一种防火板，包括防火基板、芯层、阻燃层和涂饰层，所述芯层置于上下两层所述防火基板之间，所述阻燃层涂覆于所述防火基板远离所述芯层的一侧，所述涂饰层涂覆于所述阻燃层远离所述防火基板的一侧；所述芯层为铝镁合金板，所述阻燃层为聚磷酸铵阻燃层，所述涂饰层为氟碳涂层，其中，所述防火基板按重量份包括以下各组分：水镁石80-100份，聚四氟乙烯20-40份，三氧化二锑10-30份，硅藻土30-60份，二氧化硅气凝胶50-80份，胶粘剂10-30份，短纤维10-30份，消泡剂0.5-8份，防水剂0.5-8份，水8-15份。本发明提供的防火板不仅具有好的耐火、阻燃性能，还表现出优异的耐酸碱腐蚀性能。

Description

一种防火板
技术领域
本发明属于防火建筑材料领域，具体涉及一种防火板。
背景技术
防火板又名耐火板，学名为热固性树脂浸渍纸高压层积板，英文缩写为HPL(Decorativehigh-PressureLaminate)。一般的防火板是原纸(钛粉纸、牛皮纸)经过三聚氰胺与酚醛树脂的浸渍工艺，高温高压成。三聚氰胺树脂热固成型后表面硬度高，耐磨、耐高温、耐撞击，表面毛孔细小不易被污染，且具有耐溶剂性、耐水性、耐药品性、耐焰性等机械强度。酚醛树脂热固成型后形成极高的密度，具有耐温、耐水及硬质等物流特性。但这种防火板防火效果不够理想，目前已经逐步淘汰。
目前，市场上的防火板是采用硅质材料或钙质材料为主要原料，根据对防火板性能的需要，与一定比例的纤维材料、轻质骨料、黏合剂和化学添加剂混合，经蒸压技术制成。由于防火板表现出阻燃、保温、耐火、防水、隔热、高强等优异特性，被人们广泛用于室内装饰、家具、厨柜、实验室枱面、外墙等领域。
中国专利CN102417323B公开了一种硅铝镁防火板，该发明提供的防火板比传统的玻镁防火板具有更好的防火性能，但芯板采用硅酸铝纤维材料，芯板容重大、强度低、腐蚀钢板、吸水性强及难与钢板粘接，成本高，使用过程中会产生纤维和返卤，对人体的健康会造成损害。
中国专利CN102584107B公开了一种无卤A2级防火板，该发明提供的防火板在使用无卤阻燃剂的情况下仍具有较好的防火性能。但该防火板中含有的胶粘剂丙烯酸乳胶耐高温性能较差，这就可能会出现防火板在火灾中分层脱落的情况，从而导致其使用受限。
如何提供一种防火板，在具有耐高温防火性能的同时，具有耐腐蚀、高强等特点，且不会产生危害人体健康的物质，已经成为防火板生产过程中亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
发明目的
为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种防火板。
技术方案
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供了一种防火板，包括防火基板、芯层、阻燃层和涂饰层，所述芯层置于上下两层所述防火基板之间，所述阻燃层涂覆于所述防火基板远离所述芯层的一侧，所述涂饰层涂覆于所述阻燃层远离所述防火基板的一侧；所述芯层为铝镁合金板，所述阻燃层为聚磷酸铵阻燃层，所述涂饰层为氟碳涂层，其中，所述防火基板按重量份包括以下各组分：
优选地，所述防火基板和芯层为一体化结构。
优选地，所述水镁石为100-300目；所述聚四氟乙烯为100-300目聚四氟乙烯粉末；所述硅藻土为100-400目。
优选地，所述胶粘剂为聚酰亚胺胶粘剂。
优选地，所述短纤维为聚丙烯短纤维、玻璃短纤维和涤纶短纤维中的一种或多种；纤维长度为35-120mm。
优选地，所述消泡剂为无机硅消泡剂。
优选地，所述防水剂为有机硅类防水剂和/或水性非离子型防水剂。
优选地，所述防火基板按重量份包括以下各组分：

本发明提供的防火板的制备采用现有技术中的常规制备工艺，但芯层、防火基板、阻燃层和涂饰层均采用本发明提供的技术方案中的组分制备得到。
技术效果
本发明提供的防火板与现有技术相比，具有以下有益效果：
(1)本发明提供的防火板采用防火基板和阻燃层相结合的双层阻燃结构，表现出更好的阻燃、耐火效果。防火基板中加入的水镁石、聚四氟乙烯、三氧化二锑和硅藻土相互协同发挥作用，使制得的防火板不仅阻燃性能良好，还表现出了很好的耐酸碱腐蚀特性。
(2)防火基板中加入的二氧化硅气凝胶具有大的比表面积和高的孔洞率，是一种很好的保温绝缘材料，能够提高防火板的保温性能。
短纤维的加入可以提高防火板的机械强度和耐酸碱性。防水剂的加入能够提高防火板的防水性能。另外硅藻土由于是一种天热的多孔材料，具有较好的吸附性能，可以在一定程度上除去板材中的水分，起到防水的效果。
本发明的防火板中的胶粘剂采用耐高温的聚酰亚胺胶粘剂可以在高温下仍然保持较好的粘结性能。消泡剂采用无机硅消泡剂，无机硅消泡剂对水分具有很强的消抑泡作用，能迅速脱除纤维间夹带的细微气泡，同时消除水面的大泡，消除气泡对工艺的影响，避免孔洞的形成，避免板材的开裂现象。
(3)按照GBT202842006设定的标准，对本发明实施例1提供的防火板进行测试，经过7600s后无燃烧、变形及分层脱落现象。另外上述防火板在pH分别为5.5和8的环境中持续作用8500s后，无表面腐蚀及脱色现象出现，表现出较好的耐酸碱腐蚀性能。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的防火板的制备采用现有技术中的常规制备工艺，但芯层、防火基板、阻燃层和涂饰层均采用本发明提供的技术方案中的组分制备得到。
实施例1
一种防火板，其芯层为铝镁合金板，阻燃层为聚磷酸铵阻燃层，涂饰层为氟碳涂层，所述芯层置于上下两层所述防火基板之间，所述阻燃层涂覆于所述防火基板远离所述芯层的一侧，所述涂饰层涂覆于所述阻燃层远离所述防火基板的一侧；其中，防火基板按重量份包括以下各组分：
按照GBT202842006设定的标准对实施例1中制得的防火板进行测试，经过7600s后无燃烧、变形及分层脱落现象。另外上述防火板在pH分别为5.5和8的环境中持续作用8500s后，无表面腐蚀及脱色现象出现，表现出较好的耐酸碱腐蚀性能。

1.一种防火板，包括防火基板、芯层、阻燃层和涂饰层，所述芯层置于上下两层所述防火基板之间，所述阻燃层涂覆于所述防火基板远离所述芯层的一侧，所述涂饰层涂覆于所述阻燃层远离所述防火基板的一侧；所述芯层为铝镁合金板，所述阻燃层为聚磷酸铵阻燃层，所述涂饰层为氟碳涂层，其特征在于：所述防火基板按重量份包括以下各组分：

2.根据权利要求1所述的防火板，其特征在于：所述防火基板和芯层为一体化结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火板，其特征在于：所述水镁石为100-300目；所述聚四氟乙烯为100-300目聚四氟乙烯粉末；所述硅藻土为100-400目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防火板，其特征在于：所述胶粘剂为聚酰亚胺胶粘剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防火板，其特征在于：所述短纤维为聚丙烯短纤维、玻璃短纤维和涤纶短纤维中的一种或多种；纤维长度为35-120mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防火板，其特征在于：防水剂为有机硅类防水剂和/或水性非离子型防水剂。
