本发明公开了一种防潮阻燃瓦楞纸箱,在纸箱外侧面和内壁面均覆盖有防潮阻燃涂层,所述防潮阻燃涂层的各组分的重量份数包括:乙醇水溶液45‑60份、大豆油10‑18份、脱水蓖麻油5‑11份、醇酸树脂5‑9份、酚醛树脂3‑7份、氯化石蜡2‑5份、防潮剂10‑15份、防火剂5‑9份、硅烷偶联剂1‑3份、助剂2‑5份,所述助剂由精石棉、矿油精和云母粉中的一种或者至少两种的混合物;所述防火剂由硼砂、石棉、柏油混合组成;所述防潮剂由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶混合而成。本发明采用常见的原料组分,通过简单易操作的制备方法制成具有较高的防潮及阻燃特性的瓦楞纸箱产品,生产成品低、产品效益高;油剂无毒无异味,抗冲击性能好,耐潮湿耐腐蚀、防火阻燃能力强。

技术领域
本发明属于纸箱制造技术领域,具体涉及一种防潮阻燃瓦楞纸箱。
背景技术
纸箱(英文carton或hard paper case):是应用最广泛的包装制品,按用料不同,有瓦楞纸箱、单层纸板箱等,有各种规格和型号。包装纸箱作为现代物流不可缺少的一部分,承担着容装、保护产品、美观的重要责任,包装纸箱的物理性能指标则成为其质量评估的依据。
瓦楞纸箱国家标准是GB6543—86“瓦楞纸箱”。瓦楞纸板是由面纸、里纸、芯纸和加工成波形瓦楞的瓦楞纸通过粘合而成。根据商品包装的需求,瓦楞纸板可以加工成单面瓦楞纸板、三层瓦楞纸板、五层、七层、十一层等瓦楞纸板。瓦楞纸箱是应用最多的纸箱种类。
现有的瓦楞纸箱应用到越来越多的领域中,对其负载量及保存品质的要求越来越高,很多瓦楞纸箱需要长期置放于潮湿阴暗的库房中和在工作环境恶劣的情况下工作,所以对瓦楞纸箱所使用的材料的性能要求非常严格,要求其必须具备耐腐蚀防潮及阻燃等优点,但是市场上的瓦楞纸箱不能满足现有的要求,并且使用寿命短。因此,研发出具有较高的防潮阻燃特性的瓦楞纸箱产品,成为本领域的重点研究方向。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种防潮阻燃瓦楞纸箱,具有较高的防潮阻燃特性。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防潮阻燃瓦楞纸箱,在纸箱外侧面和内壁面均覆盖有防潮阻燃涂层,所述防潮阻燃涂层的各组分的重量份数包括:乙醇水溶液45-60份、大豆油10-18份、脱水蓖麻油5-11份、醇酸树脂5-9份、酚醛树脂3-7份、氯化石蜡2-5份、防潮剂10-15份、防火剂5-9份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份、助剂2-5份,所述助剂由精石棉、矿油精和云母粉中的一种或者至少两种的混合物;所述防火剂由硼砂、石棉、柏油混合组成;所述防潮剂由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶混合而成。
进一步的,所述防火剂由硼砂、石棉、柏油按照重量比为1:(2-4):(1-5)的比例混合组成。
进一步的,所述防潮剂由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶按照1:(1-3):(2-4)的比例混合而成。
进一步的,所述乙醇水溶液的乙醇与水的体积比为1:(10-25)。
进一步的,所述防潮阻燃涂层的各组分的重量份数包括:乙醇水溶液55份、大豆油14份、脱水蓖麻油9份、醇酸树脂7份、酚醛树脂5份、氯化石蜡4份、防潮剂13份、防火剂7份、硅烷偶联剂2份、助剂4份。
有益效果:本发明的防潮阻燃瓦楞纸箱,与现有技术相比,具有以下优势:采用常见的原料组分,通过简单易操作的制备方法制成具有较高的防潮及阻燃特性的瓦楞纸箱产品,生产成品低、产品效益高。本发明油剂无毒无异味,抗冲击性能好,不会产生静电,阻燃、隔爆,同时具有非常好的防潮防霉菌能力,并具有优越的柔韧性,挠性好,耐潮湿耐腐蚀、防火阻燃能力强。

下面结合实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种防潮阻燃瓦楞纸箱,在纸箱外侧面和内壁面均覆盖有防潮阻燃涂层,所述防潮阻燃涂层的各组分的重量份数包括:乙醇水溶液55份、大豆油14份、脱水蓖麻油9份、醇酸树脂7份、酚醛树脂5份、氯化石蜡4份、防潮剂13份、防火剂7份、硅烷偶联剂2份、助剂4份。所述助剂由精石棉、矿油精和云母粉中的一种或者至少两种的混合物;所述防火剂由硼砂、石棉、柏油混合组成;所述防潮剂由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶混合而成。
优选的,所述防火剂由硼砂、石棉、柏油按照重量比为1:3:3的比例混合组成。
优选的,所述防潮剂由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶按照1:2:3的比例混合而成。
优选的,所述乙醇水溶液的乙醇与水的体积比为1:18。

一种防潮阻燃瓦楞纸箱,在纸箱外侧面和内壁面均覆盖有防潮阻燃涂层,所述防潮阻燃涂层的各组分的重量份数包括:乙醇水溶液45份、大豆油10份、脱水蓖麻油5份、醇酸树脂5份、酚醛树脂3份、氯化石蜡2份、防潮剂10份、防火剂5份、硅烷偶联剂1份、助剂2份,所述助剂由精石棉、矿油精和云母粉中的一种或者至少两种的混合物;所述防火剂由硼砂、石棉、柏油混合组成;所述防潮剂由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶混合而成。

一种防潮阻燃瓦楞纸箱,在纸箱外侧面和内壁面均覆盖有防潮阻燃涂层,所述防潮阻燃涂层的各组分的重量份数包括:乙醇水溶液60份、大豆油18份、脱水蓖麻油11份、醇酸树脂9份、酚醛树脂7份、氯化石蜡5份、防潮剂15份、防火剂9份、硅烷偶联剂3份、助剂5份,所述助剂由精石棉、矿油精和云母粉中的一种或者至少两种的混合物;所述防火剂由硼砂、石棉、柏油混合组成;所述防潮剂由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶混合而成。
优选的,所述防火剂由硼砂、石棉、柏油按照重量比为1:4:5的比例混合组成。
优选的,所述防潮剂由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶按照1:3:4的比例混合而成。
优选的,所述乙醇水溶液的乙醇与水的体积比为1:25。
