Abstract
本发明涉及一种包裹式制管模芯组件,它包括两同轴间隔设置的端头模、两根以上插置在两端头模内侧且与端头模中心轴相平行的立杆、用于将各立杆以端头模中心轴为中心向外侧撑开的一个以上伸缩机构以及绕设在两端头模之间立杆外周并形成连续管状结构的包裹层。本发明的目的在于提供一种便于脱模且可重复使用的包裹式制管模芯组件。本发明的优点在于:通过喷涂组件对包裹层所形成的管状模板竖向侧面进行喷料,可快速完成管体的成型,成型质量高,并且当管体凝固后,通过收缩模芯组件,可取出模芯组件,实现多次利用。此外包裹层可以采用一次性材料,无需回收,省时省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道制造设备,特别是一种包裹式制管模芯组件。
背景技术
目前,管道(烟道管或排气管)通常采用人工倒模填料而成,制作效率低,质量标准难以统一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于脱模且可重复使用的包裹式制管模芯组件。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:一种包裹式制管模芯组件,它包括两同轴间隔设置的端头模、两根以上插置在两端头模内侧且与端头模中心轴相平行的立杆、用于将各立杆以端头模中心轴为中心向外侧撑开的一个以上伸缩机构以及绕设在两端头模之间立杆外周并形成连续管状结构的包裹层,立杆的数量和形状根据管的内腔截面形状进行匹配设置。
较之现有技术而言,本发明的优点在于:
通过喷涂组件对包裹层所形成的管状模板竖向侧面进行喷料,可快速完成管体的成型,成型质量高,并且当管体凝固后,通过收缩模芯组件,可取出模芯组件,实现多次利用。此外包裹层可以采用一次性材料,无需回收,省时省力。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和实施例对本发明内容进行详细说明:
如图1至图10所示为本发明提供的一种包裹式制管模芯组件的实施例示意图。
一种包裹式制管模芯组件,它包括两同轴间隔设置的端头模11、两根以上插置在两端头模11内侧且与端头模11中心轴相平行的立杆12、用于将各立杆12以端头模11中心轴为中心向外侧撑开的一个以上伸缩机构13以及绕设在两端头模11之间立杆12外周并形成连续管状结构的包裹层14,立杆12的数量和形状根据管的内腔截面形状进行匹配设置。
如管的内腔(端头模11的内腔与管的内腔相吻合)截面为矩形,同时矩形的四个角进行了斜倒角处理,则立杆12的数量为四根,且每根立杆12的一侧边(即与斜倒角相吻合的边)与端头模11的内侧相贴靠;
如管的内腔截面为正三角形,则立杆12的数量为三根,且每根立杆12的截面为正三角形,正三角形的一角与端头模的内侧契合;
如管的内腔截面为圆形,则立杆12的数量为两根以上,且每根立杆12的截面带有圆形内腔的一段弧度,每根立杆12的弧度边与端头模11的内侧相贴靠。
所述包裹层14为薄膜材料、纸质材料、布料或锡铝材料。具体如塑料薄膜、聚乙烯(PE)、牛皮纸、帆布、无纺布、尼龙、锡箔纸。
喷涂组件2是对包裹层14所形成的管状模板外周进行喷涂。当包裹层14采用一次性材料时,包裹层14无需回收,省时省力。
伸缩机构13可以为两组,其分别设置在两端头模11内。
伸缩机构13可采用以下四种方式实施
第一种:
当立杆12数量为偶数时,所述伸缩机构13包括一组以上横向设置在相对侧立杆12之间的撑开件;
各撑开件包括相互铰接的支腿A131以及支腿B132,支腿A131和/或支腿B132上设有用于调节长度的伸缩调节结构133。
较佳的,可在包裹式制管模芯组件中心轴位置设置与两侧端头模11内的撑开件固定连接的轴心杆15,撑开件上设有容轴心杆15穿过的固定环134。
轴心杆15保证了两侧端头模11位于同一轴心位置,并且可通过轴心杆15带动模芯组件转动,便于包裹层14的缠绕。
伸缩机构13与立杆12之间可采用插接结构固定或者在伸缩机构13上设置与立杆12外轮廓配合的固定爪。
支腿A131和支腿B132之间设有弹簧139。
图8中,支腿A131与固定环134相铰接,支腿B132固定连接在固定环134上,且支腿B132上设置伸缩调节结构133。
图9中,支腿A131和支腿B132分别与固定环134铰接,且支腿A131和支腿B132上都设置伸缩调节结构133。
第二种:
当立杆12数量为偶数时,所述伸缩机构13包括一组以上横向设置在相对侧立杆12之间的螺纹件;
各螺纹件包括两调节螺杆135、分别与调节螺杆135配合的两固定螺母136以及连接在两固定螺母136之间的连接杆137。
伸缩机构13与立杆12之间可采用插接结构固定或者在伸缩机构13上设置与立杆12外轮廓配合的固定爪。
第三种:
所述伸缩机构13包括由气缸或液压缸控制且与立杆12数量相匹配的伸缩臂138,各伸缩臂138以端头模11中心轴为中心分别向对应的立杆12撑开方向伸缩。该伸缩机构13可适用于立杆12数量为奇数的情况。
较佳的,可在包裹式制管模芯组件中心轴位置设置与两侧端头模11内的伸缩机构13固定连接的轴心杆15,伸缩机构13上设有容轴心杆15穿过的固定环134。
伸缩机构13与立杆12之间可采用插接结构固定或者在伸缩机构13上设置与立杆12外轮廓配合的固定爪。
第四种:
所述伸缩机构13包括设置在端头模11中心轴位置的轴心杆15、套设在轴心杆15上且与轴心杆15螺纹配合的滑动块161、套设在轴心杆15上且与轴心杆15间隙配合的固定块162以及若干分别与各立杆12对应配合的折臂件;所述固定块162通过位于固定块162上下侧面上且与轴心杆15螺纹配合的螺母163进行定位;
所述折臂件包括支杆A164以及支杆B165,所述支杆A164的端部和支杆B165的端部分别铰接在同侧的滑动块161侧壁和固定块162侧壁上,支杆A164和支杆B165另一端相互铰接。
所述支杆A164和支杆B165之间的铰接端固定在立杆12内侧壁上。
该伸缩机构13可适用于立杆12数量为奇数的情况。
轴心杆15转动时,固定块162上下侧面上的螺母163使得固定块162在轴心杆15上的高度位置不变;滑动块161与轴心杆15之间为螺纹配合,因其通过折臂件与固定块162连接,故无法转动,只能轴心杆15上下滑动,滑动块161接近固定块162时,折臂件向立杆12方向撑开,反之可推。
如图10所示,喷涂组件2为两组,其分设在包裹式制管模芯组件的左右侧,且各喷涂组件2通过升降动力件4驱动进行上下位移。
包裹式制管模芯组件放置在喷涂平台3上,通过喷涂平台3带动进行转动。
包裹式制管模芯组件也可以配合喷涂机械臂,喷涂机械臂以包裹式制管模芯组件为中心轴进行螺旋升降喷涂。
Claims (6)
1.一种包裹式制管模芯组件,其特征在于:它包括两同轴间隔设置的端头模(11)、两根以上插置在两端头模(11)内侧且与端头模(11)中心轴相平行的立杆(12)、用于将各立杆(12)以端头模(11)中心轴为中心向外侧撑开的一个以上伸缩机构(13)以及绕设在两端头模(11)之间立杆(12)外周并形成连续管状结构的包裹层(14),立杆(12)的数量和形状根据管的内腔截面形状进行匹配设置;所述包裹层(14)为薄膜材料、纸质材料、布料或锡铝材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包裹式制管模芯组件,其特征在于:当立杆(12)数量为偶数时,所述伸缩机构(13)包括一组以上横向设置在相对侧立杆(12)之间的撑开件;
各撑开件包括相互铰接的支腿A(131)以及支腿B(132),支腿A(131)和/或支腿B(132)上设有用于调节长度的伸缩调节结构(133)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包裹式制管模芯组件,其特征在于:当立杆(12)数量为偶数时,所述伸缩机构(13)包括一组以上横向设置在相对侧立杆(12)之间的螺纹件;
各螺纹件包括两调节螺杆(135)、分别与调节螺杆(135)配合的两固定螺母(136)以及连接在两固定螺母(136)之间的连接杆(137)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包裹式制管模芯组件,其特征在于:所述伸缩机构(13)包括由气缸或液压缸控制且与立杆(12)数量相匹配的伸缩臂(138),各伸缩臂(138)以端头模(11)中心轴为中心分别向对应的立杆(12)撑开方向伸缩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的包裹式制管模芯组件,其特征在于:所述伸缩机构(13)包括设置在端头模(11)中心轴位置的轴心杆(15)、套设在轴心杆(15)上且与轴心杆(15)螺纹配合的滑动块(161)、套设在轴心杆(15)上且与轴心杆(15)间隙配合的固定块(162)以及若干分别与各立杆(12)对应配合的折臂件;所述固定块(162)通过位于固定块(162)上下侧面上且与轴心杆(15)螺纹配合的螺母(163)进行定位;
所述折臂件包括支杆A(164)以及支杆B(165),所述支杆A(164)的端部和支杆B(165)的端部分别铰接在同侧的滑动块(161)侧壁和固定块(162)侧壁上,支杆A(164)和支杆B(165)另一端相互铰接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的包裹式制管模芯组件,其特征在于:所述支杆A(164)和支杆B(165)之间的铰接端固定在立杆(12)内侧壁上。
