Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种将涂料施加至柔性幅状(web-shaped)基材上的方法,所述方法获得干燥状态的发泡层。还描述了可以泡沫体形式施加的含水涂层剂。
背景技术
发泡涂布壁纸很常见。在一种制备方法中,在载体基材上生成PVC层,然后采用起泡剂使该涂层发泡。因此,在层形成之后开始发泡。JP56028933描述了一种包含偶氮二甲酰胺作为发泡剂的PVC糊状物。在施加后并且还热着的时候,可以由这种组合物得到发泡层。
NL7215102描述了一种多层基材,其包含凝胶层以及丙烯酸酯/PVC层作为外层。施加由作为聚合物的交联羟甲基丙烯酰胺/PVC混合物和颜料形成的基底层作为发泡层。
已知的还有适用于隔火的涂料,其中包含不可燃的并且加热时发泡的颜料。JP2006131779描述了一种由支持体和施加的层状泡沫体构成的壁纸。所述层由含有以下组分的含水EVA分散体制成:20%的EVA,0.5%的添加剂和33%的AlOH3,以及作为颜料的5%的TiO2。
EP079723描述了以发泡形式施加的层,所述层由乳胶分散体形成。描述了SBR聚合物和天然乳胶作为乳胶。使这些分散体发泡,产生凝胶,随后将其施加。将选出的基材用于所述方法。由天然原料形成的乳胶聚合物也含有表现为致敏性物质的低分子量组分。因此,当加工这种粘合剂时必须采取额外的防护,在随后使用这种粘合剂时也一样。不再描述这种乳胶的组成。
已知基于丙烯酸酯聚合物的壁纸用涂料。在这种情况下,经常使用中空微球来得到具有空穴的结构。被施加并且包含在层中的其它组合物与可发泡中空球一起使用,然后通过加热使所述层膨胀发泡。
在层随后发泡时,难以总是建立相同的发泡程度。因此得到不均匀的层厚度。当采用PVC聚合物时产生其它的问题。首先,这些含氯的聚合物在环境方面受到批评;其次,在发泡之后,这些经涂布的表面经常需要在高温下压印。其结果是仅可以获得不牢固的压印结果。包含微球的组合物的缺点是,在已发泡的层中获得足够的体积区域所需要的成本相当大。重颜料或非常轻的颜料存在的另一个问题是,这些涂层剂在施加之前、在不发生相分离的情况下可储存的程度。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,提供一种可以泡沫体形式作为含水涂层剂施加的涂层剂,其中在干燥之后,被施加的涂层持续呈现泡沫体结构。另一个目的是提供一种涂布柔性幅状基材的方法,其中将含水发泡涂层剂施加至所述基材上,并在保持泡沫体结构的情况下使涂层干燥和交联。需要避免可能在制备和使用过程中会引起健康问题的那些聚合物。
通过在幅状基材上制备发泡涂层的方法实现本发明,其中采用涂层剂全部或部分地涂布所述基材,在高于70℃的温度下将施加的涂层干燥,其中以泡沫体的形式施加所述涂层剂,采用包含选自聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、顺丁烯二酸酯(maleinate)聚合物或乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯聚合物的聚合物的含水涂层剂,并且通过引入惰性气体来使所述涂层剂发泡。
本发明的另一个主题是以不含有含氯聚合物的含水分散体形式提供的涂层剂,其中采用气体例如二氧化碳、氮气或空气可以使所述涂层剂发泡,并且可以将所述涂层剂在保持泡沫体结构的情况下干燥。
具体实施方式
在本发明的方法中,将涂层剂以泡沫体的形式连续施加至平坦的柔性基材上,然后以泡沫体的形式固化。例如,可用于粘结至其它物体上的已知幅状基材可以用作基材。它们例如可以是壁纸或其它适合用作壁纸的基材。特别地,它们可以是由各种材料形成的柔性轻薄的并且通常可卷起的基材。纸、无纺基材、或者膜或箔是特别适合的。基材可以具有一层或多层。这些基材用作随后被涂布的幅状物(web)的载体,并且赋予被涂布物体以在制备和(例如作为壁纸)使用过程中必要的机械稳定性。湿气可渗透的基材是特别合适的。这可以包括例如,由亲水性聚合物形成的纤维(例如聚酯纤维),或由天然原料(例如纤维素)形成的那些。这种基于无纺物或纸的单层或多层基材是已知的。
合适用于所述方法的涂层剂是含水的。这些含水涂层剂是含有水作为主要溶剂的分散体、乳状液或溶液,其中下文中术语“分散体”意欲包括所有不同形式。这些含水涂层剂包含聚合物、乳化剂和/或表面活性剂、颜料、填料、和/或染料,以及任选存在的另外的添加剂作为固体。也可以包含小部分的有机溶剂。聚合物可以是非反应性的,但也可以包括交联体系。
聚合物意欲不包含含卤素组分(例如PVC)作为聚合物。基于聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、顺丁烯二酸共聚物(例如顺丁烯二酸酯油)、聚丁二烯油、聚乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(例如EVA)的聚合物是合适的。它们可以是均聚物、共聚物或不同聚合物的混合物。
根据本发明适合的聚合物的一个例子是烯键式不饱和单体的(共)聚合产物。在本发明中特别适合的是,各自独立的可通过不饱和单体的自由基聚合得到的水不溶性(共)聚合物,例如均聚物或共聚物形式的乙烯基酯聚合物,聚丙烯酸酯或聚甲基丙烯酸酯,或与包含双键的其它可聚合单体的共聚物。
聚丙烯酸酯的例子是作为至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体的共聚结果出现的那些。可以选择极性或非极性单体;单体也可包含其它官能团。也可以添加其它可共聚的单体。可以通过对单体的选择来影响分子量、玻璃化转变温度、交联度、疏水性或溶解度。
合适的单体是(甲基)丙烯酸酯,例如:具有1-40个碳原子的直链醇、支化醇或脂环族醇的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯,如(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸正丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸硬脂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸月桂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸环己酯;(甲基)丙烯酸芳基酯,如(甲基)丙烯酸苄酯或(甲基)丙烯酸苯酯;具有5-80个碳原子的醚、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇或它们的混合物的单(甲基)丙烯酸酯,如甲基丙烯酸糠酯、甲基丙烯酸2-丁氧基乙酯、聚(乙二醇)甲基醚(甲基)丙烯酸酯以及聚(丙二醇)甲基醚(甲基)丙烯酸酯。也可以包括羟基官能化的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,例如具有2-36个碳原子的直链二醇、支化二醇或脂环族二醇的(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯,如(甲基)丙烯酸3-羟丙酯、单(甲基)丙烯酸3,4-二羟丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸4-羟丁酯。
除了上述(甲基)丙烯酸酯之外,待聚合的组合物还可以包含可与上述(甲基)丙烯酸酯共聚的其它不饱和单体。这些单体中尤其包括:丙烯腈;乙烯基酯,例如乙酸乙烯酯;苯乙烯;取代的苯乙烯,例如α-甲基苯乙烯、乙烯基甲苯和对甲基苯乙烯;杂环化合物,例如2-乙烯基吡啶、3-乙烯基吡啶、乙烯基氧杂戊环(vinyloxolane)、乙烯基呋喃;顺丁烯二酸衍生物,例如顺丁烯二酸酐、马来酰亚胺、甲基马来酰亚胺;以及二烯,例如二乙烯基苯;烯烃,例如乙烯、丁二烯、氯丁二烯和异戊二烯以及不具有其它官能度的类似烯烃,1-烯烃如1-己烯,支化烯烃如乙烯基环己烷,衣康酸,巴豆酸,顺丁烯二酸,富马酸,或它们的半酯,(甲基)丙烯酸,丙烯酰胺,甲基丙烯酰胺,环氧基丙烯酸酯,或具有其它官能团的那些。
聚乙烯基酯是另一组适合的粘合剂。例如,它们可以以分散体或乳状液形式直接制备。根据本发明,包含的单体主要是乙烯基酯,以及任选存在的一部分具有可转化为阴离子基团的官能团(例如羧基)的可聚合单体、一部分非极性可共聚单体例如芳香族单体或不饱和羧酸酯、或一部分具有极性基团的单体。
共聚物由各种可共聚单体形成。包含的组分特别是乙烯醇与C2-C8单羧酸的酯,例如乙酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯、正丁酸乙烯酯。
这种聚合物还可以另外包含含有酸基团作为其它官能团的可共聚单体。这些酸基团可以是无机酸基团例如磺酸基、磷酸基或膦酸基,或优选羧酸基。这些单体有助于在水中分散。
顺丁烯二酸酯聚合物是另一类适合的聚合物。它们是干性油与烯键式不饱和羧酸的反应产物,其中烯键式不饱和羧酸特别是二羧酸(例如富马酸、顺丁烯二酸)以及它们的酸酐。所用的油优选是干性油和半干性油,例如亚麻籽油、妥尔油、油菜籽油、向日葵油和棉籽油。选择不饱和羧酸从而在通常条件下,在加入引发剂之后和/或加热之后,不饱和羧酸以高收率自由基接枝到所述油上。特别适合的化合物是顺丁烯二酸、四氢邻苯二甲酸、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸,以及顺式甲基丁烯二酸、中康酸和衣康酸,其中上述酸采用酸的形式或它们的酸酐的形式。
接枝到前述不饱和酸的脂肪酸或脂肪酸混合物同样是适合的聚合物。合适的脂肪酸在其分子中包含至少一个烯键式双键;例如,可以使用油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸、蓖麻油酸和反油酸,以及这些酸的相应的工业混合物。
聚二烯油也是合适的。它们是本领域技术人员熟悉的可商购的通常产品。也可以使用具有各种摩尔质量或不同构型的这种聚丁二烯油的混合物,例如包括聚戊二烯油。
聚合物可以是非反应性的,但是也可以使用随后交联(例如通过氧化交联)的聚合物。各种聚合物,例如聚丙烯酸酯、顺丁烯二酸酯油、聚丁二烯油、乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,原则上是可以各种形式商购获得的。可以基于分子量、交联基团、极性、疏水性能或可分散性对它们进行选择。
基于涂层剂,聚合物的量为15-60重量%。除了聚合物和水之外,涂层剂还可以包含另外的添加剂。基于聚合物的量,其量可以为不超过100%。添加剂包括,例如,稳定剂、抗氧化剂、光稳定剂、润湿剂、pH调节剂、增塑剂、颜料、填料、染料和催化剂等。为了满足特殊需要,也可以添加助剂,例如气味化合物或杀生物剂。
根据本发明的涂层剂优选包含至少一种表面活性物质。这些物质可以理解为影响表面张力的物质,例如泡沫体稳定剂、表面活性剂或润湿剂。这类物质通常包含亲水性基团和疏水性基团。可以在制备聚合物分散体的过程中已经添加了一部分表面活性物质,或者可以将它们仅添加到涂层剂中。表面活性物质用于控制泡沫体,改善润湿性,并且稳定那些本身不是水溶性的单体、聚合物或添加剂部分,以及任选存在的本身不是水溶性的颜料或填料部分。可以包含阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂或它们的混合物。
适合的阴离子表面活性剂的例子是烷基硫酸酯盐,烷基醚硫酸酯盐和烷芳基醚硫酸酯盐,例如烷基酚醚硫酸酯盐;磺酸酯盐,特别是脂肪醇磺酸酯盐、烷基磺酸酯盐、烷芳基磺酸酯盐;磺基琥珀酸的酯和半酯,其任选可以经过乙氧基化;羧酸的碱金属盐和铵盐,例如脂肪酸的碱金属盐和铵盐;磷酸偏酯、及其碱金属盐和铵盐。
两性表面活性剂的例子是:长链取代的氨基酸,例如N-烷基二(氨基乙基)甘氨酸或N-烷基-2-氨基丙酸盐;甜菜碱,例如N-(3-酰氨基丙基)-N,N-二甲基铵盐或烷基咪唑鎓甜菜碱。
非离子表面活性剂的例子是:烷基、烷芳基、脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚;嵌段共聚物,脂肪醇,和环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷(EO/PO)的烷基酚加合物,优选具有约8-约50个EO/PO单元的那些;烷基胺、脂肪酸和树脂酸的加成产物,含有具有8-约24个碳原子的线性的或支化的、饱和的或不饱和的烷基残基和低聚糖苷残基的烷基多糖苷;天然物质及其衍生物,例如卵磷脂、羊毛脂或肌氨酸;特别是含有具有不超过10个碳原子的烷氧基和不超过约30个EO或PO基团的那些。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,涂层剂包含至少一种表面活性物质。基于分散体的总量,根据本发明的涂层剂可以包含量为例如0.01-约5.0重量%、例如0.1-2.5重量%的阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂。
在一个优选实施方案中,涂层剂不含消泡剂。消泡剂可以理解为破坏泡沫的稳定性并由此破坏泡沫体形成的物质。当加入到含水分散体中时,消泡剂通常会降低表面张力。这种物质基于含有机硅的化合物或氟基化合物或者基于液体烃类和/或粘性烃类。这些物质类型对于本领域技术人员是已知的并且可以消泡剂商购获得。根据本发明,这些涂层剂优选不含这种物质。
作为防腐剂,以0.1-2重量%的量添加苯甲酸盐、氟化物(例如氟化钠)、氨化物物质和羟基苯甲酸酯是有利的。作为另外的添加剂,根据本发明的粘合剂分散体可以包含不超过2重量%、优选0.1-1重量%的光稳定剂。所谓的HALS化合物特别适合作为UV稳定剂。
增塑剂是根据本发明的涂层剂的另一种组分。优选采用这些增塑剂来调节粘度和柔韧性,并且其浓度通常为0-20重量%、优选不超过10重量%、特别是小于2重量%。适合的增塑剂是,例如,药用石蜡油、环烷基矿物油、聚丙烯低聚物、聚丁烯低聚物、聚异戊二烯低聚物、氢化聚异戊二烯和/或聚丁二烯低聚物、苯甲酸酯、苯二甲酸酯、己二酸酯、植物油或动物油、以及它们的衍生物。氢化增塑剂选自,例如,石蜡烃油。聚丙二醇和聚丁二醇以及聚亚甲基二醇也是合适的。酯也可以用作增塑剂,例如液体聚酯和甘油酯,或基于芳香族二羧酸酯的增塑剂。优选不包含有机溶剂。
也可以包含一部分颜料和/或填料,例如以颜料糊(color paste)形式包含它们。所述组分的量小于30重量%,优选5-20重量%。另一实施方案仅包含小于5重量%的所述填料和颜料。“颜料”和“填料”应理解为无机粉末状物质。它们例如是,铝、硅、锆、钛、锌、铁、锰或碱金属或碱土金属的氧化物、磷酸盐、硫酸盐或碳酸盐。它们的实例是碳酸钙、二氧化钛、氧化锌、铁氧化物、锰氧化物、氧化铝、硫酸钡、二氧化硅。层状颜料或薄片状金属效果的颜料也是合适的,例如氧化铝、硅酸铝、硅酸镁、和混合硅酸盐;石墨、金属颜料、被涂布的云母。它们是商购可得的。它们可以单独使用或混合使用,或者它们与一部分有机染料一起使用。这些组分可以将干燥层着色;它们可以产生视觉效果,或者它们也可以影响含水涂层剂的粘度和触变性能。如果不使用颜料,也可以产生透明涂料。
也可以任选包含树脂。它们可以是天然树脂或合成树脂。也可以使用包含OH基团的树脂。
根据本发明的涂层剂意欲为可通过引入惰性气体发泡的。因此,特别地,所述涂层剂基本上不含发泡的(expanded)或可发泡的(expandable)中空微球,也优选不包含产生气体的泡沫体形成剂,例如形成氮气的偶氮化合物或异氰酸酯。同样地,仅包含少量的挥发性有机溶剂;特别地,涂层剂意欲基本上不含在不超过100℃的温度下蒸发的有机溶剂。
可以使用本身已知的方法由各组分制备涂层剂。通常以含水分散体的形式制备聚合物。然后可以将其它组分分散在该分散体中。关于颜料和填料,必须确保良好的分散,从而使得涂层剂是储存稳定的。涂层剂优选具有30-70重量%的固含量(DIN53189,105℃),其中所述固含量得自各组分的总和。挥发性组分特别地为水。可以通过加入中和剂调节pH。pH可以是,例如,pH5-9。
涂层剂的密度为约1.0-1.7g/cm3(通过比重瓶测定密度)。所述密度也取决于颜料的种类和用量。根据本发明适合的涂层剂意欲具有500-10,000mPas、优选1000-8000的粘度,其中所述粘度是在约25℃测量的(Brookfield,EN ISO2555,在合适的温度下测量)。
由合适的含水涂层剂制备泡沫体。这可以使用能够使液体组合物发泡的已知设备来进行。在本发明中,将气体——特别是氮气、空气或CO2——引入本发明的含水涂层剂中。气体的量、气体在液体中的分布、以及液体的循环可以影响泡沫体的形成。泡沫体是稳定的,即,即使在离开发泡设备之后,泡沫体仍然保持稳定并且仅损失少量的体积。因此,适合的气体开始作为发泡剂分散在液体中。这可以通过使用混合单元、通过注射、或者也可以通过溶解在液体中然后减压来进行。制备泡沫体的设备和方法是已知的。
对于泡沫体有益的是,将涂层剂的密度减小至小于初始值的约80%、优选减小至小于65%。特别地,泡沫体的密度可以小于0.80g/cm3,特别是小于0.6g/cm3,特别优选小于0.5g/cm3。泡沫体的泡沫非常小,以致于肉眼看上去,泡沫体基本上是一个表面。特别地,泡沫体的泡沫直径小于1mm,特别是小于0.5mm,特别优选小于0.2mm。
涂层剂的组成可以影响泡沫体的性质和用量。乳化剂的用量和选择可以影响泡沫体的尺寸。而且,将气体引入液体中的发泡方法本身可以影响泡沫体的性质。例如,可以将发泡剂与气体的比例调节为0.8:0.2至0.2:0.8。特别地,泡沫的量、尺寸和分布因而会相应地受影响。优选较小的泡沫,以及泡沫在泡沫体中均匀分布。
加工期间泡沫体是稳定的。个别泡沫可能会破裂,同时会伴有密度和泡沫体结构的个别改变,但是在整个加工期间泡沫体作为整体保持稳定。根据本发明,即使在干燥时,泡沫体也必需保持其结构。
对于本发明的方法,以平坦的幅状物的形式提供基材。以连续方法向该幅状物上施加泡沫体。可以采用辊(roll)、辊筒(roller)、喷嘴、帘幕(screen),或通过柔版印刷(flexo printing),或使用所谓的喷枪进行施加。必须注意施加方法应该能够连续平坦地向基材上施加泡沫体。在施加之后立即对泡沫体层进行修平。由此可确保在基材上形成具有均一厚度的均匀泡沫体层。
随后立即使用干燥箱进一步加工涂布有含水泡沫体的基材。在干燥箱对经涂布的基材进行加热。通过加热可以从基材和涂层中除去水。此外,也可以除去对于制备本发明的涂层组合物而言可能任选必需的其它挥发性组分。通过采用热空气对流的加热,或通过使用IR辐照器进行辐射,可以进行该干燥。用来除去产生的湿气的空气再循环加速干燥过程。干燥步骤中的温度优选70-220℃。选择这样的温度范围从而可以实现快速干燥。另一方面,必须确保干燥温度不会热破坏涂层组成或基材。因此优选干燥温度为80-180℃。如果选择了较高的温度,那么停留时间变短。干燥时间可以为1秒至60秒,特别是2-30秒。如果选择了低温,那么经涂布的基材在干燥箱中的停留时间可以较长。通过本发明的方法获得设置有泡沫体层的干燥柔性基材。
可以各种方式进一步加工该基材。一方面,可以卷起并储存该基材。在另一种加工方式中,将基材送去进一步加工。对表面可以刻印,可以进行压印操作,可以进行另外的涂布步骤,这些操作均可以单独进行或组合进行。然后将经涂布的基材包装,即:切割成适合的长度,然后变成可储存的形式,例如通过卷起来,或通过将片状基材堆叠。在本发明的程序之后,在冷却至低于100℃的温度之后,可以对干燥涂层进行压印操作,例如进行所谓的冷压印。然后所述层变得干燥并且不粘,可以进行进一步加工。
本发明的另一主题是根据本发明的方法制备的物品。这是指,例如,提供有泡沫体层的幅状柔性基材。基材优选由无纺材料——例如纤维素纤维或其它有机纤维——形成。其它基材也可以,例如纸幅或幅状塑料膜。基材的厚度优选为0.1-约2mm。在该基材上由以泡沫体形式施加的含水涂层剂形成涂层。向该载体基材上施加发泡的弹性固体涂层。该涂层的厚度优选为0.1至3mm。干燥涂层的密度,例如,小于0.80g/cm3。涂层是干燥的并且不粘,并且形成稳定的柔性泡沫体。可以在不破坏泡沫体层的情况下卷起相应的基材。
泡沫体仅由干燥的或发泡的涂层剂形成。不需要并且优选在涂层中不存在包含气体的或产生气体的发泡颜料(微球)。
根据本发明的方法制备的基材包含柔性载体材料。在该载体材料一侧设置有均匀的泡沫体成型层。在一个优选实施方案中,基材由纸或基于包含纤维素的纤维材料的无纺材料形成。通过采用气体(特别是空气)作为发泡剂,降低了制备方法的总成本。不需要向涂层中添加昂贵的发泡填料。
本发明的另一个主题是根据本发明的方法制备的基材作为壁纸的用途。本发明的方法特别适合制备壁纸涂层。在一个实施方案中,可以将基材、涂层和/或涂层表面着色或刻印。特别适合地,将涂层全部或部分地压印;特别地,可以进行冷压印。
本发明的另一个优点在于,通过对含水涂层剂进行的选择,或者通过用于向涂层剂中引入气体的设备,可以影响泡沫体的类型。因此,用户可以在基材上施加具有不同结构的泡沫体或具有不同厚度的泡沫体层。采用含水涂层剂确保了可以快速良好地进行干燥。在加工操作的过程中不会释放对健康有害的物质。经涂布的产品也同样不含有已知对健康或环境有害的物质。
根据本发明制备的基材包含可以在另外的步骤中快速多样地进一步加工的层。由于避免了包含气体的颜料,可以特别容易地进行压印。减小了在压印工具上的机械应力。
此外,由于对粘合剂的选择,根据本发明的经涂布的基材对进一步着色的涂料显示出良好的接受能力或粘合性。可以有效地施加印刷油墨,并且得到粘附的印刷图像。
实施例
制备以下物质的混合物:
将颜料研磨,并均质化于分散相中。将pH调节至约7。
粘度约3500mPas,25℃(EN ISO2555,Brookfield粘度计)。
密度为约1.45g/cm3。
将得到的混合物在泡沫体生成器中使用空气作为气体进行加工,从而获得泡沫体;涂层剂与空气的比例=55:45。
采用刮刀在一张纸(10x10cm)上由该泡沫体得到2mm厚的层。
在循环空气烘箱中于130℃将得到的层干燥30秒。
得到具有干燥层的纸基材;层厚度为约1.8mm。表面不粘并且柔软,而且可以压印。
Claims (12)
1.在幅状基材上制备发泡涂层的方法,其中采用涂层剂全部或部分地涂布所述基材,在高于70℃的温度下将施加的涂层干燥,其中以泡沫体的形式施加所述涂层剂,采用包含选自聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、顺丁烯二酸酯聚合物或乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯聚合物的聚合物的含水涂层剂,并且通过引入惰性气体来使所述涂层剂发泡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中通过向所述涂层剂中引入空气、氮气、CO2或它们的混合物作为气体,来形成所述泡沫体。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的方法,其中通过进行发泡,使所述涂层剂的密度减小至小于初始值的80%,特别地,所述密度小于0.80g/cm3。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的方法,其中在干燥之后,所述涂层的层厚度为0.1-3mm。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的方法,其中在高于80℃的温度下,通过红外辐照器和/或采用热空气进行干燥,干燥时间小于1分钟。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述的方法,其中在干燥之后,对所述涂层进行刻印和/或压印,特别是进行冷压印。
7.根据权利要求1-6所述的方法,其中所述基材由选自聚酯纤维和/或天然纤维的亲水性聚合物构成,特别是由纤维素或木质素构成。
8.用于根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法中的含水涂层剂,其包含选自聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、顺丁烯二酸酯聚合物、或乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯聚合物的至少一种聚合物,颜料和/或填料,以及另外的添加剂,其中包含至少一种表面活性物质,并且通过向所述涂层剂中引入空气、氮气、二氧化碳或它们的混合物作为气体,所述涂层剂可发泡。
9.根据权利要求8所述的含水涂层剂,其中所述涂层剂不含消泡物质,特别是不含有含有机硅的消泡剂、氟基消泡剂或烃基消泡剂。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的含水涂层剂,其中所述涂层剂的固体含量为30-70重量%,并且其粘度为500-10,000mPas。
11.根据权利要求8-10所述的含水涂层剂,其中所述涂层剂不含发泡的或可发泡的中空微球,并且不含产生气体的泡沫体形成剂。
12.根据权利要求8-11所述的含水涂层剂,其中所述涂层剂以气体发泡的形式存在,并且其密度小于初始密度的80%。
