本发明涉及一种用于改善营养性贫血的口服液及其制备方法,属于保健食品加工技术领域。先制备山药糖化液和樱桃汁,然后将山药糖化液和樱桃汁混合均匀得混合汁,在混合汁中加入大米粉,将pH调整到6.8‑7.2,在85‑90℃条件下灭菌10‑15分钟,降温到32‑35℃,从斜面上接入紫色红曲菌种,在32‑35℃、130‑150rpm的条件下摇床培养6‑8天得紫色红曲发酵液,紫色红曲发酵液经菌丝体胶体磨磨浆得营养浆液,营养浆液再经过滤、调配、灌装、封口、灭菌即得成品。本发明的口服液不仅口感好、果香浓郁、饮用安全,而且具有改善营养性贫血的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于改善营养性贫血的口服液及其制备方法,属于保健食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
中医理论上讲气血是人之根本,气血的充足是保持身体健康的最基本的条件,气血通则万病灭,营养性贫血在生活中很常见,但营养性贫血往往不容易引起人们的重视,营养性贫血被WHO确认为世界性营养缺乏病之一,也是我国主要的公共营养问题,营养性贫血危害较大,它能引起营养不良、抵抗力和免疫力下降、新陈代谢低下、血液循环不畅等现象的发生,造成身体体质虚弱、容易生病、过早衰老。所以营养性贫血要及时治疗,目前市场上针对营养性贫血的治疗药物较多,但是这些药物或多或少对人体有一定的副作用,而在自然界中有许多具有改善营养性贫血功能的生物资源,利用自然界中这些生物资源为原料,加工成食用安全的具有改善营养性贫血功能的保健食品,成了本领域科研工作者研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种口感好、果香浓郁、饮用安全的用于改善营养性贫血的口服液及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
将山药洗净、去皮,在121℃条件下蒸20-25分钟得熟山药,将熟山药捣成山药泥,称取一定质量的山药泥,加入山药泥质量3-5倍的清水,搅拌均匀,将 pH调整到4.5-5.0,按每克山药泥35-40个单位的比例加入糖化酶,在60℃条件下糖化4-6小时得山药糖化液。
将樱桃榨汁得樱桃汁,按照质量比1:1的比例将山药糖化液和樱桃汁混合均匀得混合汁,在混合汁中加入1%的大米粉,将pH调整到6.8-7.2,在85-90℃条件下灭菌10-15分钟,降温到32-35℃,从斜面上接入紫色红曲菌种,在32-35℃、130-150rpm的条件下摇床培养6-8天得紫色红曲发酵液,紫色红曲发酵液经菌丝体胶体磨磨浆得营养浆液,营养浆液再经过滤、调配、灌装、封口、灭菌即得成品。
本发明的口服液有益效果包括以下几个方面:
第一,本发明的口服液所用原料都是天然食材,对人体没有副作用,食用是安全的。
第二,本发明的口服液是以红曲发酵液为基础进行调配的,红曲有补血及预防贫血的功效,主要用于身体出现贫血症状的群体、长时间面色发暗的人群、唇色淡白的人群、气血不足群体的治疗和保健当中。
第三,本发明的口服液的原料含有樱桃,樱桃的含铁量特别高,是各种水果之首,可以补充人体内对铁的需求,促进血红蛋白再生,防治贫血。
第四,本发明的口服液的原料含有山药,山药是我们生活中常见的一种食物,具有治疗贫血的作用,我国民间许多补血药方都是以山药作为主要原料。
第五,本发明的口服液具有浓郁的果香,樱桃汁经过紫色红曲发酵后,紫色红曲代谢产生的β-葡萄糖苷酶可以将樱桃中的结合态呈香物质转化成游离态呈香物质,增加本发明口服液的水果香气,有效克服了传统口服液口味不佳的不足。
第六,本发明通过紫色红曲的发酵作用将山药、樱桃等原料巧妙地结合在一起,通过协同作用,最大限度地发挥了本发明口服液改善营养性贫血的功效。
具体实施方式
本发明采用的紫色红曲 CICC5013采购于中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心。
将山药洗净、去皮,在121℃条件下蒸20分钟得熟山药,将熟山药捣成山药泥,称取一定质量的山药泥,加入山药泥质量4倍的清水,搅拌均匀,将 pH调整到4.6,按每克山药泥40个单位的比例加入糖化酶,在60℃条件下糖化5小时得山药糖化液。
将樱桃榨汁得樱桃汁,按照质量比1:1的比例将山药糖化液和樱桃汁混合均匀得混合汁,在混合汁中加入1%的大米粉,将pH调整到7.0,在90℃条件下灭菌10分钟,降温到33℃,从斜面上接入紫色红曲菌种,在33℃、140rpm的条件下摇床培养7天得紫色红曲发酵液,紫色红曲发酵液经菌丝体胶体磨磨浆得营养浆液,营养浆液再经过滤、调配、灌装、封口、灭菌即得成品。
本发明口服液功效试验:
受试对象:受试对象共计40人,男女比例1:1,年龄为18岁-65岁,其中男性受试对象血红蛋白 (Hb) ≤ 110g/L,女性受试对象血红蛋白 (Hb) ≤ 100 g/L。
所有受试对象要求无以下情况:
1. 合并有心、脑血管、肝、肾、消化道等严重疾病及精神病患者;
2. 过敏体质或对该受试样品过敏者;
3. 严重贫血患者;
4. 短期内服用与受试功能有关的物品,影响到对结果的判断者。
试验方法及结果:受试对象每天饮用本发明实施例口服液150毫升,连续服用30天,30天后测定受试对象血红蛋白 (Hb),并与饮用本发明口服液前情况进行比较,结果显示,受试对象血红蛋白 (Hb)平均增加18.7%,从以上数据可以看出,本发明实施例的口服液有明显的改善营养性贫血的功能。
以下举例说明 :
王×,女,33 岁,医院诊断为营养性贫血,检测血红蛋白(Hb)98g/L。同时伴有头晕恶心、浑身乏力、食欲不振、面色苍白等症状,输血治疗的效果欠佳,服用本发明实施例的口服液30天后,检测血红蛋白(Hb)114g/L,症状全面改善,未见任何不良反应。
孙××,男,45 岁,检测血红蛋白(Hb)102g/L,同时伴有心慌气促、嗜睡乏力、头昏眼花等症状,服用本发明实施例的口服液30天后,检测血红蛋白(Hb)126g/L,症状消失,身体无不良反应。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于改善营养性贫血的口服液的制备方法,其特征是经过如下加工过程制备而成:
⑴将山药洗净、去皮,在121℃条件下蒸20-25分钟得熟山药,将熟山药捣成山药泥,称取一定质量的山药泥,加入山药泥质量3-5倍的清水,搅拌均匀,将 pH调整到4.5-5.0,按每克山药泥35-40个单位的比例加入糖化酶,在60℃条件下糖化4-6小时得山药糖化液;
⑵将樱桃榨汁得樱桃汁,按照质量比1:1的比例将山药糖化液和樱桃汁混合均匀得混合汁,在混合汁中加入1%的大米粉,将pH调整到6.8-7.2,在85-90℃条件下灭菌10-15分钟,降温到32-35℃,从斜面上接入紫色红曲菌种,在32-35℃、130-150rpm的条件下摇床培养6-8天得紫色红曲发酵液,紫色红曲发酵液经菌丝体胶体磨磨浆得营养浆液,营养浆液再经过滤、调配、灌装、封口、灭菌即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法制得的用于改善营养性贫血的口服液。
