一种注射团状模塑料,由聚酯树脂、乙烯基树脂、PVAC、丁腈橡胶、引发剂、填料等组成,该料贮存时间长、引发快、固化时间短、流动性好、注射工艺性也好,能生产轿车等汽车前大灯反光罩,其生产效率高,成本也适宜。

Description

注射团状模塑料
本发明是涉及一种改进型的热固性注射团状模塑料(国际通称注射BMC),该模塑料用以生产轿车等汽车前大灯反光罩,也可适用于要求A级表面、耐高热变形、高抗冲要求的各类玻璃钢制品,如塑封电机、电熨斗外壳等家用电器及当代办公自动化设备。
模压BMC工艺的应用,在80年代初期国际上已有报导,到了80年代中期又快速掀起注射BMC工艺的应用,用以生产具有A级表面的制品,广泛用于汽车及家电等部门。注射BMC其主要组分有粘接剂、添加剂、引发剂、阻聚剂、增稠剂、颜料糊、填料、玻纤增强材料等。其中各组分的性能对制品A级表面影响很大,特别是添加剂对模塑料的流动性、对制品的低收缩、A级表面低波纹作用很大。这类研究国际上一直在探讨之中。
本发明目的是改进注射BMC配方,使其具有更好的流动性及工艺性,并且也提高制品机械性能,又生产效率高,成本也适宜。
本发明的特征是:

(2)本配方中各组分的选用及机理:
a)选用高活性间苯型聚酯树脂为粘接剂,它具有热变形温度高,其树脂浇注体热变形温度大于120℃,综合性能优越;再与乙烯基树脂及含羧基丁腈橡胶增韧,共同反应形成网络结构,使反光罩表面无裂纹瑕点,并具有较高抗冲击韧性及抗冲击强度。
b)采用了高活性快速交联的引发剂1和中活性的固化引发剂2的混合引发剂,使产品具有贮存时间长、引发快、固化时间短等特性。
c)采用了复合填料及不同粒度的填料混合而成,改善了配合料的流变特性,提高产品表面质量。
d)本配方中把KH-550与MgO配合使用,以控制注射BMC的流动性。
3.本配方的制备工艺:
(1)先把不饱和聚酯树脂、乙烯基树脂、PVAC、含羧基丁腈橡胶、引发剂1、2等液体,按重量份比称量后,倒入搅拌机中,搅拌3分钟。
(2)加入硬酯酸锌、KH-550、MgO,按重量份比称量后加入搅拌机中搅拌3分钟。
(3)再加入按重量份比的无机混合填料及填料浸润剂于搅拌机中搅拌3分钟。
(4)最后加入短切玻纤捏和均匀。
(5)产品密封包装出厂。
(6)用注射工艺使用本配方产品,制作轿车前大灯反光罩。
本发明优点;
1.本注射BMC配方中运用了网络结构,低波纹低收缩组分,提高了产品的抗冲强度及无裂缝,达到“A”级表面质量要求,该模塑料贮存时同长,在30℃以下可贮存35天以上,又引发快、固化时同短,其予塑时间在5-10秒,固化时间为50-90秒。
2.本注射BMC料具有良好的流动性及工艺特性,在注射工艺中,无料沾粘模具及流道,生产效率高,成本也适宜,能满足生产反光罩后道工序的要求,并且制品具有A级表面的综合特性。
实施例:
本注射BMC料,已用于夏利轿车前大灯反光罩,其制品的特性良好,检测数据如下:
收缩率            <0.05%;
表面粗糙度        <0.2μm;
达到A级表面要求;
表面无气泡、裂纹、瑕点等缺陷;
热变形温度       ≥250℃;
无缺口冲击强度   >1.5J/cm2
采用法国标准的老化试验,经过5个循环高低温试验,无异常变化,尺寸稳定,满足轿车前大灯反光罩的光型要求。

Claims (5)

1.一种注射团状模塑料,其特征在于由以下原料配制而成(重量份比):
          不饱和聚酯树脂                        60~80
          乙烯基树脂                            25~50
          PVAC                                 35~50
          含羧基丁腈橡胶                        0.3~0.4
          引发剂1过氧化-乙-乙基已酸特丁酯        0.3~0.4
          引发剂21.1-双(特丁基过氧
                化)-3.3.5-三甲基环已烷          1.0~1.5
          KH-550                               1.8~2.4
          MgO                                  0.4~0.6
          硬酯酸锌                              3.0~4.5
          填料浸润剂BYK-980                     0.8~1.2
          无机混合填料CaCO3瓷土Al(OH)3        190~250
          短切玻纤(1/4″)                       50~70
          颜料糊                                0.4~1.0。

4.根据权利要求1所述的原料配方中无机混合填料是Al(OH)3
5.根据权利要求1、或2、或3、或4中所述的注射团状模塑料,其特征在于是由以下工艺制备而成:
(1)先把不饱和聚酯树脂、乙烯基树脂、PVAC、含羧基丁腈橡胶、引发剂1、2等液体,按重量份比称量后,倒入搅拌机中,搅拌3分钟;
(2)加入硬酯酸锌、KH-550、MgO,按重量份比称量后加入搅拌机中搅拌3分钟;
(3)再加入按重量份比的混合填料及填料浸润剂于搅拌机中搅拌3分钟;
(4)最后加入短切玻纤捏和均匀;
(5)产品密封包装出厂。
