本发明的一种抗贫血,促进血液生成的保健饮料及其制备方法,具体涉及是一种樱桃浆汁的保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
樱桃属于蔷薇科落叶乔木果树,我国华东和河北、山西、河南、湖北、四川等地均有栽培,夏初果实成熟时采收,洗净鲜用。樱桃成熟时颜色鲜红,玲珑剔透,味美形娇,营养丰富,医疗保健价值颇高,又有“含桃”的别称。我国作为果树栽培的樱桃有中国樱桃、甜樱桃、酸樱桃和毛樱桃。樱桃成熟期早,有早春第一果的美誉。据说黄莺特别喜好啄食这种果子,因而名为“莺桃”。其果实虽小如珍珠,但色泽红艳光洁,玲珑如玛瑙宝石一样,味道甘甜而微酸,既可鲜食,又可腌制或作为其他菜肴食品的点缀,备受青睐。
樱桃的功效与作用
1、抗贫血,促进血液生成。樱桃含铁量高,位于各种水果之首。常食樱桃可补充体内对铁元素量的需求,促进血红蛋白再生,既可防治缺铁性贫血,又可增强体质,健脑益智。
2、防治麻疹。麻疹流行时,给小儿饮用樱桃汁能够预防感染。樱桃核则具有发汗透疹解毒的作用。
3、祛风胜湿,杀虫。樱桃性温热,兼具补中益气之功,能祛风除湿,对风湿腰腿疼痛有良效。樱桃树根还具有很强的驱虫、杀虫作用,可驱杀蛔虫、蛲虫、绦虫等。
4、收涩止痛。民间经验表明,樱桃可以治疗烧烫伤,起到收敛止痛,防止伤处起泡化脓的作用。同时樱桃还能治疗轻、重度冻伤。
5、养颜驻容。樱桃营养丰富,所含蛋白质、糖、磷、胡萝卜素、维生素C等均比苹果、梨高,尤其含铁量高,常用樱桃汁涂擦面部及皱纹处,能使面部皮肤红润嫩白,去皱消斑。
樱桃的营养价值
樱桃的含铁量特别高,每百克樱桃中含铁量多达5.9毫克,居于水果首位。铁是合成人体血红蛋白、肌红蛋白的原料,在人体免疫、蛋白质合成及能量代谢等过程中,发挥着重要的作用,同时也与大脑及神经功能、衰老过程等有着密切关系。
常食樱桃可补充体内对铁元素量的需求,促进血红蛋白再生,既可防治缺铁性贫血,又可增强体质,健脑益智。此外樱桃也含丰富的维生素A,维生素A含量比葡萄、苹果、橘子多4-5倍。
樱桃分为甜樱桃和酸樱桃两种。甜樱桃适合于鲜吃,酸樱桃多用来做烘培的派、罐头食品、果酱、果汁等。师傅们常使用暗红而清甜的冷冻樱桃制成冰淇淋,在蛋糕、饼干、松饼里添加樱桃,还将樱桃制作成肉类的美味调味品。

所述的胃宝菌指的是红茶复合菌,红茶复合菌是酵母菌、醋酸菌和乳酸菌的共生体,俗称海宝、胃宝,是一种以糖茶水为原料的微生物发酵饮料。味道酸甜可口,如柠檬汁、杨梅汁,经常饮用能防治肠胃病等20多种疾病,具有强身、益寿、美容三大功效,是一种纯天然保健饮品。若培养红茶菌出售,是一项本小利大、技术简易的好项目。
胃宝菌十大功效
1、多糖、茶多酚、低聚异麦芽糖、茶碱:提高人体免疫力,增强自身抵抗力;调节血脂,调节血糖;促进双歧杆菌生长,减少肠道腐败物质和致癌物质;增加T-淋巴细胞和B-淋巴细胞的数量,提高机体的防御能力。
2、醋酸、乳酸、柠檬酸:清理肠胃,帮助消化,防治便秘,提高维生素的稳定性,预防有害病菌、病毒入侵,预防感冒。
3、咖啡因:提高大脑活力,消除疲劳,振作精神。
4、红茶菌中含有三种对人体有益的益生菌:酵母菌,醋酸菌和乳酸菌。对人体可起到特殊的保健作用。
5、清理肠胃,消毒解毒,通畅大便,杀灭有害病菌,增加有益菌落,适用于急慢性胃炎,肠炎,便秘,顽固性便秘消除,顽固性腹泻,痢疾等痊愈。

C.产品:将上述樱桃浆汁发酵至发酵溶液PH值为:3.0-3.5而得到产品即是抗贫血,促进血液生成的保健饮料。

A.原料的选择:选择无虫害农药残留无超标的优质新鲜樱桃作为原料;
B.原料的配比:各种原料的配比是樱桃1份∶纯净水8份;
C.原料的处理:将樱桃和纯净水混合一起打成樱桃浆液;
D.过滤:把樱桃浆液经过过滤所得樱桃浆汁;
E.消毒杀菌处理:再把樱桃浆汁放置于高压炉加热,加热至樱桃浆汁沸腾高温高压并持续2-3分钟撤底消毒杀菌。
