Abstract
本发明公开了一种表面接枝聚苯乙烯微球羽绒的处理方法,这种方法将羽绒进行三步法处理,先利用前处理液对羽绒进行微蚀处理,增加蛋白纤维的反应接触点,在交联改性处理过程中将戊二醛、羧基化聚苯乙烯微球交联接枝到蛋白纤维上,使得纤维表面分布微球,使得羽绒间能长时间保持蓬松,尤其是在多次水洗后仍能快速恢复蓬松的手感,保持保暖效果,再经过后处理液处理后更便于整理包装。本发明工艺与现有技术相比生产工艺简单,纤维的改性效果稳定持久,赋予羽绒更佳的使用效果,增加经济价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及羽绒纤维处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种表面接枝聚苯乙烯微球羽绒的处理方法。
背景技术
羽绒纤维是一种天然动物蛋白质纤维,其轻质膨松,透气透湿,保暖效果极佳,常被用于羽绒服饰及制品。在生产过程中,羽绒原料需要经过一系列的处理后才能作为填充料使用,羽绒毛料要经过清洗、除脂、除臭、消毒、烘干等程序,如果前处理过程处置不当,将会直接影响羽绒的使用效果。
由于羽绒属于动物质类产品,其本身具有易燃、易虫蛀、易滋生微生物、产品附加值低、养护及洗涤要求高等缺点,如果能对羽绒应用一些处理手段,扬长避短,将会极大的拓宽羽绒制品的使用范围。目前报道的对羽绒进行阻燃、抗菌等处理方法,大多直接将羽绒与处理剂混合进行简单的表面处理,这样处理后产品的效果维持时间短,随着洗涤过程性能会逐渐失效。《羽绒纤维经戊二醛接枝二氰二胺处理后的阻燃性能》一文对羽绒纤维进行阻燃接枝改性处理,虽然在一定程度上提高了羽绒的阻燃时效,但是接枝的二氰二胺有一定的毒性,直接接触皮肤有危害,实际应用价值偏低。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种表面接枝聚苯乙烯微球羽绒的处理方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种表面接枝聚苯乙烯微球羽绒的处理方法,所述的处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:先将羽绒进行水洗、除脂、除杂后干燥,随后将羽绒与前处理液按照1:4-5的体积比混合搅拌处理10-15h,处理结束后取出水洗3-5次后备用,其中所述的前处理液是按十二烷基硫酸钠:硫脲:去离子水=0.5:1:80-120的重量比配制而成;
(2)交联改性处理:将步骤(1)得到的羽绒投入浓度为2-5%的戊二醛水溶液中,在55-60℃条件下反应1-1.5h,反应结束后投入羧基化聚苯乙烯微球,搅拌混合均匀后在60-65℃条件下超声反应2-3h,反应结束后过滤,过滤物在70-80℃条件下热处理1-2h后备用;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)的产物投入后处理液中搅拌浸泡1.5-2h后取出,用去离子水清洗3-5次后烘干即得所述羽绒成品,其中所述的后处理液为聚季铵盐-6、乙醇、去离子水按照1-1.5:20-40:100-150的比例配制而成。
所述的步骤(2)中羽绒、戊二醛水溶液的体积比为1:2-3,戊二醛水溶液与羧基化聚苯乙烯微球的重量比为1:0.001-0.002。
本发明先利用前处理液对羽绒进行微蚀处理,增加蛋白纤维的反应接触点,在交联改性处理过程中将戊二醛、羧基化聚苯乙烯微球交联接枝到蛋白纤维上,使得纤维表面分布微球,使得羽绒间能长时间保持蓬松,尤其是在多次水洗后仍能快速恢复蓬松的手感,保持保暖效果,再经过后处理液处理后更便于整理包装。本发明工艺与现有技术相比生产工艺简单,纤维的改性效果稳定持久,赋予羽绒更佳的使用效果,增加经济价值。
具体实施方式
该实施例采用鸭羽绒毛进行处理,处理步骤为:
(1)前处理:先将羽绒进行水洗、除脂、除杂后干燥,随后将羽绒与前处理液按照1:4的体积比混合搅拌处理10h,处理结束后取出水洗3次后备用,其中所述的前处理液是按十二烷基硫酸钠:硫脲:去离子水=0.5:1:80的重量比配制而成;
(2)交联改性处理:将步骤(1)得到的羽绒投入浓度为2%的戊二醛水溶液中,在55℃条件下反应1h,反应结束后投入羧基化聚苯乙烯微球,搅拌混合均匀后在60℃条件下超声反应2h,反应结束后过滤,过滤物在70℃条件下热处理1h后备用;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)的产物投入后处理液中搅拌浸泡1.5h后取出,用去离子水清洗3次后烘干即得所述羽绒成品,其中所述的后处理液为聚季铵盐、乙醇、去离子水按照1:20:100的比例配制而成。
其中步骤(2)中羽绒、戊二醛水溶液的体积比为1:2,戊二醛水溶液与羧基化聚苯乙烯微球的重量比为1:0.001。
处理后的鸭羽绒毛样品蓬松,手感良好,无异味,透湿量为10500WVT(g/m2.d);透气率为280.0mm/s,水洗200次后仍具有良好的蓬松度。
Claims (2)
1.一种表面接枝聚苯乙烯微球羽绒的处理方法,其特征在于,所述的处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:先将羽绒进行水洗、除脂、除杂后干燥,随后将羽绒与前处理液按照1:4-5的体积比混合搅拌处理10-15h,处理结束后取出水洗3-5次后备用,其中所述的前处理液是按十二烷基硫酸钠:硫脲:去离子水=0.5:1:80-120的重量比配制而成;
(2)交联改性处理:将步骤(1)得到的羽绒投入浓度为2-5%的戊二醛水溶液中,在55-60℃条件下反应1-1.5h,反应结束后投入羧基化聚苯乙烯微球,搅拌混合均匀后在60-65℃条件下超声反应2-3h,反应结束后过滤,过滤物在70-80℃条件下热处理1-2h后备用;
(3)后处理:将步骤(2)的产物投入后处理液中搅拌浸泡1.5-2h后取出,用去离子水清洗3-5次后烘干即得所述羽绒成品,其中所述的后处理液为聚季铵盐-6、乙醇、去离子水按照1-1.5:20-40:100-150的比例配制而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种表面接枝聚苯乙烯微球羽绒的处理方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(2)中羽绒、戊二醛水溶液的体积比为1:2-3,戊二醛水溶液与羧基化聚苯乙烯微球的重量比为1:0.001-0.002。
