《中国补品》载:山羊奶,功效主滋阴养胃,降火解毒,补肾益精,润肠通便,治干呕反胃,神疲乏力,慢性肾炎,大便干燥秘结,可用于肺结核,急慢性胃炎,食道癌等病症,可治疗口腔炎,某些接触性皮炎等等。
目前,市场上的食用汤料多以调味料为主,只能起到增加或者改善汤类的味道,多数汤料中加入牛油等油类食品,在食用过程中增加油腻感,并且市场上清口味的汤料较少,不能满足市场需求,更少有配以中药增加食补效果的奶味汤料。所以,市场上非常需要一种具有清热凉血功效,并且容易保存,有益人体,增加奶味口感度的奶味汤料。

本发明的目的是提供一种具有清热凉血的功效,并且容易保存,能长时间保存汤料口感与鲜味一种银柴胡清热凉血奶味清口汤料。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种银柴胡清热凉血奶味清口汤料,其特征在于:它是由下列重量份数的主原料制成:银柴胡20-40份、大驳骨10-25份、金果榄5-20份、冬笋5-18份、贝母花5-10份、东风桔5-12份、野菱5-10份、南藤10-15份、羊奶粉10-25份、木薯淀粉5-20份、增味粉1-5份。
所述主原料优选的重量份数是:银柴胡30份、大驳骨18份、金果榄10份、冬笋8份、贝母花7份、东风桔9份、野菱7份、南藤11份、羊奶粉20份、木薯淀粉15份、增味粉3份。
包含如下工序:
A、将上述主要原料中银柴胡、大驳骨、金果榄、冬笋、贝母花、东风桔、野菱、南藤经过精细挑选后,进行清洗,烘干10-30分钟,分别粉碎成粉末,将粉末中的杂质除杂后,分别获取固态粉末状原料,按照上述重量配比混合后,放入水中蒸煮30-60分钟,水与混合物配比为5:1;将蒸煮后的药液过滤得到提取液,将提取液进行浓缩至药物纯度达到90%以上,得到浓缩液;
B、将上述浓缩液中加入配方中重量配比的木薯淀粉,混合后喷雾干燥,制成粉末;
C、将上述粉末中加入上述重量配比的羊奶粉和增味粉,混合均匀,除菌抽真空塑封包装。
