本发明猕猴桃甘薯片,其中又可按比例均匀混合熟甘薯粉,以增加即食冲泡热水后其整体混成粥稠性。
本发明猕猴桃甘薯片,其中可按比例含有添加的糖、盐、柠檬酸,以调节整粥的味道,适应各种人喜好。
可见,本发明猕猴桃甘薯片比现有甘薯即食粥优点多,实为多维他命抗癌保健大众化食疗即食粥品,适应消费市场新产品需求,实现了本发明目的,具有实质性显著进步。
具体实施方式
优选实施例
按照本发明技术方案,鲜猕猴桃表皮刷去毛、切厚片、干燥此桃厚片(含水≈12%)、切成颗粒,此有塑性的桃干粒碾压成薄片(片厚≈0.5mm),处理到片长≈6mm、片宽≈5mm,果籽核亦压薄碎,再震动筛除脱离的碎籽核,杀菌(桃片含水≈5%)。此获猕猴桃干片。
甘薯清洗,切厚片(厚≈8mm),熟化(蒸或烤),降温干燥(含水≈12%),再切成颗粒,碾压此有塑性的甘薯粒成薄片(片厚≈0.5mm),处理到片长≈6mm、片宽≈5mm,杀菌(薯片含水≈5%),得熟甘薯干片。
鲜枸杞干燥(含水≈12%),再切成颗粒,碾压此有塑性的枸杞粒成薄片(片厚≈0.5mm),处理到片长≈6mm、片宽≈5mm,杀菌(枸杞片含水≈5%),得枸杞干片。
以新鲜牛奶为原料,用喷雾法,除去其中水分,干燥而得奶粉。
甘薯切片,熟化,干燥,磨成粉,得熟甘薯粉。
按重量份将此猕猴桃干片10份、熟甘薯干片60份、熟甘薯粉8份、枸杞干片6份、奶粉4份、白糖4份均匀混合,得本发明猕猴桃甘薯片,包装成商品。
Claims (8)
1.一种猕猴桃甘薯片,其特征在于:是按重量组份由猕猴桃干片2-30份、熟甘薯干片30-100份混合均匀而成,此猕猴桃干片和熟甘薯干片的特征为0.01mm<片厚<1.5mm、片长<20mm、片宽<15mm、1%<含水<10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种猕猴桃甘薯片,其特征在于:其中又均匀混合有枸杞干片2-30份,此枸杞干片的特征为0.01mm<片厚<1.5mm、片长<20mm、片宽<15mm、1%<含水<10%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种猕猴桃甘薯片,其特征在于:所述各种干片是其干颗粒经碾压制得的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种猕猴桃甘薯片,其特征在于:其中又均匀混合有奶粉2-30份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种猕猴桃甘薯片,其特征在于:其中又均匀混合有熟甘薯粉5-40份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种猕猴桃甘薯片,其特征在于:其中含有添加的1-30份糖。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种猕猴桃甘薯片,其特征在于:其中含有添加的0.2-10份盐。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种猕猴桃甘薯片,其特征在于:其中含有添加的0.1-5份柠檬酸。
