Claims (6)
- 합성섬유, 천연섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 기재층과,폴리우레탄수지와 방염제와 용매를 구비하며, 상기 기재층의 상부에 형성된 방염층과,폴리우레탄수지와 용매를 구비하며, 상기 방염층의 상부에 형성된 잉크흡수층과,수지와 벽지의 슬림을 방지하기 위한 충진제와 정전기를 방지하기 위한 첨가제와 용매를 구비하며, 상기 기재층의 하부에 형성된 항습층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 출력용 방염벽지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방염층은코팅이 잘되기 위한 첨가제를 더 구비하며,상기 방염제는 인산염, 규산염, 붕소염, 함린, 유기화합물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 출력용 방염벽지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 방염층은 폴리우레탄수지가 20 내지 40 중량%이고, 상기 방염제가 20 내지 50 중량%이고, 상기 첨가제가 3 내지 15 중량%이고, 용매가 20 내지 40 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 출력용 방염벽지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 잉크흡수층은잉크흡수를 빠르게 하기 위하여 탄산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 탈크, 제올라이트, 클레이, 규산알미늄, 지당(TiO2), 실리카(SiO2) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 충진제와,UV흡수제, 계면활성제, 분산제, 형광증백제, 소포제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 출력용 방염벽지.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 잉크흡수층은 상기 폴리우레탄수지가 15 내지 40 중량%이고, 상기 충진제가 10 내지 20 중량%이고, 첨가제가 5 내지 12 중량%이고, 용매가 40 내지 60 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 출력용 방염벽지.
