Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer geschäumten Beschichtung auf einem bahnförmigen Substrat, wobei das Substrat ganz oder teilweise mit einem Beschichtungsmittel beschichtet wird, die aufgetragene Schicht bei einer Temperatur oberhalb von 70 °C getrocknet wird und das Beschichtungsmittel als Schaum aufgetragen wird, wobei ein wässriges Beschichtungsmittel enthaltend Polymere ausgewählt aus Poly(meth)acrylaten, Maleinatpolymeren oder Ethylenvinylacetatpolymeren eingesetzt wird, und das Beschichtungsmittel durch ein zugeführtes inertes Gas geschäumt wird.
