本发明涉及一种中药养生制剂，尤其涉及一种强肾养胃、通筋活络、延缓衰老的中药养生制剂及其制备方法。
技术背景
随着现在都市人的快节奏生活，工作加班熬夜、以及精神压力等没能得到很好的休息，自身免疫力下降，各种易发性疾病随时威胁着我们的身体健康。亚健康出现的主要原因是人体自身免疫功能低下，精神活力和适应能力的下降，非常容易引起心身疾病。中医理论认为，气为血师，血为气母，气行则血行，气滞则血淤，气和血是人体活动的源泉，血液的运行依靠气的推动，气血不足，血液运行受阻，就会出现供血不足，造成心、脑、肾、肝、四肢等部位的病变，出现一些慢性疾病，所以，对于慢性病需要从益气养血、活血化瘀的角度进行治疗。
中国专利号：201210025541.0，名称为“养生保健酒”，公开了涉及枸杞、桑椹、龙眼肉、肉桂、薏苡仁、黄精、沙棘、葛根组成的养生保健酒。又如：专利号200810031375.9，名称为“美容营养保健黄酒及其制备方法”，公开了以糯米35-50，葛根粉20-30，淮山10-20，苡米5-15，枸杞5-15，红枣5-15，菊花0-8，玫瑰花0-8等制成的美容营养保健酒；以上专利技术都是一般的炮制酒，活性成份没能完全提炼出来，效果不是很理想。
如能挖掘传统的发酵工艺秘制纯中药养生制剂，就有必要进一步研究和开发的价值。
发明内容
基于上述的缺陷，本发明根据道家传承1800多年的发酵工艺秘制，历经800多年的传承改良，经过四重发酵工艺自然封缸发酵制成纯中药养生制剂，具有增强免疫力，延缓衰老和抗疲劳，可老少皆宜的养生珍品。

人参20、白术10、茯苓12、当归12、熟地12、白芍10、炙甘草6、川芎10、黄芪50、赤芍10、桃仁10、地龙8、红花10、龟板3、鳖甲3、山萸肉12、生地15、杜仲18、黄柏10、金银花20、生牡蛎12、白茅根30、金樱子10、芡实10、菟丝子15、北沙参18、麦冬10、何首乌20、女贞子12、川断12、陈皮18、旱莲草20、枸杞10、浮小麦20、太子参20、菖蒲18、远志10、丹参20、桂枝10、五味子8、钩藤10、枣仁20、栀子10、夜交藤10、半夏12、泽泻12、仙灵脾20、黄连8、肉桂18、黄精10、夏枯草2、益母草20、车前草20、豨签草20、威灵仙25、麻仁6、厚朴9、肉苁蓉12、酒大黄6、广木香20、牛膝18、仙鹤草20、桔梗12、乌梅8、白槿花8、槟榔10、北山楂80、防风2、虫草18、葛根30、姜黄8、白花蛇舌草30、决明子5、白酒3和适量水；
上述原浆药液的制备过程如下：首先进行原材料处理，当归、茯苓以及川芎切片，龟板、鳖甲作粉碎，剩余原料粉碎后备用；其次，在根据配比，取原材料中的当归、茯苓、陈皮、枣仁、川芎加适量的水，文火熬一小时，收集药液备用；人参、虫草与白酒密闭在容器里进行拌均焖制，15天后过滤制备出药液备用；将上述两种溶液混合，按混合溶液1份，水4份的比例加入水，再与剩余组分投入发酵缸混合，压紧后封缸发酵6个月起缸，过滤，即得原浆药液。

第二步，将人参、西洋参、枸杞、龙眼肉、黄精、玉竹和杜仲拣选后浸泡淘洗，晾干水分，然后加入粮食酒和步骤一中的原浆药液进行二次发酵六个月，培育出混合菌液；
第三步，将步骤二中的发酵中药，经过滤后得到混合菌液；
第四部，将步骤三中的混合菌液与粮食酒再次混合，在封缸发酵三个月；
第五步，将步骤四中的药液开缸过滤制得中药养生制剂；
第六步，将步骤五的中药养生制剂，可制成口服液，或保健酒。

所述通筋活络，是中药组分龙眼肉、粮食酒。
所述延缓衰老，是中药组分人参、西洋参、杜仲。
本发明的一种强肾养胃、通筋活络、延缓衰老的中药养生制剂及其制备方法，是利用中药组分培育成活性原浆药液，经提取后，多次发酵，并培育出多种活性菌，并加以人参、西洋参、枸杞、龙眼肉、黄精、玉竹和杜仲拣。该中药养生制剂具有强肾养胃、通筋活络、延缓衰老等三大功效，可大规模的工业化生产，为现代亚健康的必备佳品。
实施方式
本发明的一种强肾养胃、通筋活络、延缓衰老的中药养生制剂及其制备方法，利用中药组分制备而成的具有纯生物活性菌的中药保健酒，其组分的重量比为：
人参1-5西洋参1-3枸杞2-8
龙眼肉3-8黄精5-10玉竹10-15
杜仲5-10粮食酒1-5原浆药液1-5
所述原浆药液为多种组分中药经发酵后提取出来的药液，其具体组分重量(份)配比如下：
人参20、白术10、茯苓12、当归12、熟地12、白芍10、炙甘草6、川芎10、黄芪50、赤芍10、桃仁10、地龙8、红花10、龟板3、鳖甲3、山萸肉12、生地15、杜仲18、黄柏10、金银花20、生牡蛎12、白茅根30、金樱子10、芡实10、菟丝子15、北沙参18、麦冬10、何首乌20、女贞子12、川断12、陈皮18、旱莲草20、枸杞10、浮小麦20、太子参20、菖蒲18、远志10、丹参20、桂枝10、五味子8、钩藤10、枣仁20、栀子10、夜交藤10、半夏12、泽泻12、仙灵脾20、黄连8、肉桂18、黄精10、夏枯草2、益母草20、车前草20、豨签草20、威灵仙25、麻仁6、厚朴9、肉苁蓉12、酒大黄6、广木香20、牛膝18、仙鹤草20、桔梗12、乌梅8、白槿花8、槟榔10、北山楂80、防风2、虫草18、葛根30、姜黄8、白花蛇舌草30、决明子5、白酒3和适量水；
上述原浆药液的制备过程如下：首先进行原材料处理，当归、茯苓以及川芎切片，龟板、鳖甲作粉碎，剩余原料粉碎后备用；其次，在根据配比，取原材料中的当归、茯苓、陈皮、枣仁、川芎加适量的水，文火熬一小时，收集溶液备用；人参、虫草与白酒密闭在容器里进行焖制，15天后过滤制备出药液备用；将上述两种溶液混合，按混合溶液1份，水4份的比例加入水，再与剩余组分投入发酵缸，压紧后封缸发酵6个月起缸，过滤，即得原浆药液。

第二步，将人参、西洋参、枸杞、龙眼肉、黄精、玉竹和杜仲拣选后浸泡淘洗，晾干水分，然后加入粮食酒和步骤一中的原浆药液进行二次发酵六个月，培育出混合菌液；
第三步，将步骤二中的发酵中药，经过滤后得到混合菌液；
第四部，将步骤三中的混合菌液与粮食酒再次混合，在封缸发酵三个月；
第五步，将步骤四中的药液开缸过滤制得中药养生制剂；
第六步，将步骤五的中药养生制剂，可制成口服液，或保健酒。
所述强肾养胃，是中药组分枸杞、黄精、杜仲、玉竹。
所述通筋活络，是中药组分龙眼肉、粮食酒。
所述延缓衰老，是中药组分人参、西洋参、杜仲。
本发明的有益效果在于：利用中药组分培育成活性原浆药液，经提取后，多次发酵，并加以人参、西洋参、枸杞、龙眼肉、黄精、玉竹和杜仲等制备成效果非常好的中药养生制剂。该中药养生制剂具有强肾养胃、通筋活络、延缓衰老等三大功效等三大功效。
下面结合具体的实施例进一步详细说明：
实施例一
本发明的一种强肾养胃、通筋活络、延缓衰老的中药养生制剂及其制备方法，其优选组分的重量比为：
人参3西洋参2枸杞6
龙眼肉6黄精8玉竹13
杜仲8粮食酒3原浆药液3
本发明的一种强肾养胃、通筋活络、延缓衰老的中药养生制剂及其制备方法，其制备过程如下：
第一步按前述方法制备原浆药液备用；
第二步，将人参、西洋参、枸杞、龙眼肉、黄精、玉竹和杜仲拣选后浸泡淘洗，晾干水分，然后加入粮食酒和步骤一中的原浆药液进行二次发酵六个月，培育出混合菌液；
第三步，将步骤二中的发酵中药，经过滤后得到混合菌液；
第四部，将步骤三中的混合菌液与粮食酒再次混合，在封缸发酵三个月；
第五步，将步骤四中的药液开缸过滤制得中药养生制剂；
第六步，将步骤五的中药养生制剂，可制成口服液，或保健酒。
实施例二
取人参3kg，西洋参2kg，枸杞6kg，龙眼肉6，黄精8kg，玉竹13kg，杜仲8kg，粮食酒3kg，原浆药液3kg，以及适量的水制备成中药保健酒，具体制备过程如下：
第一步按前述方法制备原浆药液备用；
第二步，将人参、西洋参、枸杞、龙眼肉、黄精、玉竹和杜仲拣选后浸泡淘洗，晾干水分，然后加入粮食酒和步骤一中的原浆药液进行二次发酵六个月，培育出混合菌液；
第三步，将步骤二中的发酵中药，经过滤后得到混合菌液；
第四部，将步骤三中的混合菌液与粮食酒再次混合，在封缸发酵三个月；
第五步，将步骤四中的药液开缸过滤制得中药养生制剂；
第六步，将步骤五的中药养生制剂，可制成口服液，或保健酒。
实施例三
取人参30g，西洋参20g，枸杞60g，龙眼肉60g，黄精80g，玉竹130g，杜仲80g，粮食酒300g，原浆药液300g，以及适量的水制备成中药保健酒，具体制备过程如下：
第一步按前述方法制备原浆药液备用；
第二步，将人参、西洋参、枸杞、龙眼肉、黄精、玉竹和杜仲拣选后浸泡淘洗，晾干水分，然后加入粮食酒和步骤一中的原浆药液进行二次发酵六个月，培育出混合菌液；
第三步，将步骤二中的发酵中药，经过滤后得到混合菌液；
第四部，将步骤三中的混合菌液与粮食酒再次混合，在封缸发酵三个月；
第五步，将步骤四中的药液开缸过滤制得中药养生制剂；
第六步，将步骤五的中药养生制剂，可制成口服液，或保健酒。

1.一种强肾养胃、通筋活络、延缓衰老的中药养生制剂及其制备方法，利用中药组分制备而成的具有活性菌的中药保健酒，其组分的重量比为：
人参1-5；西洋参1-3；枸杞2-8；龙眼肉3-8；黄精5-10；玉竹10-15；杜仲5-10，粮食酒1-5和原浆药液1-5；
所述原浆药液为多种组分中药经发酵后提取出来的药液，其具体组分重量(份)配比如下：
人参20、白术10、茯苓12、当归12、熟地12、白芍10、炙甘草6、川芎10、黄芪50、赤芍10、桃仁10、地龙8、红花10、龟板3、鳖甲3、山萸肉12、生地15、杜仲18、黄柏10、金银花20、生牡蛎12、白茅根30、金樱子10、芡实10、菟丝子15、北沙参18、麦冬10、何首乌20、女贞子12、川断12、陈皮18、旱莲草20、枸杞10、浮小麦20、太子参20、菖蒲18、远志10、丹参20、桂枝10、五味子8、钩藤10、枣仁20、栀子10、夜交藤10、半夏12、泽泻12、仙灵脾20、黄连8、肉桂18、黄精10、夏枯草2、益母草20、车前草20、豨签草20、威灵仙25、麻仁6、厚朴9、肉苁蓉12、酒大黄6、广木香20、牛膝18、仙鹤草20、桔梗12、乌梅8、白槿花8、槟榔10、北山楂80、防风2、虫草18、葛根30、姜黄8、白花蛇舌草30、决明子5、白酒3和适量水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种强肾养胃、通筋活络、延缓衰老的中药养生制剂及其制备方法，其特征在于的中药养生制剂优选组分的重量比为：
人参1-5西洋参1-3枸杞2-8
龙眼肉3-8黄精5-10玉竹10-15
杜仲5-10粮食酒1-5原浆药液1-5。
3.如权利要求1所述的种强肾养胃、通筋活络、延缓衰老的中药养生制剂及其制备方法，其特征在于所述中药养生制剂的制备过程如下：
第一步，将原浆药液的虫夏草、灵芝、黄芪、枸杞子、制首乌、刺梨汁、无根藤、黄精、山茱萸、淫羊藿、西洋参、鹿角胶、珍珠粉、葛根、决明子、蛹虫草等多味中药组分加水和白酒进行发酵，制备出原浆药液备用；
第二步，将人参、西洋参、枸杞、龙眼肉、黄精、玉竹和杜仲拣选后浸泡淘洗，晾干水分，然后加入粮食酒和步骤一中的原浆药液进行二次发酵六个月，培育出混合菌液；
第三步，将步骤二中的发酵中药，经过滤后得到混合菌液；
第四部，将步骤三中的混合菌液与粮食酒再次混合，在封缸发酵三个月；
第五步，将步骤四中的药液开缸过滤制得中药养生制剂；
第六步，将步骤五的中药养生制剂，可制成口服液，或保健酒。
