技术领域
本发明属于色织大提花生产工艺领域,特别涉及到一种双经轴提花围裙布的生产工艺。
背景技术
阿拉伯特色的围裙面料是色织提花面料,该产品是阿拉伯国家及其南亚、东南亚、非洲等热带地区的人们必备的家居生活用品,一般是涤纶化纤原料织造,虽然价格成本比较低,但在炎热的夏天有闷热感,不透气。近年来随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对这种面料的品味和追求也越来越高,市场上的提花面料面料,相对简单,较单一,另外,经常外穿的服饰,除了具有服用性能外还要附有相应的功能性处理,这样才能满足高品质的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种双经轴提花围裙布的生产工艺,本发明制得面料层次感丰富,凹凸感强,风格逼真,细腻能满足高品质的追求,同时该面料透气性好,抗污抗菌防油。
本发明的一种双经轴提花围裙布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:原料选择:经纱有底经和面经,所述底经选用150D/72F的三色涤纶长丝,所述面经选用200D/72F的两色涤纶长丝,纬纱选用55/45 30S/1的四色麻涤纱线;
S2:预处理:经纱经过络筒、倍捻、定型、回倒、整经、穿综穿筘;纬纱经过络筒,定型;
S3:上机织造:将穿综后的经轴和成筒后的纬纱分别安置在大提花机上,电子纹版输入,调试织造,该织机为电子龙头无梭织机,车速在220转/分钟,织布时,经纱张力控制在3800N-4300N;
S4:面料后处理:上述织造后的面料进行检验、水洗、定型、抗污防油处理以及剪花工艺,所述检验用的验布机检验速度≦15米/分钟;所述水洗温度75℃-80℃,15min普洗,过清水,加2.5%的柔软剂;所述定型温度为185℃,车速30m/min;所述抗污防油处理在双槽浸轧机进行两浸两轧,第一槽缸的每升水中含整理剂25-30g/L,调PH值至7.5-8.5,第二槽缸的每升水中含整理剂15-20g/L,交联剂FBA 3.5g/L调PH值至7,两次浸轧后进行干燥烘干处理,干燥温度为105℃,时间2min,烘干温度为155℃,时间1-2min;所述剪花工艺,把多余的浮长线经剪毛机加工处理;
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述步骤S2中经纱及纬纱均采用筒子纱染色,络筒速度为380m/min,经纱倍捻时,在倍捻机上每厘米加12个捻S向,倍捻机速度为7200转/min,经纱及纬纱的定型温度为85℃。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述步骤S2经纱在分条整经机上采用集体换筒的整经方式,单纱整经张力为8g,整经速度为220转/分钟,底经筘幅143cm,底经轴总经根数为4380根,面经筘幅108cm,面经轴总经根数为660根。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述步骤S2中经纱穿综穿筘过程选择钢筘号为15.3#,双穿入,在起花部分,底经与面经的穿入比为1:1,共5个花,5个花分别为1花、2花、3花、4花、5花;穿综顺序为:底经a:42根,底经b:4根,底经a:4根,底经b:64根,底经a:416根,[1花(底经c:50根,底经c:32根,底经c:50根与面经a:50根,面经b:32根,面经a:50,穿线比为1:1],底经c:638根,(2花与1花穿综顺序相同),底经c:673根,(3花与1花穿综顺序相同),底经c:673根,(4花与1花穿综顺序相同),底经c:638根,(5花与1花穿综顺序相同),底经c:454根,底经b:64根,底经a:4根,底经b:4根,底经a:42根。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述步骤S3的织造方式经向密度310根/10cm,纬向密度220根/10cm。
作为本设计的进一步改进,所述步骤S3的织造方式为双经轴织造,开口时间提前至285°,降低后梁高度,调整面经综框。
通过上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的织物中有亚麻混纺纤维,吸湿性好,透气好,同时,具有一定的抗菌性能,服用性能优良。
(2)本发明生产工艺较复杂,是双经轴织造,多经多纬和剪花工艺使织物的层次感丰富,花型饱满,满足高品质面料的追求。
(3)本发明生产的织物经过抗污防油后处理,具有优异的防护性能,可以较持久的保持洁净外观,减少洗涤次数。

实施例1
本发明公开了一种双经轴提花围裙布的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)原料选择:经纱有底经和面经,所述底经选用150D/72F的三色涤纶长丝,所述面经选用200D/72F的两色涤纶长丝,纬纱选用55/45 30S/1的四色麻涤纱线;本申请对经纬纱的颜色不做界定,可根据产品实际需要来染色;
(2)前道准备:经纱经过络筒、倍捻、定型、回倒、整经、穿综穿筘;纬纱经过络筒,定型;每道工序都做好质量把关,纱线条干,色牢度等;
(3)上机织造:将穿综后的经轴和成筒后的纬纱分别安置在大提花机上,电子纹版输入,调试织造,该织机为电子龙头无梭织机,车速在220转/分钟,织布时,经纱张力控制在3800N-4300N;双经轴织造要保证一定张力同时要尽可能均匀一致,提高产品质量;
(4)面料后处理:上述织造后的面料进行检验、水洗、定型、抗污防油处理以及剪花工艺,所述检验验布机≦15米/分钟;所述水洗温度80℃左右,15min普洗,过清水,加2.5%的柔软剂;所述定型温度为185℃,车速30m/min;所述抗污防油整理在双槽浸轧机进行两浸两轧,第一槽缸的每升水中含整理剂25-30g/L,调PH值至7.5-8.5,第二槽缸的每升水中含整理剂15-20g/L,交联剂FBA 3.5g/L调PH值至7左右,两次浸轧后进行干燥烘干处理,干燥温度为105℃,时间2min,烘干温度为155℃,时间1-2min;所述剪花工艺,把多余的浮长线经剪毛机加工处理。时间和温度都要严格控制。
本发明织物的经纬纱均采用筒子纱染色,络筒速度为380m/min,经纱倍捻时,在倍捻机上每厘米加12个捻S向,倍捻机速度为7200转/min,定型温度为85℃。经纱加捻度,可增强经纱的强力和集束性,面料更加挺括。
本发明织物的经纱在分条整经机上采用集体换筒的整经方式,单纱整经张力为8g,整经速度为220转/分钟,底经筘幅143cm,底经轴总经根数为4380根,面经筘幅108cm,面经轴总经根数为660根。
本发明织物的织造工艺为经向密度310根/10cm,纬向密度220根/10cm。
本发明织物为双经轴织造,开口时间提前至285°左右,降低后梁高度,调整面经综框。

Claims (5)

1.一种双经轴提花围裙布的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:原料选择:经纱有底经和面经,所述底经选用150D/72F的三色涤纶长丝,所述面经选用200D/72F的两色涤纶长丝,纬纱选用55/45 30S/1的四色麻涤纱线;
S2:预处理:经纱经过络筒、倍捻、定型、回倒、整经、穿综穿筘;纬纱经过络筒,定型;所述步骤S2经纱在分条整经机上采用集体换筒的整经方式,单纱整经张力为8g,整经速度为220转/分钟,底经筘幅143cm,底经轴总经根数为4380根,面经筘幅108cm,面经轴总经根数为660根;
S3:上机织造:将穿综后的经轴和成筒后的纬纱分别安置在大提花机上,电子纹版输入,调试织造,该织机为电子龙头无梭织机,车速在220转/分钟,织布时,经纱张力控制在3800N-4300N;
S4:面料后处理:上述织造后的面料进行检验、水洗、定型、抗污防油处理以及剪花工艺,所述检验用的验布机检验速度≦15米/分钟;所述水洗温度75℃-80℃,15min普洗,过清水,加2.5%的柔软剂;所述定型温度为185℃,车速30m/min;所述抗污防油处理在双槽浸轧机进行两浸两轧,第一槽缸的每升水中含整理剂25-30g/L,调PH值至7.5-8.5,第二槽缸的每升水中含整理剂15-20g/L,交联剂FBA 3.5g/L调PH值至7,两次浸轧后进行干燥烘干处理,干燥温度为105℃,时间2min,烘干温度为155℃,时间1-2min;所述剪花工艺,把多余的浮长线经剪毛机加工处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双经轴提花围裙布的生产工艺,其特征是,所述步骤S2中经纱及纬纱均采用筒子纱染色,络筒速度为380m/min,经纱倍捻时,在倍捻机上每厘米加12个捻S向,倍捻机速度为7200转/min, 经纱及纬纱的定型温度为85℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双经轴提花围裙布的生产工艺,其特征是,所述步骤S2中经纱穿综穿筘过程选择钢筘号为15.3#,双穿入,在起花部分,底经与面经的穿入比为1:1,共5个花,5个花分别为1花、2花、3花、4花、5花;穿综顺序为:底经a:42根,底经b:4根,底经a:4根,底经b:64根,底经a:416根,1花,底经c:50根,底经c:32根,底经c:50根与面经a:50根,面经b:32根,面经a:50,穿线比为1:1,底经c:638根, 2花与1花穿综顺序相同,底经c:673根,3花与1花穿综顺序相同,底经c:673根,4花与1花穿综顺序相同,底经c:638根,5花与1花穿综顺序相同,底经c:454根,底经b:64根,底经a:4根,底经b:4根,底经a:42根。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双经轴提花围裙布的生产工艺,其特征是,所述步骤S3的织造方式经向密度310根/10cm,纬向密度220根/10cm。
