Abstract

本发明涉及电子设备,特别是涉及动力电池、服务器、网络设备等高功率电子设备产生的热量的排散。一种多通道组合水冷板,包括板体、水室和防水挡板。板体由最少两根管道组成,管道一般是单孔的圆管。将管道根据流道的形状逐个折弯,然后并排组合成板体。板体可以安装在基板上,基板是平板或者带有管道槽的平板。水室由水室底板和水室盖板组成,在水室上安装有水管接头。防水挡板安装在水室和电子设备之间,管道穿过防水挡板。该方案的优点是,流道分布灵活,加工简单,板体轻薄,焊接面小,可靠性高,安全性高,流道组合灵活,散热均衡效果好,流量流阻可调,散热效率高。

一种多通道组合水冷板
技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备,特别是涉及动力电池、服务器、网络设备等高功率电子设备产生的热量的排散。
背景技术
水冷散热技术作为一种高效的散热方案在电子设备中的应用越来越广泛,水冷板作为水冷散热系统的重要组成部分,属于水冷散热系统的关键和核心部件,水冷板的设计制作水平决定了一个散热系统的散热效率和可靠性等关键技术指标。
申请人在申请201320136068.3中提出的一种基于多孔扁管的水冷板,使用多孔扁管型材作为基板,在多孔扁管的管壁上开孔作为进出水口并焊接水管接头。基于多孔扁管的水冷板加工简单,焊接面小,板体轻薄且水道大,缺点是水冷板的宽度受限于多孔扁管型材的宽度。如果能将多孔扁管水平折弯,就能使基于多孔扁管的水冷板的宽度成倍的增加,突破多孔扁管型材的限制,而且这种水冷板相比较申请人在申请201410053542.5中提出的基于多孔扁管的复合水冷板,具有焊缝更少的优点。但是将多孔扁管水平折弯并不是一件容易的事情,多孔扁管越宽,折弯半径越小,折弯的内外弧长的差别越大,越容易突破材料的拉伸和压缩的极限。
发明内容
为了得到具有上述优良特性的水冷板,本发明提出一种多通道组合水冷板,使用多根管道逐个折弯后并排组成水冷板,类似于基于多孔扁管的水冷板水平折弯后形状。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种多通道组合水冷板,包括板体、水室和防水挡板。板体由最少两根管道组成,管道是圆管、方管或者扁管,是单孔或者多孔,一般是单孔的圆管。将管道根据流道的形状逐个折弯,然后并排组合成板体。板体可以安装在基板上,基板是平板或者带有管道槽的平板。板体根据需要做整平处理。水室由水室底板和水室盖板组成,在水室底板或者水室盖板上安装有水管接头。防水挡板安装在水室和板体之间,管道穿过防水挡板。流道的一种连接方式是,使用水室挡板将水室分隔成若干个小水室,管道的两端穿过水室底板将各小水室以及水管接头连通形成流道。流道的另一种连接方式是,使用多个水室,管道的两端穿过水室底板将各水室以及水管接头连通形成流道。
本发明的有益效果是,该水冷板将管道根据流道的形状逐个折弯,然后并排组合成板体,其优点是流道分布灵活,加工简单,板体轻薄;焊缝集中在水室部分,其优点是焊接面小,可靠性高;水冷板与电子设备接触的部分没有焊缝,且使用防水挡板将水室与板体隔离,能阻挡泄露的冷却水流向电子设备,其优点是安全性高;管道将水室或者小水室连通形成流道,其优点是流道组合灵活,散热均衡效果好,流量流阻可调,散热效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1,2,3所示:一种多通道组合水冷板,包括板体1、水室2和防水挡板3。板体1由最少两根管道4组成,管道4是单孔的圆管。将管道4根据流道的形状逐个折弯,然后并排组合成板体1。板体1做整平处理。水室2由水室底板5和水室盖板6组成,在水室盖板6上安装有水管接头9。防水挡板3安装在水室2和板体1之间,管道4穿过防水挡板3。流道的连接方式是,使用水室挡板7将水室2分隔成若干个小水室8,管道4的两端穿过水室底板5将各小水室8以及水管接头9连通形成流道。

Claims (6)

1.一种多通道组合水冷板,其特征是:包括板体、水室和防水挡板,所述板体由最少两根管道组成,所述管道根据流道的形状逐个折弯,然后并排组合成板体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水冷板,其特征是:所述防水挡板安装在所述水室和板体之间,所述管道穿过所述防水挡板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水冷板,其特征是:所述水室由水室底板和水室盖板组成,所述水室上安装有水管接头;流道的连接方式是,使用水室挡板将所述水室分隔成若干个小水室,所述管道的两端穿过所述水室底板将所述各小水室以及水管接头连通形成流道。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水冷板,其特征是:所述水室由水室底板和水室盖板组成,所述水室上安装有水管接头;流道的连接方式是,使用多个所述水室,所述管道的两端穿过所述水室底板将所述各水室以及水管接头连通形成流道。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水冷板,其特征是:所述板体安装在基板上,所述基板是平板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水冷板,其特征是:所述板体安装在基板上,所述基板是带有管道槽的平板。
