本发明公开了一种新型高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,包括玻璃纤维基布和结合于玻璃纤维基布的至少一侧表面的树脂材料层,所述玻璃纤维布与树脂材料层之间设有固化剂层,所述玻璃纤维基布是中碱玻璃纤维布,所述树脂材料层是乙烯基树脂;所述的乙烯基树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的30%-45%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的7%-20%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的40-55%,所述固化剂包括有芳香族多胺。采用乙烯基树脂来生产玻璃纤维布,使得本发明的具有绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,阻燃性好,机械强度高的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维布,具体是一种新型高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布。
背景技术
我国生产的玻璃布,分为无碱和中碱两类,国外大多数是E-GLASS无碱玻璃布。玻璃布主要用于生产各种电绝缘层压板、印刷线路板、各种车辆车体、贮罐、船艇、模具等。中碱玻璃布主要用于生产涂塑包装布,以及用于耐腐蚀场合。织物的特性由纤维性能、经纬密度、纱线结构和织纹所决定。
目前,行业内出现了许多阻燃玻璃纤维布,多数是在在纺丝过程中添加诸如赤磷、磷酸酯或卤代磷酸酯之类的磷系阻燃剂获得的,并不是原料天生具有的阻燃性能,随着时间推移及洗涤次数的增加,阻燃效果会逐渐减退。有的阻燃玻璃纤维布具有阻燃性却不具有耐腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新型高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,包括玻璃纤维基布和结合于玻璃纤维基布的至少一侧表面的树脂材料层,所述玻璃纤维布与树脂材料层之间设有固化剂层,所述玻璃纤维基布是中碱玻璃纤维布,所述树脂材料层是乙烯基树脂;
所述的乙烯基树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的30%-45%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的7%-20%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的40-55%,所述固化剂包括有芳香族多胺。
优选地,所述的一种新型高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,所述玻璃纤维基布的克重为220-320g/㎡。
优选地,所述固化剂层的厚度为40-80μm。
优选地,所述的乙烯基树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的33%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的18%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的49%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用乙烯基树脂来生产玻璃纤维布,使得本发明的具有绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,阻燃性好,机械强度高的优点。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明一种新型高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,包括玻璃纤维基布和结合于玻璃纤维基布的至少一侧表面的树脂材料层,所述玻璃纤维布与树脂材料层之间设有固化剂层,所述玻璃纤维基布是中碱玻璃纤维布,所述树脂材料层是乙烯基树脂。
所述玻璃纤维基布的克重为220-320g/㎡,所述固化剂层的厚度为40-80μm。
所述的乙烯基树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的30%-45%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的7%-20%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的40-55%,所述固化剂包括有芳香族多胺。
优选地,所述的乙烯基树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的33%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的18%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的49%。
本发明选用乙烯基树脂来生产高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,乙烯基树脂是国际公认的高度耐蚀树脂。该类型树脂具有以下特点:1、在分子链两端的双键极其活泼,使乙烯基树脂能迅速固化,很快得到使用强度,得到具有高度耐腐蚀性聚合物;2、采用甲基丙烯酸合成,酯键边的甲基可起保护作用,提高耐水解性;3、树脂含酯键量少,每摩尔比耐化学聚酯(双酚A-富马酸UPR)少35-50%,使其耐碱性能提高;4、较多的仲羟基可以改善对玻璃纤维的湿润性与粘结性,提高了层合制品的力学强度;5、由于仅在分子两端交联。
乙烯基树脂一般采用溴化环氧树脂合成,由于树脂中由于含溴,因此阻燃乙烯基树脂在具有耐化学性的同时,又可以阻燃。

1.一种新型高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,包括玻璃纤维基布和结合于玻璃纤维基布的至少一侧表面的树脂材料层,所述玻璃纤维布与树脂材料层之间设有固化剂层,所述玻璃纤维基布是中碱玻璃纤维布,所述树脂材料层是乙烯基树脂;
所述的乙烯基树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的30%-45%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的7%-20%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的40-55%,所述固化剂包括有芳香族多胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维基布的克重为220-320g/㎡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,所述固化剂层的厚度为40-80μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布,其特征在于,所述的乙烯基树脂占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的33%,所述的固化剂占耐腐蚀的玻璃纤维布总体分量的18%,所述的玻璃丝占高阻燃耐腐蚀玻璃纤维布总体分量的49%。
