一种鹿肉粉、鹿茸血粉的压片糖果,其特征是采用下述中药配比制作方案:鹿肉粉20份、鹿茸血粉1份、牡蛎粉5份、芡实粉5份、益智仁粉5份、山药粉10份、黄精粉5份、蛹虫草粉10份、苦荞粉10份、甜菊苷0.001份。其制备方法:取上述原料鹿肉粉、鹿茸血粉、牡蛎粉、芡实粉、益智仁粉、山药粉、黄精粉、蛹虫草粉、苦荞粉、甜菊苷,经混合均匀后灭菌,通过压片机制片,每片重量为1克,每瓶100片即为成品。本发明以鹿肉粉和鹿茸血粉为主料,配以其它纯天然药食同源的原料。在保证各种成份药效的情况下,还具有抗疲劳提高免疫力延缓衰老,增强记忆力功能,适口性好,方便食用的特点。

本发明涉及一种养生食品,特别涉及是一种采用鹿肉粉、鹿茸血粉与药食同源中药结合制成的压片糖果。
背景技术
随着我国经济的高速发展,人民生活水平的提高,人们对食品保健功能提出了越来越高的要求。鹿全身都是宝,不仅鹿茸具有良好的保健作用和药用功效,其他如鹿鞭、鹿蹄筋、鹿心血、鹿胎膏等鹿产品都具有很好的保健和药用价值。而采用鹿肉粉、鹿茸血粉与药食同源中药结合,制成养生压片糖果的开发和利用尚处在探索阶段。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种具有能益气血,补虚羸,补肾益精,能显著地提高免疫功能,并有保护血管,降低胆固醇功效的一种鹿肉粉、鹿茸血粉的压片糖果。
一种鹿肉粉、鹿茸血粉的压片糖果,其特征是采用下述中药配比制作方案:鹿肉粉20-25份、鹿茸血粉1-5份、牡蛎粉5-10份、芡实粉5-10份、益智仁粉5-10份、山药粉10-20份、黄精粉5-10份、蛹虫草粉10-20份、苦荞粉10-20份、甜菊苷0.001-0.01份。
其制备方法是:鹿肉经水洗干净后,入锅煮至八分熟,捞出切片,50度风干烘烤至干透,破壁粉碎过80目筛成粉。鹿茸血直接用食品级不锈盘装盘,进70度风干烤箱,烤至干透,粉碎过80目筛成粉。牡蛎45度烘干箱烘干粉碎过80目筛成粉。芡实、益智仁、山药、黄精、蛹虫草、苦荞经淨选后粉碎,过80目筛成粉。取上述原料鹿肉粉20-25份、鹿茸血粉1-5份、牡蛎粉5-10份、芡实粉5-10份、益智仁粉5-10份、山药粉10-20份、黄精粉5-10份、蛹虫草粉10-20份、苦荞粉10-20份、甜菊苷0.001-0.01份,经混合均匀后灭菌,通过压片机制片,每片重量为1克,每瓶100片即为成品。
鹿肉:味甘,性温,归脾,肾经,具有益气助阳、养血祛风的功效,常用于虚劳赢疲,气血不足,体倦乏力或产后缺乳,肾虚阳衰 肾精不足,腰膝酸软畏寒肢冷,阳痿精少等症状。
鹿茸血粉的作用:1、补元气,益精血:鹿茸血粉可以提高基础代谢的功能。可以提高免疫力,对身体衰弱,久病体虚的人群是很适用的。经常腰酸背痛、心悸虚汗和神经衰弱也有很好地疗效。整体说来,起到大补元气,强壮身体的作用。
2、滋阴壮阳,补肾:鹿茸血粉性味温甘,入肾经,起到很好地壮阳的作用。广大男性朋友们多吃鹿茸血粉对身体是非常有好处的。特别是有阳痿早泄的男性,临床上食用鹿茸血能起到辅助治疗的作用。
3、抗衰老,消除疲劳:鹿茸血中含有超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),能有效抑制单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性,减少自由基形成,这样可以起到抗衰老的作用,同时可以抵抗机体氧化程度,从而起到了加强机体工作能力,消除疲劳的作用。
4、治疗风湿及类风湿疾病:鹿茸血为骨肉之精髓,所以可以起到益精血,强筋骨的作用。可以起到一定的治疗风湿及类风湿疾病的作用。同时对伤口愈合也能起到一定的作用。
本发明以鹿肉粉和鹿茸血粉为主料,配以其它纯天然药食同源的原料。严格按照着配方要求添加主辅料制成鹿肉鹿茸血压片糖果。在保证各种成份药效的情况下,还具有抗疲劳提高免疫力延缓衰老,增强记忆力功能,适口性好,方便食用的特点。
