本发明涉及饮料加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种芦荟驱寒养胃保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
野苋为一年生草本植物,约50cm高,叶子为互生,茎直立,一年到头都会开花,绿色的小花为雌雄同株,穗状花序,顶生或腋生,所结的果实为胞果,为薄膜包住的黑色果实。营养价值:鲜茎叶含粗蛋白质5.5%,含有胡萝卜素、核黄素、维生素C。
红茶菌又名“海宝”、“胃宝”,是用糖、茶、水加菌种经发酵后生成的对人体有益的物质,其本身的酸度又抑制了有害细菌的生长,对人身体健康非常有益的效果,尤其对萎缩性胃炎、胃溃疡疑难病有很好的治疗作用,而且还有调节血压、改善睡眠、预防治疗各种疾病的效果。
花椰菜或高丽菜中含有的硫化物可抑制幽门杆菌,因为幽门杆菌是胃溃疡形成的原因之一,花椰菜或高丽菜可能有预防胃溃疡的功能。
乌贼骨含有磷酸钙、碳酸钙、胶质、有机物质及氧化钠等,古今中药集成内说它为制酸药,对胃酸过多、胃溃疡等有效。
“十二五”期间,我国饮料总量以平均每年增长13%的速度增加,随着功能营养型谷物饮料市场的进一步规范化,以及人们对营养和保健意识的增强,我国功能营养型饮品市场将拥有庞大的消费群体。
随着社会发展节奏越来越快,很大一部分人存在胃功能差,尤其经常出现胃寒现象,需要进行调理,养胃健胃饮料在市场中还相对比较少。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种芦荟驱寒养胃保健饮料及其制备方法,可以达到驱寒养胃效果,增强人们的体质。
本发明的技术方案如下:
芦荟驱寒养胃保健饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份原料制成,野苋菜根35~55份、破壁灵芝孢子粉3~6份、橘子皮3~5份、胡椒6~8份、土茯苓3~7份、扁豆6~10份、芦荟25~35份、枸杞3~5份、花椰菜12~16份、红茶菌2~4份、制半夏各2~3份、乌贼甲骨研磨粉3~5;辅料为味精3~6份、冰糖5~8份、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸3~5份,适量的蒸馏水。
一种芦荟驱寒养胃保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)、主料粉末制备:将主料野苋菜根、橘子皮、胡椒、土茯苓、扁豆、芦荟、枸杞、甘蓝、花椰菜、制半夏各进行去杂、去除霉变,然后分别通过粉碎机粉碎,制成粉末,通过140目筛进行筛选,再分别称取各主料所需的重量份;
2)、混合搅拌:将主料野苋菜根、橘子皮、胡椒、土茯苓、扁豆、芦荟、枸杞、甘蓝、花椰菜、土茯苓制成的粉末及破壁灵芝孢子粉、乌贼甲骨研磨粉按照配比加入适量水在搅拌机中进行搅拌,维持搅拌机转速在120~150r/min,搅拌时间不少于40~60min,得到混合搅拌液;
3)、辅料加入:搅拌机转速提高至160~180r/min,按照重量份配比依次加入辅料味精、冰糖、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸,搅拌时间不少于30~45min,得到饮料原浆液;
4)、高温加热:将饮料原浆液置于烘箱中96~105℃条件下烘烤10~15min,煮熟;
5)、灭菌:将煮熟后的饮料原浆液采用高压蒸汽灭菌法进行灭菌,105~130kPa时,温度122~125℃,18~25min可达到灭菌目的;
6)、罐装:将高温加热及灭菌和的饮料原浆液进行罐装。
