本发明公开了一种保健营养酒，由下述方法制备而成：⑴、捣碎20kg葡萄，置于密封容器中，25℃下维持10天；⑵、高丽参30g、海狗肾20g、鹿鞭15g、熟地黄30g、枸杞子20g、何首乌15g、黄芪20g、茯苓15g、山茱萸20g、当归5g、菟丝子15g、雄蝉蛾10g，粉碎混匀，蒸煮20分钟；⑶、步骤⑵蒸煮物加入步骤⑴密封容器中，再加入5kg大米，搅匀，继续密封，在30℃下进行发酵15天；降温、过滤，得清液。本发明通过向酿造的葡萄酒中添加多种中药成分，进行混合发酵达到提取中药中有效成分，使得保健营养酒口感好，入口不涩、口感清新、润泽、清香味醇，长期饮用还能起到滋阴保健的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及酒技术领域，尤其是一种保健营养酒。
背景技术
现有技术中的保健营养酒品种繁多，对于养颜保健功能的酒类也很多，但大多功效欠佳，且口感普通不好，而且长期饮用容易伤及脾胃，给健康带来隐患。
保健酒是指具有特定保健功能的酒，适宜于特定人群饮用，具有调节机体功能，不以治疗为目的。随着人们生活质量的逐渐提高，消费观念和健康意识的日益增强，为保健酒产业带来了巨大的市场发展空间，人们可以通过适量饮用保健酒来调节身体机能。目前市场上保健酒品种多样，配方、营养、功能各不相同，但现有的保健酒存在功能单一、保健效果不明显的缺点，而且制作工艺复杂，生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种保健营养酒，组成合理，饮用舒适。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供以下技术方案：一种保健营养酒，由下述方法制备而成：
⑴、捣碎20kg葡萄，置于密封容器中，25℃下维持10天；
⑵、高丽参30g、海狗肾20g、鹿鞭15g、熟地黄30g、枸杞子20g、何首乌15g、黄芪20g、茯苓15g、山茱萸20g、当归5g、菟丝子15g、雄蝉蛾10g，粉碎混匀，蒸煮20分钟；
⑶、步骤⑵蒸煮物加入步骤⑴密封容器中，再加入5kg大米，搅匀，继续密封，在30℃下进行发酵15 天；降温、过滤，得清液。
进一步地，降温至0℃，维持15分钟。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：通过向酿造的葡萄酒中添加多种中药成分，进行混合发酵达到提取中药中有效成分，使得保健营养酒口感好，入口不涩、口感清新、润泽、清香味醇，长期饮用还能起到滋阴保健的功能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细描述，本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性，不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
一种保健营养酒，由下述方法制备而成：
⑴、捣碎20kg葡萄，置于密封容器中，25℃下维持10天；
⑵、高丽参30g、海狗肾20g、鹿鞭15g、熟地黄30g、枸杞子20g、何首乌15g、黄芪20g、茯苓15g、山茱萸20g、当归5g、菟丝子15g、雄蝉蛾10g，粉碎混匀，蒸煮20分钟；
⑶、步骤⑵蒸煮物加入步骤⑴密封容器中，再加入5kg大米，搅匀，继续密封，在30℃下进行发酵15 天；降温至0℃，维持15分钟，过滤，得清液。
以上实施例中各成分搭配和配比经多次调配最终取得，取得了其他饮品无法比拟的清香甘醇的口感，其打破了人们不愿将本身味道不好的成分添加进饮料中的偏见，其通过合理的成分搭配和重量配比，使各成分的口感互相作用、改变，最终达到了本发明的清香甘醇的口感，这是在制作之初或者通常正常想像很难想到的重要突破和效果，而且各成分的搭配比例均衡合理，有效的发挥了各成分的作用，各成分相互作用和促进更利于人体吸收，并且，本发明的保健营养酒性状较为温和，即便在大量饮用情况下也不会对人体构成伤害，可作为日常饮品长期饮用，具有滋阴保健的功效。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种保健营养酒，由下述方法制备而成：
⑴、捣碎20kg葡萄，置于密封容器中，25℃下维持10天；
⑵、高丽参30g、海狗肾20g、鹿鞭15g、熟地黄30g、枸杞子20g、何首乌15g、黄芪20g、茯苓15g、山茱萸20g、当归5g、菟丝子15g、雄蝉蛾10g，粉碎混匀，蒸煮20分钟；
⑶、步骤⑵蒸煮物加入步骤⑴密封容器中，再加入5kg大米，搅匀，继续密封，在30℃下进行发酵15 天；降温、过滤，得清液。
2.如权利要求1所述保健营养酒，其特征在于：降温至0℃，维持15分钟。
