本发明主要涉及酒饮料及其制备方法技术领域，尤其涉及用于补肾保健的灵芝药酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
保健酒是白酒产品与中药材经过再加工而成的一种集保健、养生于一体的酒类饮品，具有保健、养生之功效。保健酒作为具有药用价值的酒品有着广阔的发展空间，我国曾长时间流行过白酒文化，因其具有深厚的历史文化底蕴和传统的民族习俗而大行其道，但随着社会的进步与发展，白酒多饮伤身的现实不得不重新反思，而保健酒因其滋补强身逐渐引发市场的追捧，份额也在迅速扩大。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷，提供了用于补肾保健的灵芝药酒。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供的技术方案为：
用于补肾保健的灵芝药酒，由以下重量份原料组成 ：核桃仁20份、枸杞10份、桂圆肉8份、椰汁30份、大枣20份、山药8份、莲子8份、灵芝25份、蒲黄2份、红花2份、当归2份、栗子2份、沙参2份、白酒200份、制川乌5份、虫草粉5份、水适量。
一用于补肾保健的灵芝药酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤 ：
（1）将核桃仁、枸杞、桂圆肉洗净，与椰汁一起至于锅中，加热焖煮60分钟后，将锅中所有物料取出打成汁，过滤，取滤液备用 ；
（2）将大枣、山药洗净，煮熟后捞出，加入适量的水，打成汁，过滤，得到大枣山药汁备用；
（3）将莲子、灵芝、蒲黄、枸杞、红花、当归、栗子、沙参用15倍量的水提取，将提取液浓缩，得到中药浓缩液 ；
（4）将步骤 1 中的滤液、大枣山药汁、中药浓缩液与白酒、制川乌、虫草粉混合，充分搅拌，混合均匀后，灌装即可。

实施例1：
用于补肾保健的灵芝药酒，由以下重量份原料组成 ：核桃仁20份、枸杞10份、桂圆肉8份、椰汁30份、大枣20份、山药8份、莲子8份、灵芝25份、蒲黄2份、红花2份、当归2份、栗子2份、沙参2份、白酒200份、制川乌5份、虫草粉5份、水适量。
一用于补肾保健的灵芝药酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤 ：
（1）将核桃仁、枸杞、桂圆肉洗净，与椰汁一起至于锅中，加热焖煮60分钟后，将锅中所有物料取出打成汁，过滤，取滤液备用 ；

（1）将核桃仁、枸杞、桂圆肉洗净，与椰汁一起至于锅中，加热焖煮60分钟后，将锅中所有物料取出打成汁，过滤，取滤液备用 ；
（2）将大枣、山药洗净，煮熟后捞出，加入适量的水，打成汁，过滤，得到大枣山药汁备用；
（3）将莲子、灵芝、蒲黄、枸杞、红花、当归、栗子、制川乌、沙参用15倍量的水提取，将提取液浓缩，得到中药浓缩液 ；
（4）将步骤 1 中的滤液、大枣山药汁、中药浓缩液与白酒、虫草粉混合，充分搅拌，混合均匀后，灌装即可。
