Abstract
本发明公开了一种婴幼儿营养液,它由亚麻籽油、麦芽提取物、益生元、维生素和矿物质等多种营养物质组成。本发明所提供的营养液营养全面,配方科学,能很好地补充婴幼儿的营养。该营养液具有抗氧化作用,能够促进婴幼儿的生长发育特别是智力发育,提高婴幼儿机体对疾病的抵抗力和免疫力。同时,该营养液还能调节肠道内平衡,促进维生素B1、B2、B6、B12及叶酸的自然形成,以及微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用。

技术领域
本发明属于营养保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种婴幼儿营养液。
背景技术
婴幼儿阶段是人一生中生长最快的阶段,如果营养不良不仅会造成婴幼儿体重减轻、身材矮小,而且影响其智力发展;而营养过剩也会导致肥胖等多种疾患。因此在该阶段适当、全面地补充各种营养是十分必要的。由于成人对婴幼儿的营养补充过于关注和焦虑,但又缺乏科学的知识,所以在营养方式上出现了许多误区,从而影响了婴幼儿的生长发育。
婴幼儿对营养素的需要量与成人存在很大差异,婴幼儿愈小相对体重而言的营养素需要量就愈高。同时由于婴幼儿体内营养素的储备量相对较小,适应能力也差,一旦不能及时合理地摄入某些营养素或者消化功能紊乱,短时间内就可明显影响婴幼儿的生长发育。因此,针对婴幼儿时期的膳食结构和生理特点,在强调均衡饮食、改变不良饮食习惯的同时,对各种营养素进行有针对性的科学合理的补充是十分必要的。
目前,市场上虽然有许多用于婴幼儿补充的维生素、矿物质类的药品和保健品,如维C片,补钙、补锌口服液等,这些药品和保健品虽可以补充婴幼儿体内维生素、矿物质缺乏症,但由于它们成分单一,也并没有针对婴幼儿生长发育所需各种营养素的实际情况,所以并不能满足婴幼儿阶段对多种维生素和矿物质的需求。因而难以达到理想的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种适合于婴幼儿的营养液,其含有亚麻籽油、麦芽提取物、益生元及维生素和矿物质等多种营养元素,有助于促进婴幼儿智力发育和提高免疫力,更好地补充婴幼儿在生长发育阶段所需的各种营养物质。
本发明的另一个目的是提供了上述营养液的制备方法。

本发明所提供的制备方法是:按配比称取维生素E、亚麻籽油、麦芽提取物、果葡糖浆、黄原胶、葡萄糖酸钙、乳酸钙、乳酸亚铁、乳酸锌、蔗糖酯,加入少量的70-80℃纯化水,搅拌至完全溶解,均质脱气至溶液澄清且上层无油状物;再按配比称取维生素D、维生素B1、叶酸、维生素C、维生素B2、泛酸钙、维生素B6、维生素B12、β-胡萝卜素、烟酰胺、低聚果糖、白砂糖、甜橙粉,待上述溶液降至50℃后加入,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入1%CMC溶液,加纯化水至100mL,继续搅拌,均质脱气后即得。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所提供的营养液营养全面,配方科学,含有婴幼儿生长发育期间所需的各种维生素、矿物质以及益生元,能很好地补充营养。该营养液具有抗氧化作用,能够促进婴幼儿的生长发育特别是智力发育,提高婴幼儿机体对疾病的抵抗力和免疫力。同时,该营养液还能调节肠道内平衡,促进维生素B1、B2、B6、B12及叶酸的自然形成,以及微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用。各成分相互配伍,起到互相促进,互相补充、相辅相成的作用,从而更好地发挥功效,长期服用无不良反应或副作用。
本发明具有麦芽香和水果香,口味好,婴幼儿容易接受;溶液澄清、质量稳定性好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
婴幼儿营养液100mL,是由以下原料组成的,各原料的重量配比为:
所述麦芽提取物,它是按以下方法制备的:取麦芽,除杂质后粉碎,用α-淀粉酶进行酶解,加酶量为30U/g,酶解过程保持在40-50℃,水添加量为30%(按麦芽的重量),保持PH值为5左右,酶解时间为25-30h,酶解完成后,加入麦芽重量10倍的乙醇溶液,乙醇溶液的重量浓度为60%,提取8h,过滤,滤液进行真空浓缩、干燥粉碎后即得。
下面介绍一下主要成分:
亚麻籽油:含有50%以上的欧米伽3脂肪酸母体物质α-亚麻酸,其脂肪酸组成中的欧米伽3、6、9是最合理的配比,α-亚麻酸是维系人类脑进化的生命核心物质,以甘油酯的形式存在于深绿色植物中,是构成人体组织细胞的重要成分,它维系人体进化,保持身体健康的人体必需脂肪酸。在体内参与磷脂的合成、代谢、转化为人体必需的生命活性因子DHA和EPA;而DHA是大脑形成和智商开发的必需物质,对视觉、大脑活动、脂肪代谢、胎儿生长及免疫功能都有极大影响。
麦芽提取物:富含麦芽糖、果糖、葡萄糖、小分子蛋白肽、多种维生素和微量元素等,具有抗氧化功能,可改善肠胃功能,健胃健脾,消除疲劳,振奋精神,提高婴幼儿免疫力。同时,因其具有麦芽香味,可改善食品口味。
低聚果糖:是肠内双歧杆菌的活化增殖因子,可减少和抑制肠内腐败物质的产生,抑制有害细菌的生长,调节肠道内平衡;能促进微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用,以防止骨质疏松症。
β-胡萝卜素:可作为获得维生素A的途径,能帮助维持人眼睛的正常视力,维持皮肤的正常生长分化,维持呼吸系统和消化系统的正常抵抗力,还影响着婴幼儿的生长发育状况。轻度的维生素A缺乏就会引起抵抗力下降,婴幼儿容易患上麻疹、肺炎、气管炎、腹泻等疾病,严重的甚至会失明。
维生素B1:可以调节神经、肌肉系统的兴奋和传导,是维持大脑正常生理功能的基础原料。乳母严重缺乏维生素B1,可使婴儿出现瘫软无力等神经系统疾病,重者可发生心力衰竭。
维生素B2:能帮助人体获得能量,也能维持身体组织的正常更新。如果缺乏维生素B2,可能发生嘴角疼、舌头疼、嘴唇疼、眼白发红、怕光流泪等症状,还会影响面部皮肤的清爽。
叶酸:是与体内各种反应有关的成分,能与约20种酶共同促成DNA的合成及细胞分化,所以对细胞分化正盛的婴幼儿的发育有着积极的作用;是制造红血球不可缺少的物质,有助于预防婴幼儿贫血;能防治食物中毒和各种肠道寄生虫;能预防婴幼儿口腔黏膜溃疡;有助于蛋白质的基础代谢,对于身体细胞的分裂也是不可或缺的;对婴幼儿的神经细胞与脑细胞发育有促进作用,维持脑的正常运作,并能提高婴幼儿的智力。如果缺乏叶酸可导致红血球的异常,未成熟细胞的增加、贫血以及白血球减少。
所述婴幼儿营养液的制备工艺是:
按上述配方量称取维生素E、亚麻籽油、麦芽提取物、果葡糖浆、黄原胶、葡萄糖酸钙、乳酸钙、乳酸亚铁、乳酸锌、蔗糖酯,加入少量的70-80℃纯化水,加热搅拌至原料完全溶解,均质脱气至溶液澄清且上层无油状物;按配方量称取维生素D、维生素B1、叶酸、维生素C、维生素B2、泛酸钙、维生素B6、维生素B12、β-胡萝卜素、烟酰胺、低聚果糖、白砂糖、甜橙粉,待上述溶液降至50℃后加入,搅拌使原料溶解,再加入配方量的1%(重量浓度)CMC水溶液,加纯化水至100mL,继续搅拌均质脱气使混合均匀,即得婴幼儿营养液。
