Abstract

本发明公开了一种血液检测用试纸剪裁装置,包括传送台,所述传送台的上方设有两个固定框,两个固定框之间滑动设有横向设置的安装板,安装板伸入左侧固定框内部一端的底部上固定有等距设置的第一切刀,安装板伸入右侧固定框内部一端的底部上固定有等距设置的第二切刀,且第一切刀与第二切刀呈交叉设置,两个固定框的顶部之间固定有固定架,固定架的顶部内壁安装有液压缸,且液压缸的活塞端连接在安装板的顶部,所述传送台的顶部固定有等距设置的放置槽体,本发明中,能够对首先对放置槽体进行精确的位置限定,使其在切割时能够保证对血液检测试纸切割的精确性,且同时使整体的联动性更强,使其更好的满足实际切割需求。

一种血液检测用试纸剪裁装置
技术领域
本发明涉及剪裁装置领域,尤其涉及一种血液检测用试纸剪裁装置。
背景技术
临床血液检测可分为血液一般检测、溶血性贫血的实验室检测、骨髓细胞学检测、血型鉴定与交叉配血试验。可以检测出常见血液病的血液学持征。血液检测是通过对血液进行检测,以便于更好地对身体机能进行检查的辅助医疗设备,其在医疗设备领域中得到广泛的使用。
而血液检测用试纸在生产切割时,其不便于对其进行定位,容易造成切割不规整,存在误差,为此我们提出了一种血液检测用试纸剪裁装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种血液检测用试纸剪裁装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种血液检测用试纸剪裁装置,包括传送台,所述传送台的上方设有两个固定框,两个固定框之间滑动设有横向设置的安装板,安装板伸入左侧固定框内部一端的底部上固定有等距设置的第一切刀,安装板伸入右侧固定框内部一端的底部上固定有等距设置的第二切刀,且第一切刀与第二切刀呈交叉设置,两个固定框的顶部之间固定有固定架,固定架的顶部内壁安装有液压缸,且液压缸的活塞端连接在安装板的顶部,所述传送台的顶部固定有等距设置的放置槽体,放置槽体的右端铰接有限制板,限制板的右侧固定有抵触头,所述放置槽体顶部的两侧均开设有与第二切刀相匹配的第二刀槽,所述放置槽体左端的顶部与限制板的顶部均开设有与第一切刀相匹配的第一刀槽,所述抵触头的上方设有活动贯穿安装板的导联装置,且导联装置的底端固定有开关装置,所述安装板的底部安装有控制器;
所述导联装置包括活动贯穿安装板的连杆,连杆的顶端铰接有连接杆,且开关装置固定在连杆的底端,连接杆的顶端铰接有滑动设置在固定架顶部内壁上的滑板,滑板的左侧铰接有导联杆,导联杆的另一端铰接有活动伸入右侧固定框内部且固定在安装板顶部的定位杆;
所述开关装置包括固定在连杆底端的固定箱,固定箱的底部活动连接有活动杆,活动杆的底端固定有与抵触头相作用的凸头,活动杆的顶端固定有抵触板,抵触板与固定箱的底部内壁之间连接有套设在活动杆上的弹簧,抵触板的上方设有固定在固定箱顶部内壁上的压力传感器。
优选的,所述固定框呈U型结构,两个固定框相靠近的一侧均开设有矩形结构的活动口,且安装板与活动口的内壁滑动连接。
优选的,所述第一切刀沿安装板的长度方向设置,所述第二切刀沿安装板的宽度方向设置。
优选的,所述固定架的顶部开设有沿其长度方向设置的滑槽,且滑板与滑槽的内壁滑动连接。
优选的,所述抵触头的顶凸端成半球型结构,所述凸头呈半球形结构,且两者相作用。
优选的,所述限制板铰接在放置槽体端部的两侧,且限制板的高度与放置槽体的高度相同,且限制板的两侧通过锁扣固定在放置槽体上。
优选的,所述压力传感器、液压缸、传送台均匀控制器电连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中,在各部件的共同作用下,能够对首先对放置槽体进行精确的位置限定,使其在切割时能够保证对血液检测试纸切割的精确性,且同时使整体的联动性更强,使其更好的满足实际切割需求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-4,一种血液检测用试纸剪裁装置,包括传送台1,传送台1的上方设有两个固定框2,两个固定框2之间滑动设有横向设置的安装板3,安装板3伸入左侧固定框2内部一端的底部上固定有等距设置的第一切刀6,安装板3伸入右侧固定框2内部一端的底部上固定有等距设置的第二切刀7,且第一切刀6与第二切刀7呈交叉设置,两个固定框2的顶部之间固定有固定架4,固定架4的顶部内壁安装有液压缸5,且液压缸5的活塞端连接在安装板3的顶部,传送台1的顶部固定有等距设置的放置槽体8,放置槽体8的右端铰接有限制板21,限制板21的右侧固定有抵触头9,放置槽体8顶部的两侧均开设有与第二切刀7相匹配的第二刀槽,放置槽体8左端的顶部与限制板21的顶部均开设有与第一切刀6相匹配的第一刀槽,抵触头9的上方设有活动贯穿安装板3的导联装置,且导联装置的底端固定有开关装置,安装板3的底部安装有型号为SC200的控制器,从而能够进行自动控制;
导联装置包括活动贯穿安装板3的连杆11,连杆11的顶端铰接有连接杆13,且开关装置固定在连杆11的底端,连接杆13的顶端铰接有滑动设置的固定架4顶部内壁上的滑板14,滑板14的左侧铰接有导联杆15,导联杆15的另一端铰接有活动伸入左侧固定框2内部且固定在安装板3顶部的定位杆16,方便精确控制;
开关装置包括固定在连杆11底端的固定箱12,固定箱12的底部活动连接有活动杆17,活动杆17的底端固定有与抵触头9相作用的凸头,活动杆17的顶端固定有抵触板18,抵触板18与固定箱12的底部内壁之间连接有套设在活动杆17上的弹簧20,抵触板18的上方设有固定在固定箱12顶部内壁上的型号为JY-LCS1的压力传感器19,便于精确控制。
固定框2呈U型结构,两个固定框2相靠近的一侧均开设有矩形结构的活动口10,且安装板3与活动口10的内壁滑动连接,第一切刀6沿安装板3的长度方向设置,第二切刀7沿安装板3的宽度方向设置,固定架4的顶部开设有沿其长度方向设置的滑槽,且滑板14与滑槽的内壁滑动连接,抵触头9的顶凸端成半球型结构,凸头呈半球形结构,且两者相作用,限制板21的铰接在放置槽体8端部的两侧,且限制板21的高度与放置槽体8的高度相同,且限制板21的两侧通过锁扣固定在放置槽体8上,压力传感器、液压缸、传送台均匀控制器电连接。
首先传送台1带动放置槽体8进行运动,从而能够使抵触头9的定凸端抵触在活动杆17底端的凸头上,从而能够带动活动杆17顶端的抵触板18抵触在压力传感器19上后,在控制器的作用下,传送台1停止,期间弹簧20被拉伸,从而使压力传感器19接收到的信号通过控制器进行传输后,使液压缸5带动安装板3向下,从而带动第一切刀6进行横向切割,第二切刀7对第一切刀6切割后的试纸进行纵向切割,且同时安装板4拉动定位杆16,使导联杆15拉动滑板14滑动,使连接杆13拉动连杆11,使固定箱12上升,从而在切割完成后,液压缸5的活塞端上升时,便于传送台1的继续传送,而在下次切割之前固定箱12又能够复位,便于对下一个放置槽体8中的滤纸进行切割,而放置槽体8右端的限制板21便于开合,使其便于移出切割后的滤纸,本发明中,能够对首先对放置槽体进行精确的位置限定,使其在切割时能够保证对血液检测试纸切割的精确性,且同时使整体的联动性更强,使其更好的满足实际切割需求。

1.一种血液检测用试纸剪裁装置,包括传送台(1),其特征在于,所述传送台(1)的上方设有两个固定框(2),两个固定框(2)之间滑动设有横向设置的安装板(3),安装板(3)伸入左侧固定框(2)内部一端的底部上固定有等距设置的第一切刀(6),安装板(3)伸入右侧固定框(2)内部一端的底部上固定有等距设置的第二切刀(7),且第一切刀(6)与第二切刀(7)呈交叉设置,两个固定框(2)的顶部之间固定有固定架(4),固定架(4)的顶部内壁安装有液压缸(5),且液压缸(5)的活塞端连接在安装板(3)的顶部,所述传送台(1)的顶部固定有等距设置的放置槽体(8),放置槽体(8)的右端铰接有限制板(21),限制板(21)的右侧固定有抵触头(9),所述放置槽体(8)顶部的两侧均开设有与第二切刀(7)相匹配的第二刀槽,所述放置槽体(8)左端的顶部与限制板(21)的顶部均开设有与第一切刀(6)相匹配的第一刀槽,所述抵触头(9)的上方设有活动贯穿安装板(3)的导联装置,且导联装置的底端固定有开关装置,所述安装板(3)的底部安装有控制器;
所述导联装置包括活动贯穿安装板(3)的连杆(11),连杆(11)的顶端铰接有连接杆(13),且开关装置固定在连杆(11)的底端,连接杆(13)的顶端铰接有滑动设置在固定架(4)顶部内壁上的滑板(14),滑板(14)的左侧铰接有导联杆(15),导联杆(15)的另一端铰接有活动伸入左侧固定框(2)内部且固定在安装板(3)顶部的定位杆(16);
所述开关装置包括固定在连杆(11)底端的固定箱(12),固定箱(12)的底部活动连接有活动杆(17),活动杆(17)的底端固定有与抵触头(9)相作用的凸头,活动杆(17)的顶端固定有抵触板(18),抵触板(18)与固定箱(12)的底部内壁之间连接有套设在活动杆(17)上的弹簧(20),抵触板(18)的上方设有固定在固定箱(12)顶部内壁上的压力传感器(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种血液检测用试纸剪裁装置,其特征在于,所述固定框(2)呈U型结构,两个固定框(2)相靠近的一侧均开设有矩形结构的活动口(10),且安装板(3)与活动口(10)的内壁滑动连接。
