本发明提供一种桃保鲜剂,所述桃保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯5‑6份、原花青素0.6‑0.8份、氯化钾0.1‑0.3份、硬脂酸钠0.23‑0.25份、苹果酸0.2‑0.4份、海藻酸钠0.2‑0.4份、淀粉0.01‑0.03份、酒石酸钠0.02‑0.04份、维生素E 0.008‑0.012份、水200份。本发明的桃保鲜剂制备方法简单、配方合理、成本低廉,使用时操作方便、保鲜效果好,使用后,桃保鲜期长达2个月。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种桃保鲜剂。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对不同地区不同季节生产的水果的需求量逐渐加大。使得人们对难贮存的水果的保鲜贮存和运输提出了越来越高的要求。现有的水果保鲜技术一般是制作保鲜膜,保鲜膜在常温或低温保鲜、长效保鲜、运输保鲜方面确实有一定进展。但也存在一些不足,主要为释放期较短,保鲜作用不均匀,难以保证效果;制法复杂繁锁;制作成本较高,原料来源窄;有些原料组分对人体有危害。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种桃保鲜剂。
本发明提供一种桃保鲜剂,所述桃保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯5-6份、原花青素0.6-0.8份、氯化钾0.1-0.3份、硬脂酸钠0.23-0.25份、苹果酸0.2-0.4份、海藻酸钠0.2-0.4份、淀粉0.01-0.03份、酒石酸钠0.02-0.04份、维生素E0.008-0.012份、水200份。
优选地,所述桃保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯5.5份、原花青素0.7份、氯化钾0.2份、硬脂酸钠0.24份、苹果酸0.3份、海藻酸钠0.3份、淀粉0.02份、酒石酸钠0.03份、维生素E0.01份、水200份。
本发明提供桃保鲜剂的制备方法,是将配方量的蔗糖酯、原花青素、氯化钾、硬脂酸钠、苹果酸、海藻酸钠和水混合,搅拌10-15min,之后升温至50-55℃,加入配方量的淀粉、酒石酸钠、维生素E搅拌5-10min,冷却至室温即可。
本发明提供桃保鲜剂在桃保鲜中的应用。
优选地,所述应用是将桃放入桃保鲜剂中,浸泡30-50s取出即可。
本发明的桃保鲜剂制备方法简单、配方合理、成本低廉,使用时操作方便、保鲜效果好,使用后,桃保鲜期长达2个月。

以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
实施例1
本发明的桃保鲜剂的配方如下:
蔗糖酯5.5g、原花青素0.7g、氯化钾0.2g、硬脂酸钠0.24g、苹果酸0.3g、海藻酸钠0.3g、淀粉0.02g、酒石酸钠0.03g、维生素E0.01g、水200g。
本发明的桃保鲜剂的制备方法为:
将配方量的蔗糖酯、原花青素、氯化钾、硬脂酸钠、苹果酸、海藻酸钠和水混合,搅拌12min,之后升温至52℃,加入配方量的淀粉、酒石酸钠、维生素E搅拌8min,冷却至室温即可。
使用时,将桃放入桃保鲜剂中,浸泡50s取出即可。
实施例2
本发明的桃保鲜剂的配方如下:
蔗糖酯5g、原花青素0.8g、氯化钾0.1g、硬脂酸钠0.23g、苹果酸0.4g、海藻酸钠0.2g、淀粉0.03g、酒石酸钠0.02g、维生素E0.012g、水200g。
本发明的桃保鲜剂的制备方法为:
将配方量的蔗糖酯、原花青素、氯化钾、硬脂酸钠、苹果酸、海藻酸钠和水混合,搅拌10min,之后升温至55℃,加入配方量的淀粉、酒石酸钠、维生素E搅拌10min,冷却至室温即可。
使用时,将桃放入桃保鲜剂中,浸泡40s取出即可。
实施例3
本发明的桃保鲜剂的配方如下:
蔗糖酯6g、原花青素0.6g、氯化钾0.3g、硬脂酸钠0.25g、苹果酸0.2g、海藻酸钠0.4g、淀粉0.01g、酒石酸钠0.04g、维生素E0.008g、水200g。
本发明的桃保鲜剂的制备方法为:
将配方量的蔗糖酯、原花青素、氯化钾、硬脂酸钠、苹果酸、海藻酸钠和水混合,搅拌15min,之后升温至50℃,加入配方量的淀粉、酒石酸钠、维生素E搅拌5min,冷却至室温即可。
使用时,将桃放入桃保鲜剂中,浸泡30s取出即可。

1.一种桃保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述桃保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯5-6份、原花青素0.6-0.8份、氯化钾0.1-0.3份、硬脂酸钠0.23-0.25份、苹果酸0.2-0.4份、海藻酸钠0.2-0.4份、淀粉0.01-0.03份、酒石酸钠0.02-0.04份、维生素E0.008-0.012份、水200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桃保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述桃保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯5.5份、原花青素0.7份、氯化钾0.2份、硬脂酸钠0.24份、苹果酸0.3份、海藻酸钠0.3份、淀粉0.02份、酒石酸钠0.03份、维生素E0.01份、水200份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的桃保鲜剂的制备方法,其特征在于:是将配方量的蔗糖酯、原花青素、氯化钾、硬脂酸钠、苹果酸、海藻酸钠和水混合,搅拌10-15min,之后升温至50-55℃,加入配方量的淀粉、酒石酸钠、维生素E搅拌5-10min,冷却至室温即可。
