背景技术
婴幼儿在前哺乳期(0-6个月)内以母乳哺育为主,基本上可以满足身体发育的需要。 然而6月龄以上儿童成长发育旺盛,除必要的基础营养物质如糖类、蛋白外,还需要供以 大量的微量营养素,这些微量营养素是体内激素、酶的重要组成部分或催化剂,与儿童智 力形成、身体发育等密切相关。由于人体不能自身合成微量营养素,必须从外界获取。当各种因素使微量营养素的摄入长期不足时,就会产生各种缺乏症状,例如,幼儿食物中缺乏锌元素会导致其智力发育障碍,蛋白质缺乏会导致组织发育生长缺陷,缺乏钙元素会导致骨骼生长减缓等。
工业化国家已经有几十年的使用强化辅食历史和经验,验证了其减少幼儿贫血、促进 婴幼儿身体发育生长及其有效性。提供有自主知识产权的适合我国婴幼儿使用的营养包对 于改善我国婴幼儿营养情况,促进全民体质提高有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明人在前期文献及实际应用研究基础上开发出了能够为年龄在6个月-60个月婴 幼儿特制的补充该年龄段婴幼儿生长发育所必须的蛋白质、维生素、生物素以及微量元素 的辅食营养强化营养包。
一方面,本申请提供了一种适用于特定年龄婴幼儿的营养包,其包含能量组份、维生 素组份和微量元素组份,
本申请的营养包优选符合GB22570标准。
进一步地,所述营养包适用于6个月-60个月岁的婴幼儿。
进一步地,其中能量组分包括蛋白质、脂肪、亚油酸、碳水化合物和膳食纤维。
进一步地,其中蛋白质为大豆蛋白和/或乳蛋白;脂肪为大豆磷脂;碳水化合物为葡 萄糖和/或果糖。

本申请中,维生素可以简写为“V”,例如维生素B12可以简写为VB12,维生素E可 以简写为VE等。
本申请中的各成分不局限于具体厂家或产地的产品,符合食品、保健品、药品标准的 成分均可选用。
本发明的营养包可以按照单次用量提供单独包装,也可以将多份用量包装在一起,使 用时根据需要取用。
本发明的优势在于:
营养包中包含并强化了婴幼儿生长发育阶段所必须的主要成分。其组成分为能量组、 维生素组和微量元素组三部分。能量组包括蛋白质、脂肪、脂肪酸、碳水化合物、膳食纤维等,其中蛋白质主要包括大豆蛋白以及全乳蛋白、脂肪主要包括卵磷脂、亚油酸等;碳 水化合物主要包括葡萄糖和果糖等。维生素组主要包括常见维生素如维生素A、维生素B (VB1、VB2、VB6、VB12)、维生素C、维生素D、VE、生物素、烟酸、泛酸和叶酸等。微量元 素组主要包括钙、铁、镁、锌等,其中微量元素钙的来源为磷酸钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、 葡萄糖酸钙,微量元素镁的来源为硫酸镁、碳酸镁、磷酸镁、草酸镁,微量元素锌的来源 为磷酸锌、硫酸锌、甘氨酸锌、氧化锌、硫化锌,微量元素铁的来源为磷酸亚铁、葡萄酸 亚铁、硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、焦磷酸亚铁等。
本发明的营养包中多组营养素间具有协同作用。例如,锌可以促进钙的吸收,也可以 促进维生素A的吸收,维生素D又可以促进钙的吸收,钙也有利于维生素VB12的吸收,铁也促进β-胡萝卜素转化为维生素A等,且多种维生素的协同作用可促进铁的吸收。此类协同作用可以保证婴幼儿对该营养包各类营养物质的吸收利用,保证婴幼儿健康成长。
本发明的营养包用于预防和改善6-60个月龄婴幼儿贫血和缺锌带来的症状且效果显 著,具有统计学意义。
本发明的营养包对于6-60个月龄婴幼儿身体生长发育以及智力发育均有显著促进作 用。
处方中维生素C可促进铁的吸收,但其他维生素对婴幼儿吸收铁的效果也具有明显影 响:尤其多种维生素的协同作用对改善婴幼儿的贫血症效果显著。
具体实施方式
实施例一
本发明基于2014年版《GB22570婴幼儿营养包国家标准》和实际应用经验,确定组成 范围如下表:
各成分均采用市售食品级原料。
实验方法:
随机抽取西北地区800名6月-12个月龄婴幼儿为研究对象,实验组400人,由专门医生指导其家长进行喂养,同时配合服用本发明的营养包在19~24、25~36、48~60月龄分别进行总发育商(包括身长、体重、胸围等)、佝偻病筛查,检测相应时段的血红蛋白及 血锌浓度,并分析与对照组在各项指标上的差异。
1、对于36月龄儿童,血红蛋白平均含量t=8.74(ρ<0.01)、血锌含量t=19.69 (ρ<0.01),均高于对照组;贫血检出率χ2=16.43(ρ<0.05)、缺锌检出率χ2=37.26 (ρ<0.05),均低于对照组。
2、总发育商:营养包干预组、对照组儿童满60个月时总发育商分别为97.2、93.8,有显著差别(ρ<0.0001)
3、对于儿童生长Z评分的效用比较:24月龄时婴幼儿身长Z评分的变化值显著优于对照组,平均身长要多增加1.3cm(ρ<0.05)。
实施例二

实验方法:
随机抽取华北地区300名6月-12个月龄婴幼儿为研究对象,实验组150人,由专门医生指导其家长进行喂养,同时配合服用本发明的营养包在19~24、25~36、48~60月龄分别进行总发育商(包括身长、体重、胸围等)、佝偻病筛查,检测相应时段的血红蛋白及 血锌浓度,并分析与对照组在各项指标上的差异。
1、对于36月龄儿童,血红蛋白平均含量t=7.66(ρ<0.05)、血锌含量t=17.12 (ρ<0.05),均高于对照组;贫血检出率χ2=19.12(ρ<0.05)、缺锌检出率χ2=39.69 (ρ<0.05),均低于对照组。
2、总发育商:营养包干预组、对照组儿童满60个月时总发育商分别为95.4、93.1,有显著差别(ρ<0.005)
3、对于儿童生长Z评分的效用比较:24月龄时婴幼儿身长Z评分的变化值显著优于对照组,平均身长要多增加0.6cm(ρ<0.05)。

随机抽取华北地区300名6月-12个月龄婴幼儿为研究对象,实验组150人,由专门医生指导其家长进行喂养,同时配合服用本发明的营养包在19~24、25~36、48~60月龄分别进行总发育商(包括身长、体重、胸围等)、佝偻病筛查,检测相应时段的血红蛋白及 血锌浓度,并分析与对照组在各项指标上的差异。
1、对于36月龄儿童,血红蛋白平均含量t=7.66(ρ<0.05)、血锌含量t=17.12 (ρ<0.05),均高于对照组;贫血检出率χ2=19.12(ρ<0.05)、缺锌检出率χ2=39.69 (ρ<0.05),均低于对照组。
2、总发育商:营养包干预组、对照组儿童满60个月时总发育商分别为95.4、93.1,有显著差别(ρ<0.005)
3、对于儿童生长Z评分的效用比较:24月龄时婴幼儿身长Z评分的变化值显著优于对照组,平均身长要多增加1.1cm(ρ<0.05)。
实施例四:
本发明基于2014年版《GB22570婴幼儿营养包国家标准》,研究了不同组分维生素的 处方对改善婴幼儿贫铁症的效果,结果表明含有9种维生素的处方效果最好。
实验方法:
随机抽取华北地区300名6月-12个月龄婴幼儿为研究对象,实验组各100人,由专门医生指导其家长进行喂养,同时配合服用本发明的不同组分营养包,经为期6个月的考察,明确了血浆铁蛋白、血红蛋白、血浆视黄醇以及血浆维生素E等指标变化的情况。具 体结果如下。

*VDH组:处方中含有9种维生素;
VDL组:处方中含有维生素C;
对照组:母乳+日常膳食
以上试验结果表明,两个干预组的血红蛋白和指标均有明显改善。
Claims (12)
1.一种适用于特定年龄婴幼儿的营养包,其特征在于,包含能量组份、维生素组份和微量元素组份,优选符合GB22570标准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养包,所述营养包适用于6个月—60个月岁的婴幼儿。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的营养包,其中能量组分包括蛋白质、脂肪、亚油酸、碳水化合物和膳食纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的营养包,其中蛋白质为大豆蛋白和/或乳蛋白;脂肪为大豆磷脂;碳水化合物为葡萄糖和/或果糖。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的营养包,其中维生素组分包括维生素A、维生素D、维生素K1、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C以及生物素、烟酸、泛酸和叶酸。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的营养包,其中微量元素组分包括钙、镁、锌、铁元素。
7.根据权利要求6所述的营养包,其中钙可以选自磷酸钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、葡萄糖酸钙中的一种或多种,镁可以选自硫酸镁、碳酸镁、磷酸镁、草酸镁中的一种或多种,锌元素可以选自磷酸锌、硫酸锌、甘氨酸锌、氧化锌、硫化锌中的一种或多种,铁元素可以选自磷酸亚铁、葡萄酸亚铁、硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、焦磷酸亚铁中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的营养包,所述营养包为适应婴幼儿进食的形式,优选为冲剂。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的营养包,所述营养包内容物含量为8-12克,优选为10克。
11.根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的营养包,所述营养包在婴幼儿作为母乳外营养补充剂喂食。
12.根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的营养包在制备改善婴幼儿贫血状况、缺锌状况和/或生长发育的制品中的应用。
