本发明公开了一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,包括玻璃纤维基布和结合于玻璃纤维基布的至少一侧表面的树脂材料层,所述玻璃纤维布与树脂材料层之间设有固化剂层,所述玻璃纤维基布是中碱玻璃纤维布,所述树脂材料层是溴化环氧树脂;所述的溴化环氧树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的30%-45%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的7%-20%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的40-55%,所述固化剂包括有芳香族多胺。采用溴化环氧树脂来生产玻璃纤维布,无需添加任何阻燃剂,就使得本发明的具有热稳定性和光稳定性、抗腐蚀性好,阻燃性好,机械强度高的优点。

一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维布,具体是一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布。
背景技术
   我国生产的玻璃布,分为无碱和中碱两类,国外大多数是E-GLASS无碱玻璃布。玻璃布主要用于生产各种电绝缘层压板、印刷线路板、各种车辆车体、贮罐、船艇、模 具等。 中碱玻璃布主要用于生产涂塑包装布,以及用于耐腐蚀场合。织物的特性由纤维性能、经纬密度、纱线结构和织纹所决定。
目前,行业内出现了许多阻燃玻璃纤维布,多数是在在纺丝过程中添加诸如赤磷、磷酸酯或卤代磷酸酯之类的磷系阻燃剂获得的,并不是原料天生具有的阻燃性能,随着时间推移及洗涤次数的增加,阻燃效果会逐渐减退。有的阻燃玻璃纤维布具有阻燃性却不具有耐腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,包括玻璃纤维基布和结合于玻璃纤维基布的至少一侧表面的树脂材料层,所述玻璃纤维布与树脂材料层之间设有固化剂层,所述玻璃纤维基布是中碱玻璃纤维布,所述树脂材料层是溴化环氧树脂;
所述的溴化环氧树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的 30%-45%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的 7%-20%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的40-55%,所述固化剂包括有芳香族多胺。
优选地,所述的一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,所述玻璃纤维基布的克重为220-320g/㎡。
优选地,所述固化剂层的厚度为40-80μm。
优选地,所述的溴化环氧树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的33%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的18%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的49%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用溴化环氧树脂来生产玻璃纤维布,无需添加任何阻燃剂,就使得本发明的具有热稳定性和光稳定性、抗腐蚀性好,阻燃性好,机械强度高的优点。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,包括玻璃纤维基布和结合于玻璃纤维基布的至少一侧表面的树脂材料层,所述玻璃纤维布与树脂材料层之间设有固化剂层,所述玻璃纤维基布是中碱玻璃纤维布,所述树脂材料层是溴化环氧树脂。
所述玻璃纤维基布的克重为220-320g/㎡,所述固化剂层的厚度为40-80μm。
所述的溴化环氧树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的 30%-45%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的 7%-20%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的40-55%,所述固化剂包括有芳香族多胺。
优选地,所述的溴化环氧树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的33%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的18%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的49%。

1.一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,包括玻璃纤维基布和结合于玻璃纤维基布的至少一侧表面的树脂材料层,所述玻璃纤维布与树脂材料层之间设有固化剂层,所述玻璃纤维基布是中碱玻璃纤维布,所述树脂材料层是溴化环氧树脂;
    所述的溴化环氧树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的 30%-45%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的 7%-20%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的40-55%,所述固化剂包括有芳香族多胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维基布的克重为220-320g/㎡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,所述固化剂层的厚度为40-80μm。
