本发明公开了一种水果运输保鲜剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:蔗糖酯5‑6份、木质素3‑5份、苹果酸0.2‑0.3份、酒石酸钠1.0‑1.5份、海藻酸钠0.2‑0.4份,茶多酚0.01‑0.5份,氯化钙1.5‑3.5份,焦亚硫酸钠0.1‑0.5份、抗坏血酸钠0.2‑0.5份、抗坏血酸0.3‑0.5份、山梨酸钠0.4‑0.6份、乙醇0.2‑0.3份、白砂糖0.5‑0.6份、水180‑190份。本发明的水果保鲜剂制备方法简单、配方合理、成本低廉、使用时操作方便、效果均匀、保鲜效果好,适用于各种水果的运输保鲜,有效保证水果质量,能延长水果保鲜期5‑6个月。

背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对不同地区不同季节生产的水果的需求量逐渐加大。使得人们对难贮存的水果的保鲜贮存和运输提出了越来越高的要求。现有的水果保鲜技术一般是制作保鲜膜,保鲜膜在常温或低温保鲜、长效保鲜、运输保鲜方面确实有一定进展。但也存在一些不足,主要为释放期较短,保鲜作用不均匀,难以保证效果 ;制法复杂繁锁 ;制作成本较高,原料来源窄 ;有些原料组分对人体有危害。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种水果运输保鲜剂。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种水果运输保鲜剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:蔗糖酯5-6份、木质素3-5份、苹果酸0.2-0.3份、酒石酸钠1.0-1.5份、海藻酸钠0.2-0.4份,茶多酚0.01-0.5份,氯化钙1.5-3.5份,焦亚硫酸钠0.1-0.5份、抗坏血酸钠0.2-0.5份、抗坏血酸0.3-0.5份、山梨酸钠0.4-0.6份、乙醇0.2-0.3份、白砂糖0.5-0.6份、水180-190份。
进一步地,由以下重量份的原料制成:蔗糖酯5份、木质素4份、苹果酸0.25份、酒石酸钠1.25份、海藻酸钠0.3份,茶多酚0.25份,氯化钙2份,焦亚硫酸钠0.3份、抗坏血酸钠0.4份、抗坏血酸0.4份、山梨酸钠0.5份、乙醇0.25份、白砂糖0.55份、水185份。

本发明的水果保鲜剂配方合理、成本低廉、效果均匀、保鲜效果好,适用于各种水果的运输保鲜,有效保证水果质量,能延长水果保鲜期5-6个月。

一种水果运输保鲜剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:蔗糖酯6份、木质素5份、苹果酸0.3份、酒石酸钠1.5份、海藻酸钠0.4份,茶多酚0.5份,氯化钙3.5份,焦亚硫酸钠0.5份、抗坏血酸钠0.5份、抗坏血酸0.5份、山梨酸钠0.6份、乙醇-0.3份、白砂糖0.6份、水190份。

一种水果运输保鲜剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:蔗糖酯5份、木质素4份、苹果酸0.25份、酒石酸钠1.25份、海藻酸钠0.3份,茶多酚0.25份,氯化钙2份,焦亚硫酸钠0.3份、抗坏血酸钠0.4份、抗坏血酸0.4份、山梨酸钠0.5份、乙醇0.25份、白砂糖0.55份、水185份。
