灵芝药酒及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明主要涉及酒饮料及其制备方法技术领域，尤其涉及灵芝药酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
保健酒是米酒产品与中药材经过再加工而成的一种集保健、养生于一体的酒类饮品，具有保健、养生之功效。保健酒作为具有药用价值的酒品有着广阔的发展空间，我国曾长时间流行过米酒文化，因其具有深厚的历史文化底蕴和传统的民族习俗而大行其道，但随着社会的进步与发展，米酒多饮伤身的现实不得不重新反思，而保健酒因其健脾开胃、滋补强身逐渐引发市场的追捧，份额也在迅速扩大。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷，提供了灵芝药酒。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供的技术方案为：
灵芝药酒，由以下重量份原料组成 ：灵仙15份、枸杞15份、桂圆肉10份、椰汁20份、大枣20份、万年青5份、川穹5份、灵芝20份、怀牛膝2份、红花2份、吴茱萸2份、麦冬2份、沙参2份、米酒200份、制川乌10份、虫草粉10份、水适量。
一灵芝药酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤 ：
（1）将灵仙、枸杞、桂圆肉洗净，与椰汁一起至于锅中，加热焖煮60分钟后，将锅中所有物料取出打成汁，过滤，取滤液备用 ；
（2）将大枣、万年青洗净，煮熟后捞出，加入适量的水，打成汁，过滤，得到大枣万年青汁备用 ；
（3）将川穹、灵芝、怀牛膝、枸杞、红花、吴茱萸、麦冬、沙参用15倍量的水提取，将提取液浓缩，得到中药浓缩液 ；
（4）将步骤 1 中的滤液、大枣万年青汁、中药浓缩液与米酒、制川乌、虫草粉混合，充分搅拌，混合均匀后，灌装即可。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明公开的一种灵芝药酒，制作工艺简单，口感好，营养丰富，是一种营养丰富的保健酒饮料，本发明提供的保健药酒生产方法，操作过程简单，能够有效将中药活性成分溶入至酒中，充分实现保健功能。

实施例1：
灵芝药酒，由以下重量份原料组成 ：灵仙15份、枸杞15份、桂圆肉10份、、椰汁20份、大枣20份、万年青5份、川穹5份、灵芝20份、怀牛膝2份、红花2份、吴茱萸2份、麦冬2份、沙参2份、米酒200份、制川乌10份、虫草粉10份、水适量。
一灵芝药酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤 ：
（1）将灵仙、枸杞、桂圆肉洗净，与椰汁一起至于锅中，加热焖煮60分钟后，将锅中所有物料取出打成汁，过滤，取滤液备用 ；
（2）将大枣、万年青洗净，煮熟后捞出，加入适量的水，打成汁，过滤，得到大枣万年青汁备用 ；
（3）将川穹、灵芝、怀牛膝、枸杞、红花、吴茱萸、麦冬、沙参用15倍量的水提取，将提取液浓缩，得到中药浓缩液 ；
（4）将步骤 1 中的滤液、大枣万年青汁、中药浓缩液与米酒、制川乌、虫草粉混合，充分搅拌，混合均匀后，灌装即可。

1.灵芝药酒，其特征在于，由以下重量份原料组成 ：灵仙15份、枸杞15份、桂圆肉10份、椰汁20份、大枣20份、万年青5份、川穹5份、灵芝20份、怀牛膝2份、红花2份、吴茱萸2份、麦冬2份、沙参2份、米酒200份、制川乌10份、虫草粉10份、水适量。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的一灵芝药酒的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤 ：
（1）将灵仙、枸杞、桂圆肉洗净，与椰汁一起至于锅中，加热焖煮60分钟后，将锅中所有物料取出打成汁，过滤，取滤液备用 ；
（2）将大枣、万年青洗净，煮熟后捞出，加入适量的水，打成汁，过滤，得到大枣万年青汁备用 ；
（3）将川穹、灵芝、怀牛膝、枸杞、红花、吴茱萸、麦冬、制川乌、沙参用15倍量的水提取，将提取液浓缩，得到中药浓缩液 ；
（4）将步骤 1 中的滤液、大枣万年青汁、中药浓缩液与米酒、虫草粉混合，充分搅拌，混合均匀后，灌装即可。
