Abstract
本发明提供一种苹果保鲜剂,所述苹果保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯5‑6份、原花青素0.8‑1.2份、醋酸钠0.3‑0.5份、蔗糖0.2‑0.4份、硬脂酸钠0.12‑0.16份、柠檬酸0.2‑0.4份、酒石酸钠0.02‑0.03份、维生素E 0.008‑0.012份、水180‑190份。本发明的苹果保鲜剂制备方法简单、配方合理、成本低廉,使用时操作方便、保鲜效果好,在贮藏期间果实不会发生失水萎蔫、褐变褐皮等问题,外观新鲜度得到很好的保持。使用后,苹果保鲜期长达7个月。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种苹果保鲜剂。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对不同地区不同季节生产的水果的需求量逐渐加大。使得人们对难贮存的水果的保鲜贮存和运输提出了越来越高的要求。现有的水果保鲜技术一般是制作保鲜膜,保鲜膜在常温或低温保鲜、长效保鲜、运输保鲜方面确实有一定进展。但也存在一些不足,主要为释放期较短,保鲜作用不均匀,难以保证效果;制法复杂繁锁;制作成本较高,原料来源窄;有些原料组分对人体有危害。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种苹果保鲜剂。
本发明提供一种苹果保鲜剂,所述苹果保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯5-6份、原花青素0.8-1.2份、醋酸钠0.3-0.5份、蔗糖0.2-0.4份、硬脂酸钠0.12-0.16份、柠檬酸0.2-0.4份、酒石酸钠0.02-0.03份、维生素E 0.008-0.012份、水180-190份。
作为优选,所述苹果保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯5.5份、原花青素1份、醋酸钠0.4份、蔗糖0.3份、硬脂酸钠0.14份、柠檬酸0.3份、酒石酸钠0.02份、维生素E 0.01份、水185份。
本发明还提供苹果保鲜剂的制备方法,是将配方量的蔗糖酯、原花青素、醋酸钠、蔗糖、硬脂酸钠和水混合,搅拌20-25min,之后升温至50-55℃,加入配方量的柠檬酸、酒石酸钠、维生素E搅拌5-10min,冷却至室温即可。
本发明还提供上述苹果保鲜剂在苹果保鲜中的应用。
作为优选,所述应用是将苹果放入苹果保鲜剂中,浸泡40-60s取出即可。
本发明的苹果保鲜剂制备方法简单、配方合理、成本低廉,使用时操作方便、保鲜效果好,在贮藏期间果实不会发生失水萎蔫、褐变褐皮等问题,外观新鲜度得到很好的保持。使用后,苹果保鲜期长达7个月。

以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
实施例

本发明的苹果保鲜剂的配方如下:
蔗糖酯5.5g、原花青素1g、醋酸钠0.4g、蔗糖0.3g、硬脂酸钠0.14g、柠檬酸0.3g、酒石酸钠0.02g、维生素E 0.01g、水185g。
本发明的苹果保鲜剂的制备方法为:
将蔗糖酯5.5g、原花青素1g、醋酸钠0.4g、蔗糖0.3g、硬脂酸钠0.14g和185g水混合,搅拌22min,之后升温至52℃,加入柠檬酸0.3g、酒石酸钠0.02g、维生素E 0.01g搅拌8min,冷却至室温即可。
使用时,将苹果放入苹果保鲜剂中,浸泡50s取出即可。
实施例

本发明的苹果保鲜剂的配方如下:
蔗糖酯5g、原花青素1.2g、醋酸钠0.3g、蔗糖0.2g、硬脂酸钠0.16g、柠檬酸0.4g、酒石酸钠0.03g、维生素E 0.012g、水180g。
本发明的苹果保鲜剂的制备方法为:
将蔗糖酯5g、原花青素1.2g、醋酸钠0.3g、蔗糖0.2g、硬脂酸钠0.16g和180g水混合,搅拌20min,之后升温至55℃,加入柠檬酸0.4g、酒石酸钠0.03g、维生素E 0.012g搅拌10min,冷却至室温即可。
使用时,将苹果放入苹果保鲜剂中,浸泡40s取出即可。
实施例

本发明的苹果保鲜剂的配方如下:
蔗糖酯6g、原花青素0.8g、醋酸钠0.5g、蔗糖0.4g、硬脂酸钠0.12g、柠檬酸0.2g、酒石酸钠0.02g、维生素E 0.008g、水190g。
本发明的苹果保鲜剂的制备方法为:
将蔗糖酯6g、原花青素0.8g、醋酸钠0.5g、蔗糖0.4g、硬脂酸钠0.12g和190g水混合,搅拌25min,之后升温至50℃,加入柠檬酸0.2g、酒石酸钠0.02g、维生素E 0.008g搅拌5min,冷却至室温即可。
使用时,将苹果放入苹果保鲜剂中,浸泡60s取出即可。

1.一种苹果保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述苹果保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯5-6份、原花青素0.8-1.2份、醋酸钠0.3-0.5份、蔗糖0.2-0.4份、硬脂酸钠0.12-0.16份、柠檬酸0.2-0.4份、酒石酸钠0.02-0.03份、维生素E 0.008-0.012份、水180-190份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的苹果保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述苹果保鲜剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:蔗糖酯5.5份、原花青素1份、醋酸钠0.4份、蔗糖0.3份、硬脂酸钠0.14份、柠檬酸0.3份、酒石酸钠0.02份、维生素E 0.01份、水185份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的苹果保鲜剂的制备方法,其特征在于:是将配方量的蔗糖酯、原花青素、醋酸钠、蔗糖、硬脂酸钠和水混合,搅拌20-25min,之后升温至50-55℃,加入配方量的柠檬酸、酒石酸钠、维生素E搅拌5-10min,冷却至室温即可。
4.权利要求1或2所述的苹果保鲜剂在苹果保鲜中的应用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于:所述应用是将苹果放入苹果保鲜剂中,浸泡40-60s取出即可。
