Abstract
本发明公开了一种协同阻燃复合层压防火板,包括:增强层、纸板层和防火胶层;所述纸板层位于所述增强层的两侧,所述防火胶层涂覆在所述纸板层的外表面;其中,所述防火胶层由如下重量份组分制备而成:溴化环氧树脂50~80份、三聚氰胺5~10份、季戊四醇2~5份、多聚磷酸5~10份、氢氧化镁10~15份、甲基膦酸二甲酯5~10份、乙二烯三胺6~10份、抗氧剂0.5~1份。本发明一种协同阻燃复合层压防火板,通过阻燃胶层的配方设计和增强层的设计,使防火板具有优异的防火性能、结构强度和环保性能,综合性能优异,是现有防火板的优异替代品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防火板领域,特别是涉及一种协同阻燃复合层压防火板。
背景技术
防火板又名耐火板,学名为热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层积板,是表面装饰用耐火建材,有丰富的表面色彩,纹路以及特殊的物流性能,广泛用于室内装饰、家具、厨柜、实验室台面、外墙等领域。防火板的品种很多,其中酚醛防火板成为人们获得性能满意、成本有竞争力的品种之一,从而具有广阔的应用前景。
但是现有酚醛树脂防火板存在如下问题:1、释放游离甲醛,对人们的健康造成威胁;2、阻燃等级低,存在火灾隐患;3、整体强度低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种协同阻燃复合层压防火板,能够解决现有防火板存在的上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种协同阻燃复合层压防火板,包括:增强层、纸板层和防火胶层;所述纸板层位于所述增强层的两侧,所述防火胶层涂覆在所述纸板层的外表面;其中,所述防火胶层由如下重量份组分制备而成:溴化环氧树脂50~80份、三聚氰胺5~10份、季戊四醇2~5份、多聚磷酸5~10份、氢氧化镁10~15份、甲基膦酸二甲酯5~10份、乙二烯三胺6~10份、抗氧剂0.5~1份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述增强层为多层玻璃纤维层布。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述玻璃纤维层布的层数为3层以上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防火胶层的厚度为1~5mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种协同阻燃复合层压防火板,通过阻燃胶层的配方设计和增强层的设计,使防火板具有优异的防火性能、结构强度和环保性能,综合性能优异,是现有防火板的优异替代品。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

实施例1
一种协同阻燃复合层压防火板,包括:增强层1、纸板层2和防火胶层3;所述纸板层位于所述增强层的两侧,所述防火胶层涂覆在所述纸板层的外表面。
所述增强层1为3层以上的玻璃纤维层布,起到支撑、增强和提高抗冲击性能的作用,另外,对提高阻燃性能也有辅助作用。
所述防火胶层3的厚度为1mm,其由如下重量份组分制备而成:溴化环氧树脂50份、三聚氰胺5份、季戊四醇2份、多聚磷酸5份、氢氧化镁10份、甲基膦酸二甲酯5份、乙二烯三胺6份、抗氧剂0.5份。
实施例2
一种协同阻燃复合层压防火板,包括:增强层1、纸板层2和防火胶层3;所述纸板层位于所述增强层的两侧,所述防火胶层涂覆在所述纸板层的外表面。
所述增强层1为3层以上的玻璃纤维层布,起到支撑、增强和提高抗冲击性能的作用,另外,对提高阻燃性能也有辅助作用。
所述防火胶层3的厚度为5mm,其由如下重量份组分制备而成:溴化环氧树脂80份、三聚氰胺10份、季戊四醇5份、多聚磷酸10份、氢氧化镁15份、甲基膦酸二甲酯10份、乙二烯三胺10份、抗氧剂1份。
上述协同阻燃复合层压防火板,经测试,其性能为:冲击强度8~10kJ/m2;拉伸强度58MPa以上;氧指数大于33。

1.一种协同阻燃复合层压防火板,其特征在于,包括:增强层、纸板层和防火胶层;所述纸板层位于所述增强层的两侧,所述防火胶层涂覆在所述纸板层的外表面;其中,所述防火胶层由如下重量份组分制备而成:溴化环氧树脂50~80份、三聚氰胺5~10份、季戊四醇2~5份、多聚磷酸5~10份、氢氧化镁10~15份、甲基膦酸二甲酯5~10份、乙二烯三胺6~10份、抗氧剂0.5~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的协同阻燃复合层压防火板,其特征在于,所述增强层为多层玻璃纤维层布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的协同阻燃复合层压防火板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维层布的层数为3层以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的协同阻燃复合层压防火板,其特征在于,所述防火胶层的厚度为1~5mm。
