Abstract

本发明公开了一种无缝硬质壁纸及其制备方法,该制备方法包括:1)将聚丙烯酸与颜料剂混合,接着印刷于基层的表面并干燥形成印刷层;2)2)将硬质树脂、碳酸钙、钛白粉、水、增稠剂和流平剂混合并发泡,然后转移至所述印刷层的表面进行固化、干燥以形成工艺层;其中,所述基层为无纺布基层、布质基层或者纸质基层,所述硬质树脂选自聚丙烯酸和/或环氧树脂。通过该方法制得的壁纸具有抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性。

Description

无缝硬质壁纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及壁纸,具体地,涉及无缝硬质壁纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
壁纸现有室内装饰中十分常见的材料,主要是通过胶黏和拼接的方式设置于墙壁上,虽然现有的壁纸的质量较为优异,但是仍存在有不足之处:较易变色、不耐擦洗、易吸潮和霉变。由于上述的缺陷,极大地限制了装饰在装饰中的推广,为了壁纸行业带来了极大的行业障碍。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无缝硬质壁纸及其制备方法,通过该方法制得的壁纸具有抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种无缝硬质壁纸的制备方法,包括:
1)将聚丙烯酸与颜料剂混合,接着印刷于基层的表面并干燥形成印刷层;
2)将硬质树脂、碳酸钙、钛白粉、水、增稠剂和流平剂混合并发泡,然后转移至所述印刷层的表面进行固化、干燥以形成工艺层;
其中,所述基层为无纺布基层、布质基层或者纸质基层,所述硬质树脂选自聚丙烯酸和/或环氧树脂。
本发明还提供了一种无缝硬质壁纸,该无缝硬质壁纸通过上述的方法制备而成。
通过上述技术方案,本发明提供的无缝硬质壁纸包括基层、印刷层和工艺层,通过各层之间的协同作用使得制得的壁纸具有优异的抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性。
本发明的其他特征和优点将在随后的具体实施方式部分予以详细说明。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
本发明提供了一种无缝硬质壁纸的制备方法,包括:
1)将聚丙烯酸与颜料剂混合,接着印刷于基层的表面并干燥形成印刷层;
2)将硬质树脂、碳酸钙、钛白粉、水、增稠剂和流平剂混合并发泡,然后转移至所述印刷层的表面进行固化、干燥以形成工艺层;
其中,所述基层为无纺布基层、布质基层或者纸质基层,所述硬质树脂选自聚丙烯酸和/或环氧树脂。
在本发明的步骤1)中,印刷层中的原料的用量可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得制得的壁纸具有更优异的抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性;优选地,以印刷层的总重量为基准,聚丙烯酸的含量为90-95重量%,颜料剂的含量为5-10重量%。
在本发明的步骤1)中,聚丙烯酸的重均分子量可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得制得的壁纸具有更优异的抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性;优选地,聚丙烯酸的重均分子量为500-1500。
在本发明的步骤1)中,混合和干燥条件可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得制得的壁纸具有更优异的抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性;优选地,在步骤1)中,混合至少满足以下条件:混合温度为15-35℃,混合时间为5-30min;干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为120-200℃,干燥时间为0.5-2min。
在本发明的步骤1)中,基层和印刷层的厚度可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得制得的壁纸具有更优异的抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性;优选地,基层的厚度为20-30丝,印刷层的厚度为1-5丝。
在本发明的步骤2)中,工艺层的原料的用量可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得制得的壁纸具有更优异的抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性;优选地,相对于100重量份的所述硬质树脂,所述碳酸钙的用量为10-20重量份,所述钛白粉的用量为25-35重量份,所述水的用量为8-12重量份,所述增稠剂的用量为2.5-3.5重量份,所述流平剂的用量为2.5-3.5重量份;
在本发明的步骤2)中,硬质树脂的重均分子量可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得制得的壁纸具有更优异的抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性;优选地,硬质树脂的重均分子量为7000-10000。
在本发明的步骤2)中,增稠剂和流平剂的种类可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得制得的壁纸具有更优异的抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性;优选地,增稠剂选自甲基纤维素、淀粉、明胶、聚乙烯醇、聚氧化乙烯中的一种或多种;流平剂选自硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、脲醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中的一种或多种。
在本发明的步骤2)中,混合、发泡、固化和干燥的种类可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得制得的壁纸具有更优异的抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性;优选地,混合至少满足以下条件:混合温度为15-35℃,混合时间为0.5-1h;发泡至少满足以下条件:发泡温度为170-190℃,发泡时间为0.5-1h;固化至少满足以下条件:固化温度为120-150℃,固化时间为5-10min;干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为120-180℃,干燥时间为5-10min。
在本发明的步骤2)中,工艺层的厚度可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得制得的壁纸具有更优异的抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性;优选地,工艺层的厚度为25-45丝。
为了进一步提高该壁纸的美观性能,优选地,该制备方法还包括:在步骤2)之后,在工艺层植入装饰层,装饰层选自刺绣层、压花层和织绒层中的一种或多种。
在上述实施方式中,装饰层的厚度可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得制得的壁纸具有更优异的抗变色、耐擦洗、防潮和防霉变的特性;优选地,装饰层的厚度为20-50丝。
本发明还提供了一种无缝硬质壁纸,该无缝硬质壁纸通过上述的方法制备而成。
在本发明提供的无缝硬质壁纸中,壁纸的宽度可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了实现壁纸的无缝设置;优选地,无缝硬质壁纸的宽度为2-3.5m。
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
1)将聚丙烯酸(重均分子量为1000)与颜料剂按照92:8重量比在25℃下混合15min,接着印刷于基层(厚度为25丝,宽度为3m,无纺布基层)的表面并于170℃下干燥1min形成印刷层(厚度为3丝);
2)将硬质树脂(重均分子量为8000,聚丙烯酸)、碳酸钙、钛白粉、水、增稠剂(甲基纤维素)和流平剂(硅油)按照100:15:30:10:3:3的重量比于25℃下混合0.8h,并于180℃下发泡0.8h,然后转移至印刷层的表面且于130℃下固化8min、160℃下干燥8min形成工艺层(厚度为35丝)以制得壁纸A1。
实施例2
1)将聚丙烯酸(重均分子量为500)与颜料剂按照90:10重量比在15℃下混合5min,接着印刷于基层(厚度为20丝,宽度为2m,布质基层)的表面并于120℃下干燥0.5min形成印刷层(厚度为1丝);
2)将硬质树脂(重均分子量为7000,环氧树脂)、碳酸钙、钛白粉、水、增稠剂(明胶)和流平剂(硅脲醛树脂)按照100:10:25:8:2.5:2.5的重量比于15℃下混合0.5h,并于170℃下发泡0.5h,然后转移至印刷层的表面且于120℃下固化5min、120℃下干燥5min形成工艺层(厚度为25丝)以制得壁纸A2。
实施例3
1)将聚丙烯酸(重均分子量为1500)与颜料剂按照95:5重量比在35℃下混合30min,接着印刷于基层(厚度为30丝,宽度为3.5m,纸质基层)的表面并于200℃下干燥2min形成印刷层(厚度为5丝);
2)将硬质树脂(重均分子量为10000,聚丙烯酸)、碳酸钙、钛白粉、水、增稠剂(聚氧化乙烯)和流平剂(三聚氰胺甲醛树脂)按照100:20:35:12:3.5:3.5的重量比于35℃下混合1h,并于190℃下发泡1h,然后转移至印刷层的表面且于150℃下固化10min、180℃下干燥10min形成工艺层(厚度为45丝)以制得壁纸A3。
实施例4
按照实施例1的方法进行制得壁纸A4,所不同的是在工艺层上植入30丝的刺绣层。
检测例1
1、耐擦洗检测:将上述麻布对上述壁纸进行摩擦10000次,然后观察壁纸是否变色。结果为壁纸A1-A4均未褪色。
2、抗变色检测:将上述壁纸置于100W的紫外灯下照射30天,然后观察壁纸是否变色。结果为壁纸A1-A4均未变色。
3、抗霉变检测:将上述壁纸置于空气湿度为60%的条件下30天,然后通过显微镜观察壁纸是否产生霉变。结果为壁纸A1-A4均未发生霉变。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。

Claims (9)

1.一种无缝硬质壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
1)将聚丙烯酸与颜料剂混合,接着印刷于基层的表面并干燥形成印刷层;
2)将硬质树脂、碳酸钙、钛白粉、水、增稠剂和流平剂混合并发泡,然后转移至所述印刷层的表面进行固化、干燥以形成工艺层;
其中,所述基层为布质基层或者纸质基层,所述硬质树脂选自聚丙烯酸和/或环氧树脂;在步骤1)中,以所述印刷层的总重量为基准,所述聚丙烯酸的含量为90-95重量%,所述颜料剂的含量为5-10重量%;在步骤1)中,所述混合至少满足以下条件:混合温度为15-35℃,混合时间为5-30min;所述干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为120-200℃,干燥时间为0.5-2min;所述聚丙烯酸的重均分子量为500-1500;所述硬质树脂的重均分子量为7000-10000;
在步骤2)中,相对于100重量份的所述硬质树脂,所述碳酸钙的用量为10-20重量份,所述钛白粉的用量为25-35重量份,所述水的用量为8-12重量份,所述增稠剂的用量为2.5-3.5重量份,所述流平剂的用量为2.5-3.5重量份;在步骤2)中,所述混合至少满足以下条件:混合温度为15-35℃,混合时间为0.5-1h;所述发泡至少满足以下条件:发泡温度为170-190℃,发泡时间为0.5-1h;所述固化至少满足以下条件:固化温度为120-150℃,固化时间为5-10min;所述干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为120-180℃,干燥时间为5-10min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,在步骤1)中,所述基层的厚度为20-30丝,所述印刷层的厚度为1-5丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述增稠剂选自甲基纤维素、淀粉、明胶、聚乙烯醇、聚氧化乙烯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述流平剂选自硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、脲醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的制备方法,其中,在步骤2)中,所述工艺层的厚度为25-45丝。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其中,所述制备方法还包括:在步骤2)之后,在所述工艺层植入装饰层,所述装饰层选自刺绣层、压花层和织绒层中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其中,所述装饰层的厚度为20-50丝。
8.一种无缝硬质壁纸,其特征在于,所述无缝硬质壁纸通过权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的方法制备而成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的无缝硬质壁纸,其中,所述无缝硬质壁纸的宽度为2-3.5m。
