Abstract
本发明提供一种具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,所述泡腾片饮料包括以下重量份的原料:可食用中药浸膏3~15份、崩解剂43~65份、润滑剂1~13份、填充剂2~10份、粘合剂1~8份、矫味剂0.5~3份、防腐剂0.5~2份,所述可食用中药浸膏为8~35份大蒜、6~30份沙棘、6~30份芦荟、3~20份荷叶、1~15份决明子的混合提取物。本发明泡腾片饮料采用可食用中药提取浸膏制备而成,营养丰富、口味独特、携带方便、易于溶解、冷溶热溶皆可,且生物利用度高、稳定性好,易于贮存,具有显著的辅助降血脂功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,更具体涉及一种具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料。
背景技术
高血脂的魔爪已经渐渐地深入人们的生活,它不再是老年人身上才常见的疾病,人们生活压力越来越大,生活节奏也在不断的加快,不少年轻的朋友也是逐渐患上这种疾病。过量的饮酒、吸烟、缺乏运动,食用不易代谢的食物都是引起高血脂的因素。大量研究资料表明,高血脂症是脑卒中、冠心病、心肌梗死、猝死的危险因素。此外,高血脂症也是促进高血压、糖耐量异常、糖尿病的一个重要危险因素。高血脂症还可导致脂肪肝、肝硬化、胆石症、胰腺炎、眼底出血、失明、周围血管疾病、跛行、高尿酸血症。据调查全国30岁以上的成年人中间,高血脂症的发病率在10%-20%左右,高血脂症患者人数高达9000万。今年来平均每3个死亡的中国人中间就有一个死于心脑血管疾病,而高血脂症导致动脉粥样硬化是心脑血管疾病的罪魁祸首;大量医学研究表明:高血脂的治疗方法不能仅仅通过药物层面上,还要留意在日常生活中身体的调养。因此,开发出在日常生活中具有降血脂功效的保健产品具有广阔的市场前景。
大蒜又称葫蒜,葫,大豆蒜,为百合科植物大蒜的鳞茎。大蒜性味温辛,具有下气,消谷,除风,破冷,解毒,散痈等功效,大蒜油能降低血脂,对预防和治疗心血管病是有益的。然而由于大蒜可刺激胃粘膜,使胃酸增多,所以晚上睡不好的人(尤其更年期的障碍明显的妇女,大手术后或大量失血的人)以及目、口、齿、喉、舌诸热病者、胃溃疡及十二指肠溃疡病或慢性胃炎的人并不适合食用,加之大蒜具有的特殊气味,导致其在保健领域的应用受限。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,该泡腾片饮料采用可食用中药提取浸膏制备而成,营养丰富、口味独特、携带方便、易于溶解、冷溶热溶皆可,且生物利用度高、稳定性好,易于贮存,具有良好的辅助降血脂功效。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
本发明提供一种具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,所述泡腾片饮料包括以下重量份的原料:可食用中药浸膏3~15份、崩解剂43~65份、润滑剂1~13份、填充剂2~10份、粘合剂1~8份、矫味剂0.5~3份、防腐剂0.5~2份,所述可食用中药浸膏为8~35份大蒜、6~30份沙棘、6~30份芦荟、3~20份荷叶、1~15份决明子的混合提取物。
血脂主要包括胆固醇(或称总胆固醇TC)和甘油三酯,在血循环中以非游离状态存在,和蛋白结合成脂蛋白这样的大分子运输。主要的脂蛋白分类---乳糜微粒、极低密度(前-β)脂蛋白(VLDL)、低密度(β-)脂蛋白(LDL)和高密度(a-)脂蛋白(HDL)---这些蛋白是紧密相联的,高脂血症由VLDL产生过多或清除障碍以及VLDL转变成LDL过多所致,当食物中的胆固醇(乳糜微粒的残余部分)到达肝脏时,引起细胞内的胆固醇(或肝细胞的胆固醇代谢产物)升高抑制了LDL-受体合成,亦抑制了LDL基因的转录,受体数量的下降引起血浆LDL和TC水平增高。所以降低或清除体内的胆固醇可以达到降低血脂的目的。本发明泡腾片饮料所含中药浸膏以大蒜降低胆固醇、保护心血管,以沙棘、芦荟辅助降低血液中的胆固醇、甘油三酯,同时软化血管、挥复血管弹性、降低血液粘度、改善微循环,佐以荷叶、山楂清除胆固醇、促进胆固醇的排泄,同时扩张血管,促进代谢,以决明子抑制胆固醇的吸收;方中六者合用,不仅可去除大蒜的特殊气味、降低大蒜的刺激性,还可从降脂、促排脂、抑脂、保护血管、恢复血管弹性、增强血液供血供氧能力等多方面结合,提高其降血脂的作用。
进一步地,上述可食用中药浸膏由以下重量份原料制备而成:大蒜12~30份、沙棘10~25份、芦荟10~25份、荷叶7~15份、山楂7~15份、决明子5~12份。
进一步地,所述可食用中药浸膏由大蒜、沙棘、芦荟、荷叶、山楂、决明子粉碎后溶于固液比为1g:(15~50)ml90%~95%乙醇中,于70℃下恒温水浴1~3小时,再于功率为240~800W、装载量为10~30ml条件下微波10~50s后真空浓缩干燥制得。
本发明中药浸膏的有效成分受提取提取时间、溶剂料液比等参数影响显著,通过本发明人大量研究发现本发明中药浸膏在该提取方法及提取参数下有效成分溶出及保留率相对较高、杂质少。装载量影响微波效率,从而影响该中药浸膏有效成分的萃取率,在该提取条件下该中药浸膏有效成分保留率和纯度较为理想。
进一步地,所述大蒜、沙棘、芦荟、荷叶、山楂、决明子粉碎粒度为2000~5000目。中药粉碎并不是越细越好,通过本发明人大量研究发现本发明中药粉碎粒度控制在2000~5000目范围内,既利于其有效成分的提取,又不会改变其成分。
进一步地,所述可食用中药浸膏由大蒜、沙棘、芦荟、荷叶、山楂、决明子粉碎后溶于固液比为1g:35ml90%~95%乙醇中,于70℃下恒温水浴2小时,再于功率为640W、装载量为25ml条件下微波30s后真空浓缩干燥制得。
进一步地,所述可食用中药浸膏在50℃时的相对密度为1.03~1.16g/L。在该密度范围内,本发明中药浸膏制备成泡腾片时较为稳定,更利于泡腾片的贮存。
进一步地,所述酸源为柠檬酸、酒石酸、富马酸、己二酸、苹果酸、水溶性氨基酸中的一种或几种混合;所述碱源为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钙中的一种或几种混合。
进一步地,所述润滑剂为聚乙二醇4000、聚乙二醇6000、L-亮氨酸、苯甲酸钠、氯化钠中的一种或几种混合。
进一步地,所述矫味剂为薄荷油、薄荷醇、人造香草、香蕉味、柠檬味、橘味、苹果味中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、脱氢乙酸钠、丙酸钙中的一种或两种。
本发明具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料具有如下的有益效果:
1、所含可食用中药浸膏有效成分溶出及保留率相对较高、杂质少;
2、本发明泡腾片饮料营养丰富、口味独特、携带方便、易于溶解、冷溶热溶皆可;
3、本发明泡腾片饮料安全、生物利用度高、稳定性好,易于贮存;
4、本发明泡腾片饮料可有效去除大蒜的特殊气味,同时降低大蒜的刺激性。
5、本发明泡腾片饮料可从降脂、促排脂、抑脂、保护血管、恢复血管弹性、增强血液供血供氧能力等多方面结合,提高其降血脂的作用。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
本发明泡腾片饮料的配方:
可食用中药浸膏3份、柠檬酸18份、碳酸氢钠25份、聚乙二醇60002份、氯化钠1份、淀粉1份、乳糖1份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮乙醇(水)溶液1份、乙醇溶液1份、苹果味矫味剂0.5份、苯甲酸钠0.7份;其中可食用中药浸膏由大蒜8份、沙棘6份、芦荟6份、荷叶3份、山楂3份、决明子1份混合粉碎(粉碎粒度为2000目)后溶于固液比为1g:15ml90%乙醇中,于70℃下恒温水浴1小时,再于功率为240W、装载量为10ml条件下微波10s后真空浓缩干燥至相对密度为1.03g/L(50℃)既得。
实施例2
可食用中药浸膏5份、柠檬酸21份、碳酸氢钠29份、碳酸钠3份、聚乙二醇60004份、氯化钠2份、甘露醇2份、乳糖2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮乙醇(水)溶液3份、橘味矫味剂1份、山梨酸钾0.9份;其中可食用中药浸膏由大蒜12份、沙棘10份、芦荟10份、荷叶7份、山楂7份、决明子5份混合粉碎(粉碎粒度为3000目)后溶于固液比为1g:25ml92%乙醇中,于70℃下恒温水浴1.5小时,再于功率为400W、装载量为15ml条件下微波20s后真空浓缩干燥至相对密度为1.06g/L(50℃)既得。
实施例3
可食用中药浸膏9份、苹果酸23份、碳酸氢钠31份、L-亮氨酸7份、葡萄糖6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮乙醇(水)溶液3份、乙醇溶液1份、苹果味矫味剂1.5份、脱氢乙酸钠1.3份;其中可食用中药浸膏由大蒜22份、沙棘18份、芦荟18份、荷叶11份、山楂11份、决明子8份混合粉碎(粉碎粒度为4000目)后溶于固液比为1g:35ml93%乙醇中,于70℃下恒温水浴2小时,再于功率为640W、装载量为20ml条件下微波30s后真空浓缩干燥至相对密度为1.09g/L(50℃)既得。
实施例4
可食用中药浸膏12份、富马酸24份、碳酸氢钠30份、苯甲酸钠10份、乳糖8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮乙醇(水)溶液4份、乙醇溶液2份、柠檬味矫味剂2.2份、苯甲酸钠1.7份;其中可食用中药浸膏由大蒜30份、沙棘25份、芦荟25份、荷叶15份、山楂15份、决明子12份混合粉碎(粉碎粒度为5000目)后溶于固液比为1g:45ml94%乙醇中,于70℃下恒温水浴2.5小时,再于功率为640W、装载量为25ml条件下微波40s后真空浓缩干燥至相对密度为1.12g/L(50℃)既得。
实施例5
可食用中药浸膏15份、柠檬酸28份、碳酸氢钠37份、聚乙二醇60009份、氯化钠4份、甘露醇6份、乳糖4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮乙醇(水)溶液5份、乙醇溶液3份、香蕉味矫味剂3份、苯甲酸钠2份;其中可食用中药浸膏由大蒜35份、沙棘30份、芦荟30份、荷叶20份、山楂20份、决明子15份混合粉碎后溶于固液比为1g:50ml95%乙醇中,于70℃下恒温水浴3小时,再于功率为800W、装载量为30ml条件下微波50s后真空浓缩干燥至相对密度为1.16g/L(50℃)既得。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

1.一种具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述泡腾片饮料包括以下重量份的原料:
可食用中药浸膏3~15份、崩解剂43~65份、润滑剂1~13份、填充剂2~10份、粘合剂1~8份、矫味剂0.5~3份、防腐剂0.5~2份,所述可食用中药浸膏为8~35份大蒜、6~30份沙棘、6~30份芦荟、3~20份荷叶、1~15份决明子的混合提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述可食用中药浸膏由以下重量份原料制备而成:
大蒜12~30份、沙棘10~25份、芦荟10~25份、荷叶7~15份、山楂7~15份、决明子5~12份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述可食用中药浸膏由大蒜、沙棘、芦荟、荷叶、山楂、决明子粉碎后溶于固液比为1g:(15~50)ml90%~95%乙醇中,于70℃下恒温水浴1~3小时,再于功率为240~800W、装载量为10~30ml条件下微波10~50s后真空浓缩干燥制得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述大蒜、沙棘、芦荟、荷叶、山楂、决明子粉碎粒度为2000~5000目。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述可食用中药浸膏由大蒜、沙棘、芦荟、荷叶、山楂、决明子粉碎后溶于固液比为1g:35ml90%~95%乙醇中,于70℃下恒温水浴2小时,再于功率为640W、装载量为25ml条件下微波30s后真空浓缩干燥制得。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述可食用中药浸膏在50℃时的相对密度为1.03~1.16g/L。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述崩解剂包括一个酸源和一个碱源,所述酸源为柠檬酸、酒石酸、富马酸、己二酸、苹果酸、水溶性氨基酸中的一种或几种混合;所述碱源为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钙中的一种或几种混合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为聚乙二醇4000、聚乙二醇6000、L-亮氨酸、苯甲酸钠、氯化钠中的一种或几种混合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述矫味剂为薄荷油、薄荷醇、人造香草、香蕉味、柠檬味、橘味、苹果味中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的具有辅助降血脂功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、脱氢乙酸钠、丙酸钙中的一种或两种。
