Abstract

本发明公开了一种背光模组及其制造工艺,该背光模组包括基板、胶框、导光板及膜片组,胶框通过打印的方式粘附于基板上且与围设基板共同形成收容空间,导光板和膜片组依次层叠设置于收容空间内。本发明背光模组不会在其膜片受热膨胀时影响液晶面板的显示。

一种背光模组及其制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及其制造工艺。
背景技术
液晶显示技术发展迅速,其中背光模组用于提供光源,背光模组中胶框通常是通过双面胶粘附在背板上,并围成一个光学腔。该双面胶在组装时很容易由于公差而伸进光学腔,垫高光学腔的导光板等元件。在背光模组及面板进行组装后,光学腔的元件与面板之间的间隔缩小,若光学腔元件受热膨胀,由于间隔缩小,元件无法向四周膨胀释放变形,此时膨胀变形会向中心聚集,出现波浪纹,影响液晶面板的显示效果。
发明内容
本发明提出一种背光模组及其制造工艺,以解决现有技术中背光模组在其膜片受热膨胀后容易影响液晶面板显示效果的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种背光模组,其包括基板、胶框、导光板及膜片组,胶框通过打印的方式粘附于基板上且与围设基板共同形成收容空间,导光板和膜片组依次层叠设置于收容空间内。
其中,胶框通过三维打印的方式直接形成于基板的边缘上。
其中,基板为金属背板。
其中,基板为反射片。
其中,背光模组进一步包括口字胶,口字胶粘贴胶框的背离基板的顶面及膜片组的外侧面以连接胶框和膜片组,膜片组的外侧面相对胶框的顶面呈朝向收容空间凹进的台阶面。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提出一种背光模组的制造工艺,该制造工艺包括:在一基板上打印形成粘附于基板的胶框,胶框围设基板形成收容空间;在收容空间中放置导光板;在导光板上叠放膜片组。
其中,在一基板上打印形成粘附于基板的胶框的步骤包括:在基板上三维打印形成粘附于基板的胶框。
其中,基板为金属背板,在收容空间中放置导光板的步骤包括:在收容空间中放置反射片,在反射片上叠放导光板。
其中,背板为反射片。
其中,膜片组的外侧面相对胶框的背离基板的顶面呈朝向收容空间凹进的台阶面,制造工艺进一步包括:利用口字胶粘贴胶框的顶面和膜片组的外侧面。
本发明的有益效果是,区别于现有技术,本发明背光模组包括基板、胶框、导光板以及膜片组,其中胶框是通过打印的方式粘附在基板上,并且围设基板共同形成收容空间,导光板和膜片组依次层叠设置于收容空间内,本发明中胶框直接打印在基板上,无需通过双面胶粘贴在基板上,因此收容空间内的导光板及膜片组不会出现被双面胶垫高的情况,即在组装形成液晶面板后,导光板及膜片组与面板之间的间隔不会缩小,有足够的空间供膜片组发生受热膨胀变形,因此不会出现波浪纹的问题,不会影响到液晶面板的显示。

具体实施方式
参阅图1和图2,图1是本发明背光模组第一实施方式的结构示意图,图2是本发明背光模组第一实施方式的俯视图。本实施方式背光模组100,包括基板11、胶框12、导光板13和膜片组14。
胶框12通过打印的方式粘附在基板11上,具体来说是通过3D打印的方式直接形成在基板11的边缘上,即将粉末状的塑料或金属可粘合材料,逐层打印在基板11上,形成塑料或金属胶框12。
胶框12围设于基板11,并与基板11形成收容空间15,收容空间15内设置有导光板13及膜片组14,导光板13及膜片组14依次层叠设置在收容空间15内。
本实施方式中基板11为反射片,导光板13设置在反射片上,反射片能够提高光的利用率。
其他实施方式中,根据背光模组100使用场景的不同,基板11还可为金属背板。具体如图3所示,图3是本发明背光模组第二实施方式的结构示意图。其中,胶框12形成在金属背板的边缘。为提高光的利用率,导光板13与金属背板之间可进一步设置反射片17,或直接在金属背板上镀一层反射膜。
背光模组100进一步包括口字胶16,口字胶16粘贴胶框12的背离基板11的顶面121及膜片组14的外侧面141以连接胶框12和膜片组14。口字胶16设置为黑色,用于连接胶框12和膜片组14的同时还能够防止漏光。
本实施方式中,膜片组14的外侧面141相对胶框12的顶面121呈朝向收容空间15凹进的台阶面,即膜片组14的外侧面141与胶框12的顶面121有一定的高度落差h,该高度落差h一般在0.02~0.03mm之间,在组装形成液晶面板后,由于该高度落差的存在,膜片组14在受热膨胀后具有一定的变形空间。
区别于现有技术,本发明背光模组包括基板、胶框、导光板以及膜片组,其中胶框是通过打印的方式粘附在基板上,并且围设基板共同形成收容空间,导光板和膜片组依次层叠设置于收容空间内,本发明中胶框直接打印在基板上,无需通过双面胶粘贴在基板上,因此收容空间内的导光板及膜片组不会出现被双面胶垫高的情况,即在组装形成液晶面板后,导光板及膜片组与面板之间的间隔不会缩小,有足够的空间供膜片组发生受热膨胀变形,因此不会出现波浪纹的问题,不会影响到液晶面板的显示。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明背光模组的制造工艺第一实施方式的流程示意图。本实施方式制造工艺包括步骤:
S11:在一基板上打印形成粘附于基板的胶框,胶框围设基板形成收容空间。
本步骤S11中,具体是通过三维打印(3D打印)在基板上形成粘附在其边缘上的胶框。
S12:在收容空间中放置导光板。
本实施方式中基板为反射片,本步骤S12即直接在反射片上方式导光板。
其他实施方式中基板可为金属背板,此时,本步骤S12则进一步包括步骤:S121:在收容空间中放置反射片;S122:在反射片上叠放导光板。
S13:在导光板上叠放膜片组。
完成该步骤后背板上设置有胶框及膜片组。其中,膜片组的外侧面相对胶框的背离基板的顶面呈朝向收容空间凹进的台阶面。
S14:利用口字胶粘贴胶框的顶面和膜片组的外侧面。
口字胶一般选用黑色的,连接胶框及膜片组的同时,进一步防止漏光。
采用本制造工艺能够得到前述背光模组100,因此对于上述工艺步骤后得到的背光模组的具体结构不再赘述。
区别于现有技术,本发明背光模组的制造工艺所制得的背光模组不会因为受热膨胀而影响到液晶面板的显示。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括基板、胶框、导光板及膜片组,所述胶框通过打印的方式粘附于所述基板上且与围设所述基板共同形成收容空间,所述导光板和膜片组依次层叠设置于所述收容空间内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述胶框通过三维打印的方式直接形成于所述基板的边缘上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述基板为金属背板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述基板为反射片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组进一步包括口字胶,所述口字胶粘贴所述胶框的背离所述基板的顶面及所述膜片组的外侧面以连接所述胶框和所述膜片组,所述膜片组的外侧面相对所述胶框的顶面呈朝向所述收容空间凹进的台阶面。
6.一种背光模组的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述制造工艺包括:
在一基板上打印形成粘附于所述基板的胶框,所述胶框围设所述基板形成收容空间;
在所述收容空间中放置导光板;
在所述导光板上叠放膜片组。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述在一基板上打印形成粘附于所述基板的胶框的步骤包括:
在基板上三维打印形成粘附于所述基板边缘上的胶框。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述基板为金属背板,所述在所述收容空间中放置导光板的步骤包括:
在所述收容空间中放置反射片,在所述反射片上叠放所述导光板。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述背板为反射片。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述膜片组的外侧面相对所述胶框的背离所述基板的顶面呈朝向所述收容空间凹进的台阶面,所述制造工艺进一步包括:
利用口字胶粘贴所述胶框的顶面和所述膜片组的外侧面。
