Abstract
本发明涉及一种真丝面料,尤其是涉及一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法。其主要是解决现有技术所存在的无法织造克重较重的重绉产品,上机工艺参数、纬丝打不实,丝线易断头等故障,织物后整理,漂与炼不透等的技术问题。本发明将经丝进行泡丝/络丝、并丝、捻丝、定型、整经、穿结经完成织造,纬丝经过浸渍、络丝、并丝、倍捻、定型、倒筒完成织造,纬丝依次叠加于3根经丝上表面、1根经丝下表面;相邻纬丝依次叠加于3根经丝下表面、1根经丝上表面,相邻纬丝与经丝的叠加方式成阶梯型排列,在纬丝的外表面用针头开设凹槽,向凹槽内喷洒加绉料,形成基布,再将基布上浆、加温、降温处理,晾干得到成品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种真丝面料,尤其是涉及一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法。
背景技术
真丝织物具有光泽柔和、手感柔滑、吸湿透气等优良的服用性能,特别适宜于制作对抗菌性有较高要求的内衣和婴幼儿服装等产品。中国专利公开了一种真丝双面绉面料的加工方法(公开号:CN104631005A),其采用真丝生坯原料作为原料,其整个加工流程为:(1)前处理,将真丝生坯原料进行圈码、钉襻;(2)将经过处理后的生坯原料进行脱胶炼白,包括:冷水缸浸泡、初炼、复炼;所述冷水缸浸泡是将生坯原料置于温度为15-30℃的冷水缸浸泡40-60分钟;所述初炼工序:在5吨水的初炼缸中加入分散剂20-25㎏、纯碱20-25㎏、泡化碱4-6㎏、保险粉1-1.5㎏后,从水温80-85℃开始升温到100℃后再炼40-50分钟;所述复炼工序:在5吨水的复炼缸中加入分散剂8-10KG、纯碱2-2.5㎏、泡化碱4-6㎏、保险粉0.5-1㎏,保持水温100℃炼30-40分钟;(4)打卷:用松式打卷机进行无涨力的成卷;(5)整理:用无张力呢毯机、拉幅机进行烘干、拉幅得到缩率达到6%-8%的真丝双绉面料。但是这种面料还没有超过60m/m/平方米克重的重绉产品,首先需要设计特别的工艺参数和技术,以及制织真丝的重型装备,上机工艺参数、纬丝打不实,丝线易断头等故障,其次是织物后整理,漂与炼不透等疵点和质量难题。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法,其主要是解决现有技术所存在的无法织造克重较重的重绉产品,上机工艺参数、纬丝打不实,丝线易断头等故障,织物后整理,漂与炼不透等的技术问题。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本发明的一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法,其特征在于所述的方法包括:
a.将经丝浸入到泡丝剂中进行泡丝,然后分别经过络丝、并丝、捻丝、定型、整经、穿结经完成织造,经丝组合为6/22.22/24.44dtex 3T/cm的桑蚕丝,捻向为S捻;
b.将甲、乙纬丝,将甲、乙纬丝浸入到清水中进行浸渍,然后分别经过络丝、并丝、倍捻、定型、倒筒完成织造,甲、乙纬组合为15/22.22/24.44dtex桑蚕丝18T/cm,其捻度分别均采用中捻,甲、乙纬捻向分别进行S捻和Z捻两种捻向;
c.将经丝与纬丝进行编织,纬丝依次叠加于3根经丝上表面、1根经丝下表面;相邻纬丝依次叠加于3根经丝下表面、1根经丝上表面,相邻纬丝与经丝的叠加方式成阶梯型排列,在纬丝的外表面用针头开设凹槽,向凹槽内喷洒加绉料,形成基布;
d.将基布放入到植物浆液中进行上浆处理,上浆充分后捞出,带液率保持在20-30%,进行加温、降温处理;
e.将基布进行清水浸泡,浸泡完全后,捞出,带液率保持在5-10%,再次晾干,得到成品真丝重重绉面料。
本发明的纬丝由于由加绉料填充,因此加强了整个面料的重绉度。本发明的织物的纬丝以4甲和4乙排列,织造工艺参数设计采用特殊的加工工艺和变化组织织制而成,从原料的组合、工艺的更新、组织的变化改变了丝绸传统产品,成品面料67m/m/平方米克重,服装面料不易绽裂,弹性好,具有抗皱、抗缩的功能,抗绉强、悬垂性好,并有效地达到了全桑蚕丝服装面料的可机洗性。
本发明的植物浆液为木浆,这样在基布表面会形成植物纹理的重绉。本发明的加绉料的材料为亚麻纤维。
泡丝剂的组成及质量百分比为:白油10-20%,乳化剂AEO15-25%,乳化剂SG15-20%,氧化胺30-40%,柔软剂IM10-20%。
作为优选,所述的凹槽的边缘处设有凸起,加绉料凸出凹槽的开口处,并且加绉料的外表面设有锯齿。通过凸起可以防止加绉料脱出,加绉料上的锯齿可以重绉效果较好。
作为优选,所述的步骤d的加温、降温处理包括:先将基布送入到温控箱中加温到70-80℃,然后以5-10℃/s的速率下降到5-10℃,然后再以5-10℃/s的速率急速上升到100-120℃,保温5-10分钟,取出温控箱后自然降温到室温。通过一次急速降温和急速升温,可以使得面料在温度极度变化时在其表面形成褶皱,从而保证了重绉效果。
作为优选,所述的上浆处理温度为30-35℃,上浆时间为10-12小时。
作为优选,所述的步骤e清水浸泡温度为20-30℃,清水浸泡时间为4-6小时。
作为优选,所述的步骤e清水浸泡处理后晾干温度为25-30℃。
因此,本发明通过织造工艺参数设计采用特殊的加工工艺和变化组织织制而成,从原料的组合、工艺的更新、组织的变化改变了丝绸传统产品,服装面料不易绽裂,弹性好,具有抗皱、抗缩的功能,抗绉强、悬垂性好,并有效地达到了全桑蚕丝服装面料的可机洗性,结构简单、合理。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例1:本例的一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法,其步骤为:
a.将经丝浸入到泡丝剂中进行泡丝,然后分别经过络丝、并丝、捻丝、定型、整经、穿结经完成织造,经丝组合为6/22.22/24.44dtex 3T/cm的桑蚕丝,捻向为S捻,捻度280T/M(捻/米);
b.将甲、乙纬丝,将甲、乙纬丝浸入到清水中进行浸渍,然后分别经过络丝、并丝、倍捻、定型、倒筒完成织造,甲、乙纬组合为15/22.22/24.44dtex桑蚕丝18T/cm,其捻度分别均采用中捻,甲、乙纬捻向分别进行S捻和Z捻两种捻向,其捻度设计1600T/M;
c.将经丝与纬丝进行编织,纬丝2依次叠加于3根经丝1上表面、1根经丝下表面;相邻纬丝依次叠加于3根经丝1下表面、1根经丝上表面,相邻纬丝与经丝的叠加方式成阶梯型排列,在纬丝的外表面用针头开设凹槽3,凹槽3的边缘处设有凸起5,加绉料4凸出凹槽的开口处,并且加绉料的外表面设有锯齿6,向凹槽内喷洒加绉料4,形成基布,织机筘幅宽度154cm,产品幅宽135cm,织机转速:280 r/min,综平时间:3300、经位置线:采用折线与经水平线之距0.3mm,采用不等张力梭口织造。送、接纬剑进梭口时间分别为:670、650;
d.将基布放入到植物浆液中进行上浆处理,上浆处理温度为32℃,上浆时间为11小时,上浆充分后捞出,带液率保持在25%,进行加温、降温处理,加温、降温处理包括:先将基布送入到温控箱中加温到70℃,然后以10℃/s的速率下降到5℃,然后再以10℃/s的速率急速上升到110℃,保温8分钟,取出温控箱后自然降温到室温;
e.将基布进行清水浸泡,清水浸泡温度为25℃,清水浸泡时间为5小时,捞出,带液率保持在8%,再次晾干,晾干温度为30℃,得到成品真丝重重绉面料。
实施例2:本例的一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法,其步骤为:
a.将经丝浸入到泡丝剂中进行泡丝,然后分别经过络丝、并丝、捻丝、定型、整经、穿结经完成织造,经丝组合为6/22.22/24.44dtex 3T/cm的桑蚕丝,捻向为S捻,捻度300T/M(捻/米);
b.将甲、乙纬丝,将甲、乙纬丝浸入到清水中进行浸渍,然后分别经过络丝、并丝、倍捻、定型、倒筒完成织造,甲、乙纬组合为15/22.22/24.44dtex桑蚕丝18T/cm,其捻度分别均采用中捻,甲、乙纬捻向分别进行S捻和Z捻两种捻向,其捻度设计1800T/M;
c.将经丝与纬丝进行编织,纬丝2依次叠加于3根经丝1上表面、1根经丝下表面;相邻纬丝依次叠加于3根经丝1下表面、1根经丝上表面,相邻纬丝与经丝的叠加方式成阶梯型排列,在纬丝的外表面用针头开设凹槽3,凹槽3的边缘处设有凸起5,加绉料4凸出凹槽的开口处,并且加绉料的外表面设有锯齿6,向凹槽内喷洒加绉料4,形成基布,织机筘幅宽度154cm,成品幅宽135cm,织机转速:300 r/min,综平时间:3250 、经位置线:采用折线与经水平线之距0.3mm,采用不等张力梭口织造。送、接纬剑进梭口时间分别为:650、630;
d.将基布放入到植物浆液中进行上浆处理,上浆处理温度为35℃,上浆时间为12小时,上浆充分后捞出,带液率保持在25%,进行加温、降温处理,加温、降温处理包括:先将基布送入到温控箱中加温到80℃,然后以10℃/s的速率下降到10℃,然后再以10℃/s的速率急速上升到120℃,保温10分钟,取出温控箱后自然降温到室温;
e.将基布进行清水浸泡,清水浸泡温度为30℃,清水浸泡时间为5小时,捞出,带液率保持在8%,再次晾干,晾干温度为28℃,得到成品真丝重重绉面料。

Claims (6)
1.一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法,其特征在于所述的方法包括:
a.将经丝浸入到泡丝剂中进行泡丝,然后分别经过络丝、并丝、捻丝、定型、整经、穿结经完成织造,经丝组合为6/22.22/24.44dtex 3T/cm的桑蚕丝,捻向为S捻;
b.将甲、乙纬丝浸入到清水中进行浸渍,然后分别经过络丝、并丝、倍捻、定型、倒筒完成织造,甲、乙纬组合为15/22.22/24.44dtex桑蚕丝18T/cm,其捻度分别均采用中捻,甲、乙纬捻向分别进行S捻和Z捻两种捻向;
c.将经丝与纬丝进行编织,纬丝(2)依次叠加于3根经丝(1)上表面、1根经丝下表面;相邻纬丝依次叠加于3根经丝(1)下表面、1根经丝上表面,相邻纬丝与经丝的叠加方式成阶梯型排列,在纬丝的外表面用针头开设凹槽(3),向凹槽内喷洒加绉料(4),形成基布;
d.将基布放入到植物浆液中进行上浆处理,上浆充分后捞出,带液率保持在20-30%,进行加温、降温处理;
e.将基布进行清水浸泡,浸泡完全后,捞出,带液率保持在5-10%,再次晾干,得到成品真丝重重绉面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法,其特征在于所述的凹槽(3)的边缘处设有凸起(5),加绉料(4)凸出凹槽的开口处,并且加绉料的外表面设有锯齿(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法,其特征在于所述的步骤d的加温、降温处理包括:先将基布送入到温控箱中加温到70-80℃,然后以5-10℃/s的速率下降到5-10℃,然后再以5-10℃/s的速率急速上升到100-120℃,保温5-10分钟,取出温控箱后自然降温到室温。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法,其特征在于所述的上浆处理温度为30-35℃,上浆时间为10-12小时。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法,其特征在于所述的步骤e清水浸泡温度为20-30℃,清水浸泡时间为4-6小时。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝重重绉面料的织造方法,其特征在于所述的步骤e清水浸泡处理后晾干温度为25-30℃。
