60%氯化胆碱,4~6%柠檬酸,8~10%植酸酶,15-25%木瓜蛋白酶。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的四指马鲅促生长营养饲料制备和使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称料:按配比称取各原料,待用;(2)物料混匀:先将称取的膨化玉米粉、大豆卵磷脂、复合维生素、复合矿物质、复合诱食剂、中草药免疫增强剂、双乙酸钠及丁基羟基茴香醚用物料搅拌机混合均匀后超微粉碎,再加入称取的蒸汽鱼粉、发酵花生粕、大豆浓缩蛋白、猪肝粉、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、啤酒酵母及鱼骨粉混合均匀后粉碎过80~120目筛,最后加入称取的鱼油后搅拌均匀,得混合料;(3)调质制粒:将步骤(2)制得的混合料在双轴差速调制器中进行调质,调质的温度为80~90℃,蒸汽压为390~430 kPa,物料的湿度为15~20%,调质时间为30~40 min,调质完成后挤压膨化得粒径为4~7 mm颗粒状的湿料;(4)干燥包装:将得到的湿料进行脱水冷风干燥后冷却至室温,包装后即得四指马鲅促生长营养饲料成品;(5)使用方法:促生长剂加入固体部分总重的3-5%的清水,制成混合液,将混合液均匀喷洒的固体部分上,然后投喂四指马鲅。
