Abstract

本发明提供一种纸板裁剪装置，所述轨道下方连接着上料机械手，所述轨道右边设置有下压气缸，所述下压气缸下方设置有压辊，所述下压气缸右边设置有横向移动装置，所述横向移动装置下面连接着纵向切刀，所述右侧安装有间距调整气缸，所述间距调整气缸侧边设置有横向切割装置，上料机械手通过轨道将纸板移动至压辊底下，通过下压气缸对压辊的控制对纸板进行辊压，然后到纵向切刀，压紧块对纸板进行固定，使纸板不会晃动，纵向切刀对纸板进行切割，横向切割装置通过间距调整气缸对纸板横向切割，保证了纸板的损坏率，最后进入下料槽，余料阻挡版拦住横向切割的纸板边缘，整个步骤方便快捷，并且安全，增加了企业的生产成本，减少企业经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸板裁剪领域，尤其涉及一种稳定，并且可以快速对纸板裁剪的纸板裁剪装置。
背景技术
目前企业所使用的裁剪装置都是比较普遍的，在使用时必须要人工上料、下料，而且在裁剪时需要人工切割，无法对员工的安全保证，在裁剪的时候需要分次对纸板进行裁剪，增加了大量生产时间，对纸板的间距无法精确控制，因此，解决以上问题显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以减少企业生产成本，增加企业经济效益，并且可以保障员工安全的纸板裁剪装置。
本发明提供一种纸板裁剪装置，包括轨道和传送带，所述轨道设置在传送带左侧上方，所述轨道下方连接着上料机械手，所述轨道右边设置有下压气缸，所述下压气缸下方设置有压辊，所述下压气缸右边设置有横向移动装置，所述横向移动装置下面连接着纵向切刀，所述右侧安装有间距调整气缸，所述间距调整气缸侧边设置有横向切割装置。
进一步改进在于：所述下压气缸和横向移动装置中间设置有压紧块，通过压紧块对纸板进行固定。
进一步改进在于：所述横向切割装置右边设置有下料槽。
进一步改进在于：所述下料槽上安装有余料阻挡板，通过余料阻挡板对切割的剩余材料进行阻挡。
本发明的有益效果：上料机械手通过轨道将纸板移动至压辊底下，通过下压气缸对压辊的控制对纸板进行辊压，然后到纵向切刀，压紧块对纸板进行固定，使纸板不会晃动，纵向切刀对纸板进行切割，横向切割装置通过间距调整气缸对纸板横向切割，保证了纸板的损坏率，最后进入下料槽，余料阻挡版拦住横向切割的纸板边缘，整个步骤方便快捷，并且安全，增加了企业的生产成本，减少企业经济效益。

为了加深对本发明的理解，下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述，该实施例仅用于解释本发明，并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示，本实施例提供了一种纸板裁剪装置，包括轨道1和传送带12，所述轨道1设置在传送带12左侧上方，所述轨道1下方连接着上料机械手2，所述轨道1右边设置有下压气缸3，所述下压气缸3下方设置有压辊4，所述下压气缸3右边设置有横向移动装置5，所述横向移动装置5下面连接着纵向切刀6，所述右侧安装有间距调整气缸7，所述间距调整气缸7侧边设置有横向切割装置8，所述下压气缸3和横向移动装置5中间设置有压紧块9，通过压紧块9对纸板进行固定，所述横向切割装置8右边设置有下料槽10，所述下料槽10上安装有余料阻挡板11，通过余料阻挡板11对切割的剩余材料进行阻挡，上料机械手2通过轨道1将纸板移动至压辊4底下，通过下压气缸3对压辊4的控制对纸板进行辊压，然后到纵向切刀6，压紧块9对纸板进行固定，使纸板不会晃动，纵向切刀6对纸板进行切割，横向切割装置5通过间距调整气缸7对纸板横向切割，保证了纸板的损坏率，最后进入下料槽10，余料阻挡版11拦住横向切割的纸板边缘，整个步骤方便快捷，并且安全，增加了企业的生产成本，减少企业经济效益。

Claims (4)

1.一种纸板裁剪装置，包括轨道（1）和传送带（12），所述轨道（1）设置在传送带（12）左侧上方，其特征在于：所述轨道（1）下方连接着上料机械手（2），所述轨道（1）右边设置有下压气缸（3），所述下压气缸（3）下方设置有压辊（4），所述下压气缸（3）右边设置有横向移动装置（5），所述横向移动装置（5）下面连接着纵向切刀（6），所述右侧安装有间距调整气缸（7），所述间距调整气缸（7）侧边设置有横向切割装置（8）。
2.如权利要求1所述纸板裁剪装置，其特征在于：所述下压气缸（3）和横向移动装置（5）中间设置有压紧块（9），通过压紧块（9）对纸板进行固定。
3.如权利要求1所述纸板裁剪装置，其特征在于：所述横向切割装置（8）右边设置有下料槽（10）。
4.如权利要求3所述纸板裁剪装置，其特征在于：所述下料槽（10）上安装有余料阻挡板（11），通过余料阻挡板（11）对切割的剩余材料进行阻挡。
