本发明涉及壁纸,具体地,涉及无缝油性发泡壁纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
壁纸现有室内装饰中十分常见的材料,主要是通过胶黏和拼接的方式设置于墙壁上,虽然现有的壁纸的质量较为优异,但是仍存在有不足之处:较易变色、不耐擦洗、易吸潮和霉变。由于上述的缺陷,极大地限制了装饰在装饰中的推广,为了壁纸行业带来了极大的行业障碍。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无缝油性发泡壁纸及其制备方法,通过该方法制得的壁纸具有抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种无缝油性发泡壁纸的制备方法,包括:
1)将聚丙烯酸与颜料剂混合,接着印刷于基层的表面并干燥形成印刷层;
2)将油性发泡树脂、增塑剂、碳酸钙、钛白粉、发泡剂、流平剂、降粘剂和稳定剂混合并发泡,然后转移至所述印刷层的表面进行固化、干燥以形成工艺层;
其中,所述基层为无纺布基层、布质基层或者纸质基层,所述油性发泡树脂为聚氯乙烯。
本发明还提供了一种无缝油性发泡壁纸,该无缝油性发泡壁纸通过上述的方法制备而成。

本发明提供了一种无缝油性发泡壁纸的制备方法,包括:
1)将聚丙烯酸与颜料剂混合,接着印刷于基层的表面并干燥形成印刷层;
2)将油性发泡树脂、增塑剂、碳酸钙、钛白粉、发泡剂、流平剂、降粘剂和稳定剂混合并发泡,然后转移至所述印刷层的表面进行固化、干燥以形成工艺层;

实施例2
1)将聚丙烯酸(重均分子量为500)与颜料剂按照90:10重量比在15℃下混合5min,接着印刷于基层(厚度为20丝,宽度为2m,布质基层)的表面并于120℃下干燥0.5min形成印刷层(厚度为1丝);
2)将油性发泡树脂(重均分子量为4000,聚氯乙烯)、增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯)、发泡剂(1-氯苯甲酰-2-对甲基苯磺酰肼)、流平剂(脲醛树脂)、降粘剂(型号HD-60的降粘剂)和稳定剂(环氧大豆油)按照100:90:9:20:10:0.5:0.8:0.5的重量比于15℃下混合0.5h,并于170℃下发泡0.5h,然后转移至印刷层的表面且于120℃下固化5min、120℃下干燥5min形成工艺层(厚度为25丝)以制得壁纸A2。
实施例3
1)将聚丙烯酸(重均分子量为1500)与颜料剂按照95:5重量比在35℃下混合30min,接着印刷于基层(厚度为30丝,宽度为3.5m,纸质基层)的表面并于200℃下干燥2min形成印刷层(厚度为5丝);
2)将油性发泡树脂(重均分子量为7000,聚氯乙烯)、增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸二环己酯)、发泡剂(1-氯苯甲酰-2-苯磺酰肼)、流平剂(三聚氰胺甲醛树脂)、降粘剂(型号PN160的降粘剂)和稳定剂(甘露醇)按照100:110:11:30:15:1:1.2:1的重量比于35℃下混合1h,并于200℃下发泡1h,然后转移至印刷层的表面且于150℃下固化10min、180℃下干燥10min形成工艺层(厚度为45丝)以制得壁纸A3。
实施例4
按照实施例1的方法进行制得壁纸A4,所不同的是在工艺层上植入40丝的刺绣层。
检测例1
1、耐擦洗检测:将上述麻布对上述壁纸进行摩擦10000次,然后观察壁纸是否变色。结果为壁纸A1-A4均未褪色。
2、抗变色检测:将上述壁纸置于100W的紫外灯下照射30天,然后观察壁纸是否变色。结果为壁纸A1-A4均未变色。
3、抗霉变检测:将上述壁纸置于空气湿度为60%的条件下30天,然后通过显微镜观察壁纸是否产生霉变。结果为壁纸A1-A4均未发生霉变。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。

Claims (10)

1.一种无缝油性发泡壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
1)将聚丙烯酸与颜料剂混合,接着印刷于基层的表面并干燥形成印刷层;
2)将油性发泡树脂、增塑剂、碳酸钙、钛白粉、发泡剂、流平剂、降粘剂和稳定剂混合并发泡,然后转移至所述印刷层的表面进行固化、干燥以形成工艺层;
其中,所述基层为布质基层或者纸质基层,所述油性发泡树脂为聚氯乙烯;所述增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、邻苯二甲酸二苄酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和邻苯二甲酸二环己酯中的一种或者多种;
所述发泡剂选自1-苯甲酰-2-对甲基苯磺酰肼、1-对甲基苯甲酰-2-苯磺酰肼、1-氯苯甲酰-2-对甲基苯磺酰肼和1-氯苯甲酰-2-苯磺酰肼中的一种或者多种;
所述流平剂选自硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、脲醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中的一种或多种;
所述降粘剂选自型号D80的降粘剂、型号HD-60的降粘剂、型号PN160的降粘剂中的一种或多种;
所述稳定剂选自亚磷酸甲酯、亚磷酸乙酯、环氧大豆油、季戊四醇、木糖醇和甘露醇中的一种或多种;
在步骤1)中,所述混合至少满足以下条件:混合温度为15-35℃,混合时间为5-30min;
所述干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为120-200℃,干燥时间为0.5-2min;
在步骤2)中,所述混合至少满足以下条件:混合温度为15-35℃,混合时间为0.5-1h;
所述发泡至少满足以下条件:发泡温度为170-200℃,发泡时间为0.5-1h;
所述固化至少满足以下条件:固化温度为120-150℃,固化时间为5-10min;
所述干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为120-180℃,干燥时间为5-10min;
所述聚丙烯酸的重均分子量为500-1500,所述油性发泡树脂的重均分子量为4000-7000。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,在步骤1)中,以所述印刷层的总重量为基准,所述聚丙烯酸的含量为90-95重量%,所述颜料剂的含量为5-10重量%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其中,在步骤1)中,所述基层的厚度为20-30丝,所述印刷层的厚度为1-5丝。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的制备方法,其中,在步骤2)中,相对于100重量份的所述油性发泡树脂,所述增塑剂的用量为90-110重量份,所述碳酸钙的用量为9-11重量份,所述钛白粉的用量为20-30重量份,所述发泡剂的用量为10-15重量份,所述流平剂用量为0.5-1重量份,所述降粘剂的用量为0.8-1.2重量份,所述稳定剂用量为0.5-1重量份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其中,在步骤2)中,所述工艺层的厚度为25-45丝。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其中,所述制备方法还包括:在步骤2)之后,在所述工艺层植入装饰层,所述装饰层选自刺绣层、压花层和织绒层中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其中,所述制备方法还包括:在步骤2)之后,在所述工艺层植入装饰层,所述装饰层选自刺绣层、压花层和织绒层中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其中,所述装饰层的厚度为20-50丝。
9.一种无缝油性发泡壁纸,其特征在于,所述无缝油性发泡壁纸通过权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的方法制备而成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的无缝油性发泡壁纸,其中,所述无缝油性发泡壁纸的宽度为2-3.5m。
